Safe to say Izuku woke up the next morning extremely sore. All Might had decided it was best for Izuku to learn some martial arts; he wanted Izuku to be a better all-around fighter rather than just an overwhelming force. Once the basics had been taught they sparred. All Might, however, did not hold back.
It didn't come as a surprise to Nana that All Might was completely incapable of holding back.
Izuku had iced his bruises and assured his mom that he was okay, this didn't stop her from crying a literal river.
"Have you had enough to eat? I know your new diet means you eat a lot more" Inko enquired
"Yeah I have thanks mom" he replied "So I kinda have something to tell you"
"What is it? Is it something to do with school"
Izuku proceeded to tell his mom everything about One For All and how All Might was training him.
"That's a lot to take in" she replied breathing out and relaxing her body
"It's all true, I just didn't want to keep it from you so I asked All Might if he was okay with me telling you the secret"
"Well I'm glad you decided to tell me, I knew something was up when your quirk manifested itself so late. It's unheard of for someone to get power so late"
"I know mom"
"Right, well you need to get to school, remember no quirks to get there Mr Superhero" Inko said laughing
Izuku tied his tie and walked to the front door; slipping on his shoes, "Bye mom, see you later", he opened the door to reveal Toshinori Yagi standing there.
"Young Midoriya! I was in the area and wondered if you want a lift"
"All Might!?" Izuku exclaimed
"SHH, now would you like a lift?"
"Oh, um, yes please Toshi" he replied with a wink
"Honestly Nana, that's your fault"
'HAHAHA, how was I supposed to know the kid would call you that'
"She's laughing about it"
"Of course she is" Toshinori replied shaking his head
"Right Young Midoriya, let's go!" came the voice of All Might as Toshinori changed into his muscle form. All Might picked up Izuku and leapt off the building.
They landed outside of UA and All Might set Izuku down on the ground
"Go on Young Midoriya, you should probably go inside on your own"
With that Izuku walked inside UA heading towards classroom 1A. He opened the door and went and sat at his desk. He'd arrived 20 minutes early, meaning it was only he and Tenya that sat in class.
"Midoriya, it's good of you to show proper respect for the prestigious academy we attend!" he said chopping the air "A UA student should always show up at least ten minutes to class"
"T-Thanks Iida, I just woke up earlier today I guess"
"Are you okay? That damage you took yesterday seemed to be quite severe"
"I'm all good thanks Iida, I saw Recovery Girl and she fixed my arm, I don't wanna have to use everything again though, it really hurt" Izuku morbidly chuckled "You did incredibly well yesterday by the way, your quirk is really cool! How does it work?"
"I'm glad you're okay and thank you Midoriya, my quirk has been passed down through my family for generations. It's an engine that allows me to speed up my body; I cycle through gears as I move faster" replied Tenya in his usual polite manner
Izuku was frantically scribbling down how Tenya's quirk worked in his notebook
"Wow that's so cool, have you considered using it to up the speed of your arms? Or increase the speed that you think orthestrengthyouhaveinpunches"
"Slow down please Midoriya I cannot catch what you're saying"
"Oh sorry, I said have you thought about using your quirk on other parts of your body to increase their speed and power?"
"I have never thought to if I'm being honest"
"You should try! Your quirk seems a lot like Ingenium's! I wonder if he does that too"
Tenya laughed "I can tell you he doesn't"
"Really? How do you know?"
"Well he's my older brother"
"That's insane! I wish I had a brother let alone one that's such an amazing hero!"
Ten minutes later
"That was better, it only took you five seconds to quiet down today. We have some important things to do today. Starting with... you need to choose a class rep, I don't care how, just do it without waking me up" drawled Aizawa
Almost immediately the whole class leapt up and shouted "Pick me for the class rep!"
"I would help this class sparkle," said Aoyama
"Pick me you extras" Bakugo shouted using his quirk to draw attention
"No way you're too loud and too rude," Jiro said muttering the last bit under her breath
"The best way to decide this would be through a vote, we each cast our votes into a ballot box and the winners will be the class rep and the vice rep" announced Tenya
"Good idea, I agree" echoed Momo
"Me too, ribbit," said Tsu
"Just pick me you damn nerds, I'm the best here"
Each of them cast their votes. As she made the cards and the ballot box Momo was assigned the role of counting the results.

