Double Date

'What about Majorca?' Chichi asked Bulma as she shook her head

'Nah I went there couple of years ago. Ooo! What about New York?' Bulma asked as Chichi frowned

'Ugh! Noisy cities. No thanks!'

'Well this vacation is gonna happen! We just need to pick somewhere and go with the flow'

'And you're sure 18 and Launch are happy with whatever we choose?'

'Oh totally! 18 just said as long as I was paying than she didn't care, and if there was bottomless drinks' Bulma winked as Chichi giggled 'And launch just said she's happy to go anywhere where she doesn't have to cook' Bulma smiled

'Me and her both! Be nice to have a few days off and have some me time' Chichi sighed

'I know what you mean, it feels like forever since I had a break' Bulma sighed

'You know I love my life, and my family and stuff but it just takes its toll on me some days. Feels like I never see Goku now until he's come to bed.'

'Same, Vegeta spends a lot of time in that gravity chamber or going off to fight Goku' Bulma answered and put on his voice 'Woman! I am going to fight Kakarott and I shall be victorious!' She joked as Chichi Laughed and put on her own Husband's Voice

'Hey Chichi I am so Hungry from beating Vegeta again! I would like some Food!' She laughed as Did Bulma, as they laughed.

….

Meanwhile A light shined into the capsule corp Garden and appeared Goku and Vegeta alongside Whis.

'Alright Boys I will see you both in one month' Whis smiled

'Can't promise it'll be both of us, I might have killed him by then' Vegeta huffed

'Your just mad I beat you enough times' Goku smirked making the prince huff

'Alright now, let's calm it down, my my! You both better wind down before you come back, all this anger, you wouldn't want to wake my lord now would you?' Whis asked as they remained silent 'Alright then I better go, I expect some of those delicious treats too when I come back, take care gentlemen' He waved goodbye and disappeared, leaving the sayiens alone

'Would it kill you to let me have some training time alone without your ass dragging along!' Vegeta huffed

'Well sure, you can stay here next month and I'll go with Whis' Goku answered

'Like Hell I'll let you do that!' Vegeta huffed they both entered through The backdoor. They were about to discuss their training when they heard the girls from the other room.

'You think they know what it's like from our side of things? Or are they just so oblivious?' Bulma asked

'Well they are another species. I guess all this attention and affection stuff isn't the main priority, the main one is getting stronger' chichi answered

'But surely when there was a Planet Vegeta, some sayien dudes would take time out to take their woman out or something, or just spend quality time together'

'Too bad we won't know for sure. Besides its not like they weren't spending time together, because how else would the children be born?'

'True. But you know what I mean, I mean the stuff besides sex, I mean that's just a bonus at the end. I just wish that Vegeta would for once in our lives, decide he's gonna take me out?'

'Where would you want him to take you?' Chichi asked

'Oh you know a nice formal dinner, maybe a walk in a beautiful park, you know that kinda thing, I mean you never thought about Goku doing something like that for you?' Bulma asked

'Of course I do, but asking him to do that would be like asking Roshi to stop trying to grab my ass when he comes over, impossible'

'But if he did, what would you wanna do?'

'Well I guess a dinner would be nice, and maybe an activity like bowling or mini golf or even the arcade and he'd win me a huge teddy bear' she giggled

'Your idea sounds like a schoolgirl's perfect date'

'Cut me some slack, it's not like I had boyfriends growing up'

'True. I mean I know we broke up, but even Yamcha took time out to take me out and buy me flowers and stuff and I always loved that'

'I guess we can only wish that our husbands could do the same for us'

'Yeah, well that'll be the day' Bulma sighed as they changed the subject, Goku and Vegeta had heard the whole discussion and looked to the other.

'Woman talk about the stupidest of things'

'All they want is to spend time with us Vegeta'

'What do they expect us to do Kakarott? Stop training entirely? Because that's never gonna happen'

'That's not what they said and I could never stop training either, but they do make a point. We could take some time off to spend with families and stuff, especially with them. Maybe we should do something for them, like take them out to dinner or something?'

