Two days before Valentine day, Bandit and Bluey are sitting on the couch, watching television. "Dad?" Bluey asked. "Yeah, mate?" Bandit responded. "Is mum your 'Valentime'?" Bluey asked. "Hm... I don't know, I haven't asked her yet" Bandit said.
"Can you ask her?" Bluey asked. "Sure!" Bandit said as he stood up and walked to the kitchen, and Bluey followed behind him.
"Hey babe, do wanna be my Valentine?" Bandit asked. "Of course" Chili said with a smile, which made Bluey's tail wag.
Then a thought went through Bluey's head, who will be her Valentine? Who would be willing to love her the way Bandit loves Chili? The next day at school, Bluey was sure to find out.
Once Bluey arrived at Glasshouse Primary School, she immediately started asking boys to be her Valentine, or as she would say 'Valentime'
"Hey Rusty! Do you wanna be my Valentime?" Bluey asked. "No" Rusty replied. "Oh... why?" Bluey asked. "Because if I didn't survive in the army, you would be sad, so no"
Since Rusty had denied her offer, and gave her a reasonable reason, she went to ask someone else.
Bluey had asked all the boys in school, they all rejected her. She then realized she forgot to ask Mackenzie.
"Hey Mackenzie! Do you wanna be my Valentime?" Bluey asked. "Uh, sure!" Mackenzie said, which made Bluey's tail wag.
"What do Valentimes do?" Mackenzie asked. "Well, they usually hold hands... and smoochy kiss..." Bluey said. "What? I don't want to smoochy kiss!" Mackenzie shouted and then ran away.
"Fine! I don't need a stupid Valentime anyways!" Bluey shouted. Bluey sat down next to a big tree.
Bluey was still frowning when she arrived at home. "What's the matter kiddo?" Chili asked while she was cooking dinner. "Nobody wants to be my Valentime!" Bluey cried. "Nobody? Are you sure you've asked everybody?" Chili asked. "Yeah! I asked all the boys in my school and they all said no!" Bluey said.
"Bluey," Chili said as she looked at her daughter "Anybody can be your Valentine"
"Anybody?" Bluey said to herself. She then smiled and ran into her room. "Bingo! Do you wanna be my Valentime?" Bluey asked. "Of course!" Bingo shouted. Bluey gave Bingo a big hug.