Katsuki Bakugo – 1 vote
Denki Kaminari – 1 vote
"So Iida will be the class rep and I will be the vice rep" announced Momo to the class
"WHICH OF YOU BASTARDS VOTED FOR DEKU, THE QUIRKLESS BASTARD" screamed Bakugo trying to ignite his quirk at Izuku
"Bakugo, that's enough, detention for a week for attacking a classmate and another week for giving me dry eye" came the voice of a very annoyed Aizawa
"No way, I've just realised. You're Eraserhead aren't you sir" said Izuku
"That would be correct Midoriya if you know that; you should know not to find yourself on the wrong side of my anger, a sentiment I'm sure you can pass on to your classmates" he paused "Bakugo I'm returning your quirk. Do. Not. Do. It. Again."
"Fine, Shitty Deku" replied Bakugo
"Congratulations Iida and Yaoyorozu, you two will be the representatives for your class, don't let them down"
The lunch bell rang; with that Izuku walked out of class flanked by Tenya and Ochaco.
"Congratulations Iida! I'm sure you'll do great!" said Uraraka excitedly
"I thank you for your encouragement Uraraka, I will strive to do my best to uphold our class" Tenya replied
"I wonder who voted for who? I mean I voted for you Iida, it was an easy choice for me, you're always early and always follow the rules who else should it be!" Izuku said
"I voted for you Deku!" said Uraraka
"Me? Why?"
"I also voted for you Midoriya, your leadership in the field and willingness to save others at great cost to yourself is an admirable quality" Tenya added
"Iida answered for me" Ochaco giggled
They sat down at Lunch Rush to eat their lunches, with Izuku having Katsudon (Obviously), Ochaco eating her own body weight in mochi and Tenya deciding he was having beef stew.
REEEEEEE
A huge alarm went off causing panic in the cafeteria.
"What's going on?" Ochaco asked
"It's a level three security breach, this hasn't happened in years!" replied a panicked third year
The lunch area devolved into a mass of screaming, shouting and shoving. Ochaco being the smallest of the three quickly found herself pushed away from the group.
'Where's Uraraka gone' Izuku wondered to himself
Noticing Momo he pushed his way over to her
"Hey Yaoyorozu, you okay?" Izuku inquired
"I'm okay, a bit squashed" she replied giving him a smile
"Good, would you be able to make me a megaphone? I have an idea"
"Er, weird request but sure"
Momo's stomach started to glow blue and pink and a megaphone popped out.
"There you go"
"Thanks a lot, Yaoyorozu"
'Nana, you there?'
'What's up kid? I doubt you're here just for a chat'
'You said I would be getting extra quirks and that yours would be the first, can I get it now? Even just for a little bit, it would be really helpful'
'You already have my quirk? I'm surprised you haven't tested it yet'
'Wha... you never told me!'
'I can't tell you everything, where would the fun be!'
'Right... well give me a quick rundown'
'Okay, so simply tense your wrists out and point them down while thinking fly!'
'Thanks'
Back in the real world, Izuku looked like he was taking a nap on his feet. His eyes burst open and he positioned his wrists just as instructed.
'Fly' he thought smiling to himself
His body gave off a gentle swirl of lightning under his feet as his body was propelled upwards. He raised the megaphone to his mouth
"HEY EVERYONE! IT'S ONLY THE MEDIA, WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE HEROES IN TRAINING, IF YOU REACT LIKE THIS WHAT ARE PEOPLE GOING TO THINK ABOUT HOW YOU'D ACT AGAINST VILLAINS? CALM DOWN"
His voice carried across the whole of the school as Momo's megaphone also tapped into the school's announcement system
Landing back down on the floor Momo walked up to Izuku looking bewildered.
"How did you do that? Your quirk is super strength not flight!" she asked
"Super strength is just one aspect of my quirk, it's more of an energy stockpiler rather than super strength. I can manipulate the energy to do pretty much whatever I want" Izuku lied
"That's such a versatile quirk! I wish mine was like that..." she pouted
"Seriously? You of all people are saying that? Your quirk is literally only limited by your imagination! You can make anything!" Izuku replied
"Deku!/Midoriya!" came the voices of Uraraka and Iida
"Deku that was so cool! I didn't know you could fly!"
"Midoriya that was a fantastic display of leadership, that is exactly why I voted for you"
"Thank you again Iida, but you're still the correct choice along with Yaoyorozu and I only just figured it out Uraraka. I'm as surprised as you"
"Izuku Midoriya to the Teacher's Lounge, Izuku Midoriya to the Teacher's lounge" was heard over the tannoy
'Oh god, am I in trouble for using my quirk' he thought
'Nah, bet you Toshi wants to see you about using mine' Nana giggled while giving him a wink.