'That is never gonna happen, I have far more important things to do than sit around making small talk, sipping tea and painting nails!'

'Is that what you think women do all the time when they go on dates?'

'My Point is that you can be a woman and do so if you wish but don't come crying to me when I become stronger than you and won't go easy on you' Vegeta huffed and went to walk away. Goku then started to grin

'Oh I get it; you don't want to do it because you Don't know HOW to do it!' He smirked as Vegeta turned around

'Excuse me?'

'You literally don't know how to do a date, even when Bulma just gave you a clear cut example of what she'd like to do with you'

'Oh your gonna make fun of me when your woman agreed and said almost the same as Bulma, when was the last time you did any of the things she mentioned?' Vegeta asked as Gou went quiet 'I thought so. And besides, even if Your woman did get a date out of you, it would be a waste of time, considering you'll probably screw It up'

'You think I couldn't make my wife happy from a date? At least I would be willing to try unlike you!'

'I Could satisfy my wife more then you could your own wife in a lifetime with Dinner alone!'

'Oh yeah? Care to make that a challenge?'

'What are you suggesting?' Vegeta asked

'We both arrange a date on Saturday, we'll go as a group, nice restaurant, an activity followed by a walk! And we'll just see whose wife is the happiest by the end. Winner gets to go training with Whis Alone the next time he comes to earth, think about that's a few months away getting stronger, leaving one of us at a disadvantage' Goku grinned as Vegeta grinned and shook his hand in agreement

'Very well, may the best man win' Vegeta smirked

With that, Goku and Vegeta flew home to ask their better halves out on a date on Saturday, needless to say that both Bulma and Chichi were very surprised about it and were more excited to know it was a double date. Both were told to dress nicely for the date as they were going somewhere fancy to eat. Bulma was in disbelief.

'Why this decision to take me out?'

'Woman just accept it, unless you want me to cancel it' He asked

'Not at all, but I'm just curios is all, and more so that it's a double date. I've never done that before.'

'Yes well don't get too excited, it is with kakratott and his woman'

'Come on Vegeta, they are our friends, and I'm so excited for this. I gotta decide what I'm gonna wear. Oh this is so exciting' she cheered and went to her room leaving him there looking super confident.

'This bet will be too easy to win' he grinned.

Meanwhile, Chichi was also questioning her husband's surprise date plans for the coming Saturday.

'I'm just really surprised, I'm not complaining, far from it, but I am really surprised. I mean I never expected this from you'

'Well I know its something you would like to do from time to time and I thought I should honour it, I've taken you for granted lately so I thought I could treat you, may as well use Mr Satan's money for something.' Goku smiled as chichi thought about it.

'You have a point, and it would be nice to not cook for a night. Oh this is gonna be great. And a double date, double the fun'

'Well….its with Vegeta' Goku laughed nervously

'You'll be fine, you both have common ground when it comes to food, you can't get enough' she joked as he laughed. Saturday should be Fun. He hoped.

Saturday finally came And Bulma was sitting at her mirror finishing her hair and putting on the last touches on her make-up, she saw Vegeta was sitting on the bed, waiting for her to finish, he looked so handsome in his black blazer and white shirt, so sexy and mysterious, like James Bond…. from outer space. Bulma sprayed on some perfume and got up ready to go. She wore a thigh length purple dress with a heart shaped golden necklace and small golden hoop earrings and purple high heel shoes and held her black jacket in her arm and black purse.

'Will this do My lord?' She teased as He scoffed but grinned

'Nice to see you can make an effort for me'

'Don't I always?'

'Hmmm!' He said as he stoking the fabrics of her dress, ready to rip it off her body until.

'Before you get any ideas, remember about our date' she whispered as He sighed and moved away

'Fine'

'I'm still curious as to why you've suddenly decided to take me out?'

'Are you complaining woman?'

