Share Your Secrets Between Our Lips
Vi read over and threw away yet another piece of paper. She' been at this since she woke up, which has been for about... a good few hours now. And she wasn't anywhere close to finishing. She sat crossleged on the kitchen table chair, spinning the pencil between her fingers. Letting out a heavy sigh she leaned back into the chair, her arms falling at her sides in defeat.
"What ya doin'?" Her sisters smirking face was suddenly staring down at her, her blue hair frazzled and out of her signature braids. "Ah." She smirked wider as she glanced at the pile of pink papers, "Little miss perfect?"
Vi grumbled and pushed her sisters smug face away, which made her giggle and lick her hand in retaliation, "Yuck! Powpow! Why?!" With a grimace of disgust, but also mild sisterly amusement, Vi wiped her hand on her jeans and turned to look at her sister. Her eyes immediately locked on a red hickey on Jinx's collarbone, "Is Lux-"
"She's sleeping like a princess." Jinx sighed and wrapped her arms around herself in euphoria, "I wanted to wake her up with a kiss but I heard you sighing in misery." Seemed about as fun. "So what's the deal Havin' trouble with your love letter?"
Maybe it was from the teasing, or from the truth of it, but Vi was stumbling around for her answer, "It's not a love letter! Nothing's going on with me and Caitlyn."
Jinx's grin morphed into that of a cat that ate the canary, "Never said anything about Caitlyn." Ah. So she didn't. Right.
"I... I have classes to go to! And so do you and Lux. Do no spend the whole day in bed, I will know. I have eyes and ears everywhere." Grabbing her bag and a pink letter and envelope Vi rushed towards the door.
"Promise!" Jinx yelled, "Won't be the whole day. Just 23 hours." Luckily Vi didn't hear that part as she was already out the door and running towards her collage campus, which to her luck wasn't that far away.
Good thing she already got dressed for the day, otherwise she'd be late for sure. It wasn't a special day, but she decided she wanted to be more... elegant then usual. Her hair was still a spiky mess, that's how sh liked it most, and her tie was still loose, she ain't never tightening that up, but at least she was wearing something with sleeves this time around. And her beloved steel-toed boots which went together with any pair of pants, even the more formal jeans. Hopefully there won't be any fights today cause she can't move just as well in these.
The campus was busy as usual, but today it had a different atmosphere. Today was Valentine's Day, which meant that every couple, or future couple was gonna be very publicly affectionate, flaunting their happiness to everyone around them. Silly.
Walking through the halls she could feel eyes on her, she was used to that, she was the star rugby player and a rising boxing star after all. Because of that what she found when she opened her locker wasn't a surprise, a whole bunch of Valentine's Day cards, chocolate and gifts. She scanned through them and found no trace of the one she was looking for. With a sigh she closed the locker, just in time to spot a wave of midnight blue hair passing by.
"Caitlyn." Vi greeted, turning around with a cocky smirk.
"Violet." Greeted the other woman, "Got anything good?"
"Me? You know it. Have you seen these arms." Even with her shirt on one could still see the outline of Vi's muscles when she flexed, "They bring all the hot chicks my way."
Caitlyn raised her eyebrow, not impressed by Vi's bravado. Their little stand offs always drew a crowd. Not a surprise seeing as they were some of the most popular people in school. Vi a star athlete, and Caitlyn, not only from an influential family but also on the school council.
"I'm sure you'll have fun with them."
"You could too if you loosened up every once in a while, Kiramman." Vi crossed her arms over her chest, one leg over the other and leaned against her locker, "Live a little, there's more to life then books and rules."
"I don't need love advice from you Vi, I'm doing quite well for myself. I don't need to be chased either, I've already got someone in my sights." Caitlyn smiled in a challenge, one which Vi never backed down from.
"Mmm, must be one special girl." The jock licked her lips, deliberately slow to watch Caitlyn's eyes survey the motion, "Give her my condolences."
This did get a small, cute chuckle from Caitlyn, "As you wish. Goodbye Violet." Caitlyn threw her hair back as she turned around and started walking away, putting a little more sway in her hips.
"Damn that's a fine ass." Vi said to herself as she leaned her head against the lockers, unable to resist how good Caitlyn looked with a short skirt, "See you soon Cupcake."
Since they didn't share many classed together and they had different friend groups they could only make eye contact as they passed by each other in the hallways. If one knew them closely one could sense the tension brewing, but to an outsider they hallways seemed at odds, even though there were some rumors floating around. But this the Piltover University campus, everyone here had at least one rumor about them at some point.