Teacher's Lounge
Aizawa raised his head at the opening door looking rather annoyed that his peace had been disturbed.
"Midoriya, what are you doing here?"
"M-Mr. Aizawa sir, I was asked to come here over the tannoy, I have no idea why I'm here"
Izuku felt a huge hand place itself on his shoulder
"Young Midoriya! I AM HERE to take you to the principal's office!" boomed the Symbol of Peace
"Do what you want All Might, just keep it down, some of us are trying to sleep" Aizawa drawled zipping back up his sleeping bag
"Ah Sorry Aizawa, right Young Midoriya let's go"
"Yes sir"
Izuku felt his feet leave the ground as All Might picked him up, using a burst of his vast remaining store of One For All Izuku found himself standing in front of the door to Nezu's office.
"In we go! And don't worry, he knows about One For All" All Might whispered
Pushing the door open Izuku walked in followed by All Might to be greeted with "Hello Midoriya! Am I a Bear, a Dog, could I be a mouse? Well, that doesn't matter, what I am, is the Principal!"
"Hello sir, I'm honoured to meet you" Izuku replied bowing
"No need for that Mr. Midoriya, although I can't lie, having a human bow to me does put a smile on my face" Nezu said letting through one of his more sinister smiles
A loud hiss was heard followed by some steam to signal that All Might was powering down to 'become' Toshinori Yagi
"That's better" he sighed "Right, I asked Principal Nezu to call you here so we can talk about what happened at lunch"
"It was most interesting to watch!" chirped Nezu "I thought your quirk was super strength, but it seems you have more than that"
"Remember Young Midoriya, he knows about One For All, so no need to make up a false excuse. Nezu would be able to see through it anyway"
"I thank you for your faith in my cognitive abilities All Might," Nezu said with a chuckle
"Well sirs, as you both know One For All is a stockpiling quirk, so my official reasoning for why I can fly is that I can manipulate the energy I produce to allow myself to lift off the ground. The actual reason I can fly is that One For All has passed its singularity point, which means that I will be getting access to more quirks. My 'mentor'" he air quoted
"Inside of One For All is All Might's master, Nana Shimura, she said that her quirk would be the first coming through and when she had it, it was called Float, since it has been empowered by One For All she thinks a better name for it now would be Flight. So she gave me a rundown of how to use it and I used it to de-escalate the situation in the cafeteria." he paused
"I just asked my classmate, Yaoyorozu, to make a megaphone I didn't know it could tap into the tannoy system, so I will take the blame for that if I'm here to be punished" Izuku finished
Nezu smiled "Mr Midoriya, you aren't being punished! If anything I am impressed with your quick thinking to solve a potentially hazardous situation, you acted like a real hero and a leader. I simply wished to know how it was you achieved flight when your quirk was in my eyes, a very powerful strength enhancer"
"That would explain why the way you floated in the air looked very familiar to me Young Midoriya, I know you said you would be getting extra quirks to me at the beach but I never thought they would manifest this quickly!" Toshinori said wiping a singular tear away reminiscing about his time with her.
"I will see with some of your upperclassmen if there is a possibility of them training you in the ways of flight Mr Midoriya," Nezu said
"T-Thank you sir, but are you sure it won't be a problem? I don't want to interfere with their studies or anything" Izuku replied
"Oh don't worry! I can always offer extra credit for them so that they don't lose any points. Besides, you have an inquisitive mind and are a quick study from what I am told! I'm sure you will be fine"
"I think we'd better not take any more of your time Young Midoriya, we can't have a new Number One Hero that doesn't know his multiplication tables" Toshinori winked
"Right, well thank you for having me sir," Izuku said to Nezu, bowing at each of them as he walked out.
"That boy really is something special All Might! You've chosen a wonderful successor!"
"Thank you Principal Nezu, I'm glad you also approve of him"
As Izuku was walking back to Classroom 1A he noticed a face keep appearing in the brickwork, he thought at first he was seeing things but on the fourth time he exclaimed; "Are you really there or am I going crazy!?"
"Crazy no, I AM HERE, but not as big" replied the voice "I just wanted to see why the Principal wanted to see a first year"
"We can talk if you'd like?" Izuku said
Phasing through the wall came the mysterious man, he had a big blonde quiff, with button blue eyes a small nose and a big smile. "Hi! My name's Mirio Togeta! Nice to meet you!" he said energetically.
"Izuku Midoriya, I can't say I've heard of you before, are you in Class B?"