'No, but you never have done it before, so why now?' she asked

'Well let's just say I wanted to. How bout that? And besides, don't get too excited, we will be with Kakarott and his harpy don't forget'

'Goku and Chichi are our friends Vegeta. And please don't call her harpy, just say her name.'

'I will refer to her as Kakarott's woman'

'That's the best I'm gonna get out of you isn't it?' She asked

'yes'

'Fine. Well come on than, you have a date to give me' she smiled

'Let's go' he said

'Lead the way my lord' She winked as they took off, ready to meet Goku and Chichi there.

….

Meanwhile Over at Mount pazou, Goku was waiting on Chichi to finish getting ready, he was putting on his burgundy blazer and was putting on some aftershave, he wasn't so big on the smell as it was overpowering but Chichi once told him it made him look and smell sexier and he wanted that vibe, if tonight played out well for him, he would not only win the bet with Vegeta, he'd also be getting another reward from his wife.

'Chichi, you almost ready, we ought to be going now!' He called out

'Okay I'm coming' she came down the stairs grabbing her suede white jacket 'How do I look?' She asked as Goku eyes almost popped out of his head, she stood there wearing a short over knee length Dark Grey strapless dress and her hair straightened down glided over her left shoulder, she wore star shaped silver earrings and a sparkle diamond choker and on her feet white heel sandals and you could see her baby pink coloured toes that matched her fingernails and her make-up was simple and elegant and made her eyes sparkle, To Goku she looked like a fallen star in the shape of a human being!

'Babe…..' Goku couldn't stop staring as she blushed

'Too much?' She asked

'No! Its perfect…..you look…..wow!' He was lost for words

'Awww thank you Honey, well come on we better get going, I still can't believe your taking me out on a date! This is so exciting' She smiled

'Well I wanted to do something nice for you for a change. And besides it won't be just us remember'

'Oh how could I forget? It'll be interesting to See Vegeta and Bulma on a date too'

'Tell me about it, and we will have a from row seat'

'Well then what are we waiting for?' She smiled as he offered his arm for her to take

'My lady' He bowed as she giggled and took his arms and off they went.

Vegeta and Bulma met up with Goku and Chichi and headed inside to the restaurant, Bulma and Chichi were very impressed with the layout, it was so fancy. And their table overlooked the city below. It was very beautiful.

'Wow I gotta admit, I wasn't expecting this' Bulma smiled

'Me either, so who's idea was it to bring us here?' Chichi asked as Goku smiled

'Well Vegeta mentioned that Bulma liked this place and wanted to come here so we went with this one but he's never gonna admit that'

'Wow, you actually listened to me Vegeta, I'm impressed'

'You'd be surprised on how much I listen….and remember, Like for example, did you know the woman used to practice kissing on her pillow, and put a picture of her favourite scientist on it' He grinned as Goku and Chichi giggled and Bulma pouted

'I was 13! Leave me alone!'

'Which scientist?' Goku asked

'Let me guess, Alan Turing, I remember you raving about him when you were drunk on girl's night' Chichi grinned

'Okay A. I was tipsy, B. He is a cute scientist compared to others and C. He is widely considered to be the father of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence! I am a scientist! Why wouldn't I find that attractive!?'

'You are so weird' Chichi laughed

'Really? This coming from the Girl who had a major Crush on Jackie Chan?!' Bulma shot back as The princess blushed

'The man is an actor, a martial artist and he performs his own stunts! He is fearless!' Chichi argued as the guys looked to the other and shrugged, so far so good.

…

After dinner (which was delicious) the guys decided to take the girls to the local arcade and play some games, Goku and Chichi went over to the archery aisle as Goku managed to hit Bull's eye 3 times and won a prize, chichi on the other hand was struggling.

'Ugh how do you do that? this is hard'

'You just need to concentrate on the centre and relax, here let's try again' Goku stood behind her and angled her hips to its side and relaxed her shoulders, his breathing whispering in her ear as she blushed and got shivers, in a good way.

