Chapter Two: The Great Escape
The adrenaline from the fight with the Jaffa had just started to fade as Harry stumbled out of the temple and into the bright, hot sun of Bubastis.
The memories of the Tok'ra were still swirling in his head, but he was already starting to gain control. He had access to a vast knowledge base, but it was also overwhelming, and he needed time to sort through it.
As he stumbled away from the temple, he heard the sounds of Jaffa getting closer, so he used the new abilities he had gained to cast two enhanced spells, one being a disillusionment spell, the other a masking spell and slipped away unnoticed.
He made his way through the desolate landscape, dodging Jaffa patrols and searching for a way off the planet.
As he walked, he couldn't help but reflect on his past. He thought about his childhood, growing up in the wizarding world, and the friends he had lost.
He wondered if best mate Ron was still alive and if he would ever see him again. He tried not to dwell on these thoughts for too long, focusing instead on the task at hand. He needed to find a way off the planet, and quickly.
Finally, he stumbled upon a Ha'tak, an enormous spaceship that was docked on top of a massive pyramid. He knew this was his ticket off the planet, but he also knew that getting to it would not be easy.
He had to fight his way through hundreds of Jaffa guards and fight his way onboard the ship. The Tok'ra's knowledge was a great help in this regard, giving him a tactical advantage as he fought. He was able to use his newfound powers to make himself stronger and faster to dodge attacks.
Once he was onboard, he was met with resistance from the crew. They were determined to stop him, but he was just as determined to get off the planet.
He engaged in a hand-to-hand battles with the crew, fighting his way through them one by one until he reached the Pel'tak. There, he was faced with the lone Goa'uld onboard, a powerful warrior who was five times stronger than a the standard human.
Harry realised at some point during his fight with the Jaffa he no longer needed his wand and was able to use his magic in new and more powerful ways.
The Goa'uld was a formidable opponent, but Harry was able to defeat him in a gruelling, hand-to-hand battle using magic to light his hands aflame, the fire caused him no harm but the Goa'uld could not say the same.
Harry won simply by overpowering the Goa'uld's regeneration and durability.
If not for the combination of the Tok'ra symbiote and his own magic increasing his durability, Harry would have been dead ten times over.
With the Goa'uld defeated, Harry was able to take control of the ship and set a course for a system outside of known Goa'uld territory. As he made his way through hyperspace, he took a moment to reflect on everything that had happened.
He was now in a completely new universe, with no idea of what lay ahead. But he was determined to find a way home, to see his remaining friend again, and to make a survive in this strange new place.
As he sat in the cockpit, staring out at the view screen, he knew that he was on a great adventure. A journey that would take him to places he could never have imagined, and that would test him in ways he never thought possible. But he was ready for it. He was Harry Potter, and he was determined to survive and to thrive in this new universe.
