I giggled, Amun smirked, amusement in his eyes, as he kissed me and left me to eat, and organised my things whilst I ate and drank my last meal. Once I am finished, with the rosé left on the side. "It is all in the past now, love. I have you, forever. Maybe one day we will have our own coven, and perhaps maybe I will even rule again, but I dare not think along those lines. I am just happy and feel loved, now that you are a part of my eternal life, and we have the gift of eternal love." I place my hand over her dead heart, remembering the beautiful sounds it made when my mate was human. She placed her hand over mine and we leaned in for a kiss, kissing my Bella will never get old.
I listened for any sound outside of our cave and led her out into the clear night. She froze by my side, and I watched her reaction, as her eyes widened to her new heightened eyesight, hearing, sense of smell and taste. Even though we don't eat, we can still detect the difference between bad and good blood in humans and sometimes recognise the taste in different scents around us.
"Ready, love? I thought we could go for a swim to freshen up." I suggested to her, "and also for you to get used to your new intensified senses."
"It's incredible," she whispered. I close the cave door and even though I know there's nobody around I still keep my mate close to my side. I don't think I'll ever let my precious mate out of my sight completely, the fear of losing her is too great.
"Won't it be cold?" Bella asked me as she held onto my arm, whose hand is entwined with hers.
"No, it doesn't matter what time of the year it is, the water will not affect our skin the way it does humans or other supernatural beings."
They are on the beach now and walking butt naked into the ocean and he loved how she didn't seem to care about her nudity.
They walk until they are shoulder deep and Bella surprises him by splashing him and diving underwater. He chases after her and they fall to the ocean bed their marble weight holding them down, as they snog underwater. Bella straddles him, and it soon turns more passionate. Something made him feel uneasy and he used his gift to cut them off from the world around them and he knew Bella felt it.
"What's wrong?" She asked, noticing there is no bubbles when they spoke.
"Wolves," he said, "listen." Then they hear voices.
"Her scent is definitely here, if we had left off any longer, it would be gone. Chief won't be happy." A growly voice said. Bella and Amun rose to the surface and Bella gasped at two large wolves and recognised Jacob Black.
"That's Jacob Black, Billy's son." She whispered as Amun held her tightly to him. Her legs wrapped tight around his waist, arms around his neck as they watched from a distance.
"Can they smell us or see our footprints in the sand?" She asked him, a little bit of mischief in her tone of voice. He shook his head.
"No, what are you thinking or should I dare say planning for the puppy's love?" He asked her, swimming forwards. When they reached the shoreline away from the wolves, Bella climbed onto his back as he ran into the forest. They got three big Philodendron leaves and sticks, poking holes in and Amun made sure she is fully covered, then Bella did the same for him, covering his dick, she kept giggling and he loved the sound.
"I don't think they are going to leave, and I don't want them to bring Charlie or any humans out here, to start a search party."
"You want to reveal yourself to them?" He asked, and he could understand why. She hesitated for a split second before nodding.
"I think it's the best way, moving forwards."
"I don't like the idea, but I understand your reasonings as to why." She kissed him on the lips, then pulled him forwards, and they made it back to the beach in no time, the wolves were sniffing around the cliff face now, as the two in human form stood at ankle deep in the ocean. Bella looked at him with amusement twinkling in her red eyes.
His mate walked right up to the one on the right and let goes briefly of his hand to push him with some force that had him splashing in the deeper parts. The other guy stood there frozen, and the two wolves looked around for the sauce as the boy came back up spluttering and cursing.
"What the fuck Sam?" He growled. She decided to do the same to Sam as well, and he joined Jacob.
"Now," Bella said, and Amun stood in front of her, wrapping her arms around his waist, but she chose instead to jump on his back, which made things a little bit easier should things get nasty.
"BELLA?" Jacob yelled in shock, once he recognised her, the closer he got.