'Okay now you look at the bull's eye and relax your shoulders, don't look at the arrow, trust it. And take a deep breath and….' With that, she let go as the arrow shot straight at the Bull's eye as she smiled

'That was so cool!'

'Great Job babe!' Goku smiled

'How do you know about archery anyway?'

'Hmm? Oh well Krillin and I learned a little from Roshi when we were kids, was kinda cool' He answered as they walked up to the prize booth as the guy handed Goku a stuffed Panda

'Sorry miss, you only shot the Bull's eye once, you need 3 Bull's eyes to win' he said and turned to his next customer

'Hmm. Well at least you won something' she said

'Why do you think I played?' he grinned and gave her the panda as She giggled like a schoolgirl.

'Aww you know how to please a girl' She giggled and kissed his cheek. As he blushed and put an arm around as they strolled around

Meanwhile Vegeta and Bulma were over by the ring toss booth as they hooked a few in the appropriate hooks. Bulma was happy with her results as Vegeta felt out of place but could see she was enjoying herself so sucked it up, finally she managed to get 5 rings in its designated places and won her tokens and headed up to the prize booth and handed them to the guy behind the counter

'Yes I will take that large teddy bear please' she smiled

'Lady, don't you think you're a little old for teddy bears' He asked as her face dropped, even Vegeta looked at him in disbelief

'Excuse me?!'

'You shouldn't even be in an arcade, this place is for young people who are out having fun'

'Who the hell do you think you are to talk to me like that!?'

'Just saying, you're old enough to be my mom!' The young man was in for it now!

'You look like your barley out of diapers you little brat how dare you! I am out having some fun and I won that teddy bear fair and square!

'Lady, move aside, your holding up the line' He said as she moved to one side and was keeping a stern face

'I'll show that little punk!' Vegeta went to him But Bulma stopped him

'No No! You can't hit a him, he's just a kid, let's just go' she sighed. He knew he was not the best at affection but he'd be damned if he was gonna let that kid get away with it, so he decided to do something.

'When I say now, get ready to run' he said and went back to the booth

'Wait wha…..run where?' she asked but he was already gone, Vegeta went back to the booth, and when the kid wasn't looking, he leaned over and grabbed the large teddy and made a run for it

'HEY YOU GET BACK HERE!' The kid started yelled

'Run!' Vegeta Grabbed Bulma's hand as they ran, Bulma then started laughing. It was like being a teenager causing trouble

'HEY STOP THEM!' The kid yelled as the security guards ran after them, Vegeta and Bulma ran past Goku and Chichi who grabbed some cotton candy and saw the commotion

'What's going on?' Goku asked

'KAKARAOTT GRAB YOUR WOMAN AND RUN' Vegeta yelled as they made it towards the exit, Goku saw the security guards hot on their trail and gasped

'Oh Crap Chi Let's Bail!' Goku grabbed her hand as they made a run for it! They made through the exit and ran around the corner as Goku got everyone to hold onto him so he could instant transmission out of there. And with that he teleported them to a secluded central park in the middle of the city, they were all panting and they all started laughing.

'Oh man! I can't believe you did that' Chichi laughed

'Believe it! My Man stole a teddy for me!' Bulma giggled holding onto her giant teddy bear!

'That punk deserved it, pretty sure he'll get fired now' Vegeta smirked

'Oh man. This is the most fun I have ever had! I've never had this much fun on a date ever! I am so happy' Bulma smiled as Vegeta smirked

'Looks like I win Kakarott' Vegeta smiled as The girls stopped laughing slowly and looked to the guys

'Win what?' Chichi asked

'Oh well Vegeta and I made this bet on who could give you girls the best date, and which one of you would be the happiest by the end' Goku answered as the girls then frowned

'Wait…. I don't understand'

'Well we heard you guys talking about how much you wanted a date from us so we decided to make it into a bet on who could give you a better date' He continued

'So…. You did this for a bet!? Not because you wanted to spend time with us?!' Bulma huffed. The guys then realised how bad that sounded.

