RomulusVulcanII 2, preceded by RomulusVulcanII 1, followed by [tba].

"18 RomulusVulcanII-Chapter2" - a chronicle of an alternate/parallel universe, different from EarthPrime,
a translation into EarthPrime language made by Roland, ambassador without portfolio.
Characters within alternate, parallel universes are similar to and different from their counterparts.
Readers are encouraged to be, or become, familiar with:
- Star Trek, The Next Generation [ST-TNG], especially planets Romulus, Vulcan, Qo'noS/Kronos (Paramount).
- The Owl House (Disney). Episodes and extracts from Disney's The Owl House.
- Episodes and extracts from The Twilight Zone (Viacom-CBS and Warner Bros).
- WWII carriers, battleships, ships: supply, medical, troop, etc. (Discovery and History channels).

Within The Demilitarized Corridor or Demilitarized Zone, often nicknamed the Neutral Corridor or Neutral Zone, are a few M-Class planets. Planets with oceans, seas, islands everywhere, continents, peninsulas. Landmasses with tundras, savannas, forests, plains, polar caps, lakes, and rivers.

Earlier, Straczynski-Minbari class HarialValen activated the Jumpgate; the portal opened, and out came the Romulan Amitainya, the Vulcan Tusporok, and one HeDar'Jin vessel. Then the Jumpgate closed, and the HarialValen went silent.

Vessels Amitainya and Tusparok were immediately given action plans and printouts of all kinds, and all four vessels were made ready for the next series of giant steps. Before the disembarkment started, every sparable crew aboard the big four ships shuttled to or walked over to the designated places. They prepared to escort every individual, every family, and every small group from the Amitainya, Luzceska, Tusparok and the Myryk'KaH onto every available shuttle and then down to the planet's small deployment centers. [The missing HeDar'Jin vessel would soon return and would be mentioned within the ZaeBrac Chronicle.]

Disembarkment happened this way: from the Romulan, Vulcan, and Kronos vessels, shuttle after shuttle, group after group of people, streamed down to the planet, down to the deployment centers.

In various languages, in the deployment centers, the new arrivals heard something close to these words:
"Welcome to RomulusVulcan II Territory under the protection and guidance of the Romulus-Vulcan Alliance, with lots of help from Kronos."
[There is no natural way of telling how well the universal translators worked, everyone could only hope they did work well.]

During EarthPrime's WWII, a famous prime minister mentioned in a speech that victories do not come out of evacuations. Well, history bore out the fact that, indeed, two major wins eventually emerged triumphantly, one in the Pacific Theater, one in the Atlantic Theater.

Considering recent events culminating on RomulusVulcan II: Some short-term victories could be extracted from this evacuation. Small to medium wins such as: temporary housing, clothing, water and food, toiletries and hygienics, first aid and follow-up aid, other necessities and amenities, all of that must be established and provided on a daily basis.
There will be many anxious solar days and lunar nights.

Hopefully, new normalcy, training, employment, schooling, reading, writing, art, and more - will more and more alleviate the anxiety. Whether there will be long-term victories for RomulusVulcan II extracted out of this evacuation will depend upon the intelligence and hard work of all sentient beings over the next several months, let alone a few years.

This particular planet, fairly similar to EarthPrime, is just outside of the United Planets' part of the alternate universe. However, while similar, RomulusVulcan II is different from EarthPrime in many ways.

While many United Planet's class M planets have practically exact copies of to dissimilar entities NCTOs and SCTOs [Northern Continents and Southern Continents treaty Organizations], this planet did not. Instead, numerous confederations, territorial governments, strong entities, not so strong entities - are found everywhere, many need to be made aware of their distant neighbors.

In this peninsula, not far from the deployment centers, is the International House of Prayers and Supplications, maintained by three Abrahamic Faiths - Islam, Judaism, and Christendom. Only the Creator knows how and when they got onto this planet. Inside this building are three areas, one for each of the three major faiths. The best translations so far of the names are: Crescent International [IslLocamic], David's Star [Judaic], Red and Blue Crosses [Christendom].
These three entities provide shelter, clothing, a little bill paying, and food staples to those in need.

Every solar morning, a few from each entity enter, shake hands and greet each other warmly, then go to their respective areas to begin their prayers and supplications. Then, they head out into the fields ripe for harvest to sow seeds. Finally, each lunar night brings many, if not most, activities to a close, time to reflect upon the day and rest during the night.

Several mornings each lunar month, there were a few folks from each Faith meeting in the middle. Each of them senses there might be something amiss coming from afar. This something, which is not identifiable at present, might be more significant than their everyday local concerns. Other non-Abrahamic groups and entities also share that concern within their worship houses and charity places.

Little by little, the new arrivals begin to dig in, day after day, night after night. Once refugees, they more and more become citizens of a new Isles, if you will. New habits become daily routines. Recreational parks begin to make appearances. Shops start to dot the landscape as trades, crafts, etc., spring up and swing into action. Schools are beginning to become a reality, along with accompanying satellite libraries. An extensive library, ever more being stocked with salvaged and newly-written books and booklets, magazines, newspapers, etc. Small rooms within help to "bring pieces from their former home" into a new reality.

Small and large communities have local governments and law enforcement agencies created and maintained. Most of the peninsula is agrarian; however, communities bring various forms of city life into reality.

Sooner or later, the vast majority of sentient beings put the refugee status behind them and bring into being citizenship of RomulusVulcan II.
