Dan's POV:

I look down at the snoozing SCP-939, listening to her deep breathing. 6 minutes it's been since I've been counting. By and by, 939 rouses and looks up at me.

SCP-939: "Hmm..?"

Dan: "Hey hottie."

SCP-939: "Hey cutie..."

She says in a quite tired tone.

SCP-939: "I didn't sleep for too long right?"

Dan: "You didn't, it's only been like 6 minutes so it's all fine."

SCP-939: "Alright.."

939 stands up on her feet and stretches her back.

SCP-939: "You want to leave now?"

Dan: "Sure, I haven't heard anything since."

Buckling up my belt, she nods and unlocks the door to this room, us exiting out together and continuing back into Heavy Containment. For a while every hallway seemed clear of anybody alive...until I see my still living CI team, who haven't discovered that I'm with 939 and that we're here yet.

Dan: "Stay behind me, I don't want them shooting you on sight if they do. Only strike at them if they're about to shoot at you.'"

She nods and hides behind a door I close on her. One of the marauders notice me and run up to me, surprised to see another of their group is okay.

CI Marauder 1: "Jesus Christ, it's good to see you're still alive. You got a lot of blood smeared all over you."

Dan: "Yeah, I know that. However I have to tell you guys something first before we start moving along. They may be dangerous and sort of a threat to you guys but they're actually friendly once you get to know each other."

Carl: "What do you mean they?"

Dan: "They're uh...SCP-939. She's just, misunderstood."

CI Marauder 2: "Dan...she killed half of our team. There were originally 20 of us who arrived here but now there's most likely only 8 of our team including you. While she maybe really is, SCP-939 is dangerous."

Dan: "Just trust me on this, 939 when I first met her only attacked humans because most of the ones she encountered were just straight up despicable. As of now she only attacks because we keep attacking her and cause she sees you all as an enemy threat."

Carl: "Hold on, if this is all true...how'd you get all the information from SCP-939?"

Dan: "Uuh...it's a long story but I'll explain the most important stuff. On the day of that previous CI raid I ran into 939 who spared me for not shooting her. We made an agreement that if we worked together then we could escape this place. During the time of trying to escape we chatted a few times about why she kills humans and some other random shit. After things go down bad and I got shot a few times, and I got taken by you guys."

Carl and CI Rifleman 1: "Hmm..."

Dan: "Can I trust you guys to not shoot at SCP-939? I already told her to not attack you guys unless you start shooting at her, and I don't recommend aiming your gun at 939 either."

The repressor that was announcing the raid earlier sighs.

CI Repressor: "Yeah sure then. Boys, remember to not shoot."

The Rest of the CI Group: "Yessir.."

Walking over to a door, I press the button and stand next to the revealed SCP-939. After a moment, one fearless rifleman walks up to aiming his AK down. SCP-939 bellows quietly, observing his friendliness. He backs away, the rest of the CI group making some loud enough noise for her to notice them all.

Carl: "Huh, you weren't wrong Dan. What about the other SCPs though?"

SCP-939: "I'll try convincing them to not kill you Chaos Insurgents."

The rifleman who walked to SCP-939 gives a thumbs up.

CI Rifleman 2: "...thanks, 939."

SCP-939: "No problem fearless soldier."

Dan: "Wait, before we all continue, I haven't known all your names excluding Carl yet. Mind if you tell me and her?"

CI Rifleman 2: "Sure thing, I'm Walker."

CI Marauder 1: "Marcus, brother."

CI Rifleman 1: "Harvey."

CI Repressor: "Name's Evan."

CI Marauder 2: "It's Lewis."

Dan SCP-939: "Hm, it's a glad thing to know your guys' names."

Carl: "Heh, funny voice sync."

Timeskip...

The robotic announcer that seems to be named C.A.S.S.I.E. has eventually made another broadcast that multiple MTF have arrived here again and that more will arrive after the first wave. Marcus has called for CI reinforcements to defend the surface or enter in while we're here in the facility. I'm just hoping it's not going to be over 20 MTF, otherwise I don't know if the rest of the CI would survive and leave with the items we've stolen. Aside from the CI and 939, we now have on our team 173, 096 sort of, 079, 049 and his zombies, 106, and finally 372 who most of us can barely see or notice. I also currently have heavy armor, a Logicer LMG, and adrenaline that we've looted from one of our fallen members. We travel back to Entrance Zone to cause the most chaos ever to the incoming MTF team.

Evan: "Shit, all those footsteps indicate that they're all bunched up, meaning they'll do enough damage to kill all the CI and maybe a few of you SCPs."

Walker: "I got a few grenades I picked up from some armory, it will do good to blast an unfortunate group. We can then kill the remaining ones if we find them."

SCP-106: "Good idea, I'll make sure to stay back as grenades do great damage to me."

Into to Entrance hallways we play stealthy to lure them to us. 079 is to be telling us when they're coming and how many are there.

SCP-079: "20 MTF and 4 guards are onto you all. One of them seem to be holding onto the Micro H.I.D which can neutralize any SCP easily, as well as heavy military guns that are able to wipe out the rest of you CI. I will lock some of the enemies in a blacked out room with SCP-173 in it while you all split up and attack the groups of MTF."

SCP-049: "My 8 cured people will be sacrificed to absorb most of the damage shot by the MTF, do not worried. Be hopeful."

Little moments pass.

SCP-079: "173 is now killing 6 of the MTF he's lured, it is time."