'Well when you put it like that…..' Goku started looking awkward.

'I thought you genuinely wanted to spent time with us! Not do it for a bet!' Chichi yelled

'Sorry to burst your bubble ladies but doing this stuff has never been on the top of our priority list' Vegeta huffed, Bulma and Chichi frowned and looked to their Significant others

'No it hasn't, and I think we're getting that idea' Bulma said in a low tone and walked away as Chichi huffed at Goku and walked with Bulma. Goku and Vegeta stood back and looked at the other and felt guilty about that.

'I think we screwed it up' Goku said

'You think!?' Vegeta huffed

…..

Further up the path, Bulma and Chichi were ranting.

'Why did I think he actually wanted to spend time with me!?' Bulma huffed

'Not just you, Goku had me fooled too. I don't ask for much from him, I don't want to, I want him to want to do this stuff with me but it's never gonna happen unless I say something, or if he apparently eavesdrops on me'

'It's all about the training, we're just side pieces in their lives and I'm sick of it' Bulma huffed

'So what now?'

'I don't know about you chi, but I wanna go home, pour myself a large wine and have a bubble bath and go to bed. I thought this night would be fun and it was, until I found out my husband only cares about training rather than me' She huffed as Chichi sighed

'Yeah, I get that feeling too' She sighed, as they were about to walk out of the park, there was a man dressing all black walking towards them, wearing a dark hat and gloves and pulled out a knife, alarming them both

'Give Me Your Purses!' He ordered as Bulma was concerned

'Hey man take it easy….'

'QUIET BITCH! PURSE NOW!' He yelled at her and Looked at Chichi and grinned 'And I'll take your necklace too Sweetheart' he ordered as she held onto it

'Like hell! You'd have to rip this off me' she huffed as he pointed the knife at her, making her nervous

'Or I could just rip it off your corpse!' He yelled and went to attack her but was stopped by Goku knocking him to the floor and standing in front of his wife, the guy writhed on the floor bleeding

'You broke my nose!'

'GOOD! You could have Killed my wife and I promise you I would have done so much worse!'

'Get out of here punk before we both take a turn reorganising your organs!' Vegeta warned as the guy whimpered and got up and ran to leave but was stopped By Vegeta grabbing him

'You ever try to harm Her again… You'll be hearing from me again, And you will be writhing in agony by the time me and him will be done with you!' He threatened as the guy nodded and ran away. Goku turned to The girls

'You both okay?' He asked as they nodded

'Yeah we're fine'

'That was great you guys. Thanks' Chichi smiled

'Of course, you know I'd do anything to protect you' Goku held her hand as she smiled 'I know you think I care more about my training but why do you think I do it, so I can protect you from people like him! You mean so much to me chichi and I just want you to be safe' He said as she softened towards him

'Oh Goku… I'm sorry, I know I acted selfish, and I know you do this to look after me, it just sucks when you're not there sometimes. But I do understand' She smiled as they hugged it out. Bulma looked to Vegeta and sighed

'I know training is important to you. i never doubted it'

'You just want me to spend time with you is what you're saying' He answered

'Is that a bad thing? you think it's bad that I love you and want you around?' She asked as his face softened and looked at her curious expression, her deep ocean eyes and sighed

'I'll…make more of an effort, that's all your getting' he said as she smiled and kissed his cheek

'That's all I want' she smiled as they all made up

…..

On the last part of the date, the guys took them to a Cliffside as they all watched the sunset over the hills, Chichi rested her head on Goku's shoulder while Bulma wrapped her arms around Vegeta's arm looking into the distance. All of them enjoying the moment.

'So, how'd you girls find the date?' Goku asked as They bother looked to the other and smiled

'It was amazing' Chichi answered

'Yeah defiantly worth going on a second' Bulma added

'Oh crap!' Vegeta huffed as the girls giggled, they all watched the beautiful sunset. A perfect end to a somewhat perfect Double Date.