Vi was one thought to have made her way through the cheerleader team, false it was only one and it didn't last long. Caitlyn was believed to have only gotten onto the council because of her family connections, false again, she was one of the smartest people in the school. There was only one rumor about them that they couldn't say wasn't true...
"Long day for you Cupcake?" Vi leaned on her elbow, a little close to Caitlyn who was waiting in the gym changing room. "Where's your special ladyfriend?" Vi asked, casting a comically long look around the room. Although mostly it was to make sure that the door was locked. "Aw, did you get stood up?"
"Oh would you shut up, it's only the two of us here."
"Yeah but, hot roleplay." Vi leaned over Caitlyn, both hands on the sides of Caitlyn's head, her eyebrows wiggling up and down. "This is pretty hot too. Sneaking around, having a secret thing going on, we're like Romeo and Juliet. Only, you know, without the death part. Unless you want to me give you a little death right now?" Vi winked as she made a V with her fingers and pushed her tongue through, watching in delight as Caitlyn's pupils widened and her breath hitched for a second.
"Why do I put up with you?" Despite her exhausted tone she put her arms around Vi's shoulders and pulled the brawler close, their faces inches apart. The tight shirt and that pretty skirt left very little to Vi's imagination, not that she needed to guess what Caitlyn looked like naked, but it was nice when Caitlyn teased her.
Vi licked her lips again, "My skilled tongue and fingers?"
"Hm, a valid point. But I think it's your big heart and puppy dog eyes."
"Huh? I don't-! Huh?!" Unable to tell if she was being complimented or not Vi decided to go on the offence with a hot kiss. Caitlyn didn't hesitate to return it, her eyes closing on the contact. A pleased moan left her as Vi swiped her bottom lip with her tongue, wasting no time at all, after all they didn't have much to spare while they were in school. "'M not a puppy." Vi mumbled.
"Sure you're not. You're very dangerous. Very- ow!" Caitlyn yelped when she felt Vi biting and sucking on her neck, "Vi... you can't... people will see." They agreed to only leave marks on places they could cover up. Caitlyn was the one who came up with that rule, yet she was always the one so eager to break it. And maybe the reason those cheerleader rumors spread about Vi. The poor girl's back looked like a tiger attacked her, and when she was in the ring, well... it was hard to hide.
Vi smiled against the mark she made and slid her thigh between Caitlyn's legs, "Yeah so? You're the one who said you have someone to spend Valentine's Day with. Anything I do, people will just assume it was your secret lover."
Not a lie, only people didn't know that Vi was the said lover.
"Oh right, I have something for you. Don't worry, I don't need to be on my knees for it." Vi winked as she reached into her pocket and pulled out a letter, "For you Cupcake."
"Vi, you shouldn't have." Caitlyn's smile told her otherwise, they rarely got to do sappy things like this, "I'll put it away in a..." Caitlyn paused and blinked at the paper. She looked at Vi, who's smile was slowly disappearing, and again to the letter, "Vi... darling... this is empty."
"What?!" Vi snatched the letter back and turned it over, "Oh. My. God." All the color drained from her face, "I... I swear I had..."
Caitlyn started laughing at her girlfriend's apparent horror, which made Vi want to sink into a hole and never come out. In fact maybe she'll just go home, lock herself in her room and never show her face here ever again. That sounded like a great solution.
"Hold on." Vi looked at Caitlyn confused as she walked to her back part and took out a blue sharpie. She took back the letter and pressed it flat against the locker, and with a neat, curved writing she wrote the capital letter C and a plus sign under it. With a smile she handed the sharpie to Vi who got the hint. Vi's was a much cruder letter V. "There, now I can put it away for safe keeping."
"Fuck me, we're so sappy."
"I have something for you too, Vi." As Caitlyn put the letter in her back Vi saw her take out something else but had no time to see what exactly it was before she got another deep, heated kiss from Caitlyn. She felt something soft be pushed into her hand. Hold on...
Vi broke the kiss and with wide eyes looked down at a pair of hot pink, rose patterned panties. Her mouth fell open.
She was too stunned to register Caitlyn's sultry smile, but sure as hell heard her voice, "You can give them back to me later tonight." Caitlyn gave her a quick kiss on the VI tattoo before she, with that same sway of her hips, walked out the door.
Vi was once again hypnotized. "Fuck me." She looked down at the panties, finally letting it dawn on her, "I'm getting laid tonight." Indeed she was.
