[chapter 2: meeting Nami]

It's been three days since the three new pirates set sail away from shells town.

Zoro is setting down guarding a pack of dead fish.

Coby is fishing.

As for Luffy.

I'm hungry said Luffy in hunger.

Just set still and wait. He's almost got enough for the three of us said Zoro.

Can't he hurry up? Asked Luffy.

He wouldn't be taking this long if ya didn't eat all the damn food last night as me and Coby were asleep said a pissed off Zoro.

But I was hungry Said Luffy still hungry.

Anything yet Coby? Asked Zoro annoyed.

Almost done vice captain Zoro said Coby.

How many more fish do we need before it's time to eat lunch? Asked Zoro.

Can't believe I'm in charge of guarding the fish. All because we got a gluten for a captain said Zoro to himself.

Hey I think I got a big one guys! Yelled Coby grabbing hard on the fishing poll.

Really!?, let's see it said Zoro as his eyes are now on the poll.

The two crew members of Luffy polled hard at the poll until they see they catched a big barracuda.

Haha!, we did it Coby!. We're going to live! Yelled Zoro happily.

Yeah said Coby happily.

Just like that a shark show's up out of nowhere and takes a big bite out of the fishing poll, leaving nothing but half the poll.

Coby. Was that a shark? Asked Zoro.

Yep said Coby.

Did it just take our fish, along with half the poll? Asked Zoro.

burp*!.

Just like that the two looked on in horror at all the fish bone's next to a big bloated gluten they call their captain.

Ahh~. Much better said Luffy.

We're going to die said both Zoro and Coby to themselves.

[a few hours later]

Ahh~. What a beautiful sunny day. Huh guys? Asked Luffy.

The two starving crew members are just looking at the sky slowly losing their minds.

If we make it to a island with a restaurant. I'm going to plunder it's kitchen. From all the food it's got said Zoro hungrily.

You do that. I'll try to muster up what's left of my strength to hold Luffy back. For as long as I can said Coby hungrily.

Hey look, a bird! Said Luffy.

The two looked up at the sky and see's a bird in it.

It's a shame we can't fly said Coby.

Maybe you two can't. But I can. Watch said Luffy preparing to fly.

[gum gum..., rocket!] yelled Luffy as he fly's into the sky to catch the bird...

Only for the bird to catch Luffy's head in its big mouth.

AHHHHH!. HELP GUYS! Screamed Luffy in panic.

LUFFY! Screamed Coby in fear.

LUFFY YOU DUMBASS!. WHAT DID YOU DO THIS TIME!? Roared Zoro as he row's the boat following the giant bird.

Just like that a group of men in the water screamed for help.

I ain't got time for this said Zoro.

I CAN'T STOP!. TRY GRABBING ON! Yelled Zoro.

Just like that the men grabbed onto the boat.

Are ya nuts!? Yelled the men.

Honestly I think that's a complement for him said Coby.

Stop this boat. This here boat and everything on it belongs to the Buggy pirates now said pirate 1 with a sword.

B..B..Buggy pirates? Asked Coby in fear.

Coby, take the rowing. I'll handle this said Zoro.

Yes sir, thanks a lot Zoro said Coby as he grabs the rows and starts following the giant bird.

Did he just say Zoro? Asked pirate 2.

As in..., pirate hunter, Roronoa Zoro? Asked pirate 3.

Oh..., crap said pirate 1.

[Luffy's pov]

Damn. I'm really high up. I hope I can find a nice place to land said Luffy to himself.

Just like that a red cannon ball gets fired at the giant bird.

BOOOOM*!.

AHHHHHHH! Screamed Luffy.

Just like that Luffy ended up in a hole in some town.

Damn it. Who fires cannon balls at people? Asked Luffy as he gets out of the hold and dusted his body off.

Boss!, your here to save me came a voice.

Luffy looks up to see a orange haired girl. She was smiling at him for some reason.

There all your boss said the girl as she ran away.

Hmm?. Who was that? Asked Luffy to himself.

So your the one she's working for huh? Asked a man behind Luffy.

Huh? Asked Luffy confused.

You little brat!. How dare you steal from your better's! Yelled another man before hitting Luffy's straw hat off his head.

Just like that Luffy sucker punched the guy in the face, knocking him out cold.

Let that be a lesson on to never touch my treasure again said Luffy mad now.

You basturd! Yelled both the rest of the guys.

[gum gum..., pistol!] yelled Luffy punching the two at the same time knocking them both out.

Wow. Your really strong! Came the same voice of the girl.

Oh, it's you again. Who are you? Asked Luffy.

I'm Nami. I'm a thief who steals from pirates. Want to join up with me? Asked Nami.

Steals from pirates? Asked Luffy surprised to hear this.