"Nope, I'm in Class 3A! Hopefully, I'm gonna graduate and be a full-time hero by the end of the year!" Izuku noticed that this man was very energetic and was almost always smiling, he was almost like All Might in a way.
"Wow! That's so cool! I wish I could be becoming a licensed hero that soon too!" Izuku responded
"You can't rush being a hero, got to make sure you're as good as you can be so you can save as many people as possible" Mirio lectured half joking half serious.
"Your quirk... what is it? It looks like some kind of phasing ability? Maybe a teleporter?" Izuku asked
"Good guesses but no, my quirk, well I'll keep it a secret for now, I know what class you're in and I know I'll be seeing you very soon! Good luck Midoriya!" Togeta said walking through the wall.
Shaking his head Izuku thought 'What a strange guy, he seems nice enough though'
'I think he looks like Toshi' Nana chimed
'I thought that too! I think it's the big blonde hair' he giggled in his mind
'Maybe, it could also be that crazy grin they're both always wearing' she replied
Giggling to himself as he walked down the corridor he reached his classroom and walked in to be greeted by an annoyed Aizawa staring at him, quirk activated. Izuku felt the whirlwind of One For All within him turn into a gentle breeze and Nana felt as if she was miles away.
"Midoriya... why are you ten minutes late for class, it's not rational to waste your or your classes time learning"
"Sorry sir, Principal Nezu called me to his office and we kind of overran" Izuku replied scratching the back of his head
"Okay Midoriya, sit down and work hard, you need to catch up" Aizawa replied considerably softer than his initial accusation.
After the lesson had finished Aizawa announced at the front of the class, "Right, tomorrow when you get to school go straight to the changing rooms and get changed into the outfit in the case in front of you. You'll be doing hero work with your heroics teacher. Don't disappoint me"
"Yes Sir" The class replied excitedly
Tenya turned to Izuku, "I wonder which teacher will be showing us the way of the hero"
"Maybe Endeavor will be here for a guest lecture," Ashido said overhearing the conversation
"Endeavor will definitely not be here" came a voice in the back of the classroom
"How do you know? UA often have guest teachers" replied Kaminari
"I know because the bastard is my father, he doesn't care about anything other than being the best, he won't be taking time away from achieving that goal" the voice replied
"Todoroki right?" Izuku asked "Is everything okay? Most people don't usually speak about their parents that way"
"I'm fine... My father just annoys me, he'd rather be a hero than my father" Shoto replied
"Well whoever it is, I'm excited about the manly training we'll be getting!" spoke Kirishima
"Why is everything manly to you? Kero" Tsu asked
"It's the ultimate achievement of being a chivalrous hero!" he said pumping his fist in the air
"I have to say I'm eager to learn what the teachers have to show us," Momo said
"DEKU, I'M GONNA CRUSH YOU TOMORROW"
"S-Sure you are K-Kaachan, y-you always d-do" Izuku timidly replied as Bakugo stomped out of the classroom
"Midoriya? Are you okay? That's unlike you" Tenya asked
"I'm fine, we just used to go to school together, I know how good he is" replied Izuku
"Dude, where was that manly spirit you showed at lunch? You were so cool then, how are you scared of Bakugo?" Kirishima asked
"Deku will tell us if he's ready too!" Uraraka defended
"Thanks Uraraka, I will let you know one day, I'm just not ready" he sighed.
The next day
Izuku walked up to his allocated changing area and noticed a steel briefcase in front of him. He opened the briefcase to see a green and black costume in there (his costume from season 4). 'Wow, this looks so cool' he thought
'It does kid, could do with a cape in my opinion though' Nana chuckled
'Just because you have one doesn't mean I NEED one Nana' he replied laughing with her
'It looks great in the wind while you're flying' she shrugged
He laughed and started to get changed. Once done he waited for the rest of his classmates to finish and they walked out of the changing rooms together into a massive city.
"Whoa! Where are we?" Kirishima asked the class
"This must be the training area. Hey, the girls are coming" replied Kaminari
The boys turned around to watch the girls walk out in their costumes. Most of them were stunned at all the skintight fabric being displayed. Kaminari had to plug his nose while watching.
"Well, now we're all ready, what do we do?" Momo asked the class
"I'M GLAD YOU ASKED YOUNG YAOYOROZU"
The class all turned in the direction of the voice. Darting over the sun came a huge figure, he landed behind them in a typical hero pose causing the ground around him to crack.
"I AM HERE to teach you how to be a hero, you newbies!" All Might boomed