Presumably SCP-372 makes a quiet screeching sound as we open all the doors and charge at the MTF to attack them. SCP-049, his zombies, and the about to be enraged Shy Guy split up from us with 106 following them far from behind. SCP-939, the CI group, and I think 372 all go against a bunch of the MTF. Walker and I take turns shooting at the Mobile Task Force units in a hallway, with SCP-939 protecting my back and 372 jumping towards our enemies, brutally killing most of them. Walker then pulls a pin of one of his grenades and throws it down the hallway, I hear the MTF screaming grenade but one or two unlucky units are blasted into pieces. Poking my head out the door, I dodge a bunch of bullets shot by the MTF. I begin blind firing my Logicer as they begin taking cover, another few unlucky Mobile Task Force are shot dead by me in when they poked themselves in the open.

SCP-939 then goes in front of me and begins to sprint and kill the MTF with 372, the Chaos group following behind. We listen to the afraid voices turn into panics until they're ended with damp scratches and bloody slices. SCP-372 screeches while SCP-939 roars a bit loudly covered in blood.

Harvey walks up to a still alive Mobile Task Force soldier who seems to be a sergeant laying weakened on a wall. Harvey readies his AK to his head.

MTF Sergeant: "...all of you...burn in hell."

Harvey shakes his head then fires a single shot into his head. Another gone.

SCP-049's POV:

Shy Guy screams in anger as the soldiers see his face. They will soon join within my pleasant cured patients. MTF defend themselves as they shoot at 096 and my patients.

MTF: "There's 6 049-2 on us, I repeat. Oh sh-

I watch as one of mine snaps his neck and starts to consume his flesh to heal from the wounds he's gotten from the other MTF he recently killed. Shy Guy charges through doors like they're nothing, hitting bunches of the blue enemies. I then hear an electric startup which I turn around to.

SCP-049: "Hmm, and what do we have here. One holding the Micro H.I.D."

I back off carefully and fearlessly as the Old Man emerges behind the ignorant MTF. He laughs and punches his black arm into his chest, cancelling the Micro with an uttered yelp heard after, the Old Man pulling the both of them down into the pocket dimension, leaving black corrosive liquid. I roam away with my hands behind my back as I search for the still screaming Shy Guy and corpses to perform short revival surgery on.

Dan's POV:

We're now back at Gate A, waiting for SCP-079 to tell us the news while we defend ourselves. Lewis stares at the camera waiting for it to turn blue.

Lewis: "..."

The camera turns blue.

Lewis: "Ah, there you are. Can you tell us what's happening on the surface?"

SCP-079: "Yes, a lot of your CI Reinforcements are still alive but they are fighting the new MTF reinforcements that came and haven't been announced for unknown reasons. You should all go up there and defend your team of CI or take the opportunity to get out of here with the CI van. Make a choice quickly."

Everyone: "..."

Evan: "Can you really swiftly ask 049 and 106 about how they feel about the 2 choices and tell them about the surface?"

SCP-079: "Of course, I will be back in a few moments. Stay put and defend yourselves well."

The camera turns red and we wait. SCP-372 squeals while Carl and Marcus shoot at the incoming Mobile Task Force from the blast door gate. Then the camera turns back to blue.

SCP-079: "Okay. They are fine with any choice, willing to sacrifice themselves so you all can leave...well I don't know about 096 but 173 took a shit on the floor as a yes. Repeating this, you can defend the Chaos Insurgency crew or escape within their van. Do not try your limits to save the rest of the SCPs, they are sacrificing themselves for you all for a reason. I will now go and help them, good luck."

The camera goes red. I look at the SCP-939 who feels a bit guilty.

SCP-939: "I think the best choice is to leave within the van. I believe the SCPs abandoned their wish to leave this foundation, but even if they did they'd begin to cause true world havoc...not sure about 372 though. But I must thank them for such a good act."

Harvey goes to the elevator and presses the button, with Marcus making a phone call to I assume the l surface Chaos Insurgents.

Harvey: "Yep...I hope for them to be just fine."

The elevator door opens and we all enter in. Music plays as we wait for the door to open. Once the door opens, Chaos Insurgents visible have their guns aimed down.

CI Repressor: "Come on, the van is about to leave. MTF Snipers are at Gate B but while us reinforcements are dealing with them we can leave."

We all follow that insurgent down the stairs, so many dead bodies of the Chaos Insurgency are seen, same thing with the Mobile Task Force that dared to pass here at Gate A. The van seems to be shot multiple times but still able to work. I hear a loud sniper fired echoed, one of the arrival CI has been head shot. Quickly, we all enter into the CI van along with that CI Repressor. The van engine vrooms as the gate entrance opens, all of us exiting out...

372 who is on the van roof squeaks in some excitement while SCP-939 who's sitting next left to me holds onto my hand. Nobody seems to realize. However they do realize she's about to fall asleep.

Carl: "Yo, 939?"

SCP-939: "Yes? I'm doing good..just feeling sleepy."

Carl: "Okay, just making sure."

Moments later with the others' notice, she falls to my shoulder, snoozing peacefully. I gasp quietly and begin blushing behind my gas mask. Nobody says anything but I can tell the smug and smirking behind their masks.

Dan: "...guys. It's n-not what it is."

I spoke in a quite embarrassed tone.

Harvey: "So you and 939 are in a relationship? That's honestly so wholesome."

I keep blushing while 939 and I share some body heat, her heartbeat sounds like music to me. From so much comfortability, I start sleeping as well.
