Naruto: The Sage Of The Uchiha

What if Naruto was full Uchiha and had the full chakra of the nine tails sealed inside of him without the soul of the nine tails? What if more kids have lived through the Uchiha massacre? What if Naruto chose to lead the Uchiha clan? Watch as a smarter and more powerful Naruto leads the Uchiha clan into new greatness while craving his name into the history books.

I'm going to make a few changes in the story but trust me it's only to make Naruto being a Uchiha more realistic. Now from what I've seen no other fanfic is like this one. They'll be some things similar to other fanfics but in terms of new ideas and story this fanfic has it. I believe this story will bring new ideas into the fanfic fan base especially when it comes to the Uchiha clan. Now just remember that this Naruto will be a prodigy so his skill level will make sense. Look at people like Kakashi and Itachi and you'll see that the skills Naruto has at an early age isn't all that unbelievable. Now there will be no plot armor, no power of friendship or anything like that. Everything that happens in this fanfic will have reason and logic behind it so if it doesn't make sense right away it's because it will later on in the story. This fanfic will be much more realistic and darker. Now remember that some of the main cast members will die so don't get mad about it.

Also the pacing for this first chapter will be a bit fast since I want to get the Uchiha massacre out the way so I can focus on the main plot and characters. So after this chapter the pacing for the story will feel better.

Prologue

The Beginning Of A New Uchiha

October 10th

Minato Uchiha was sitting in the living room with his wife beside him holding their baby son. Their baby son was named Naruto Uchiha and he was born on January 1st. He had black spiky hair and icy blue eyes. Minato smiled because everything seemed to be going well for him.

When Minato was young, the Uchihas were looked down on because of their eyes. This included Minato although no one ever dared say anything to his face because of how strong he was. Minato made a promise to himself that he would become strong and change the way the village looked at the Uchiha and even become Hokage, a feat that seemed impossible for any Uchiha at the time.

Minato went on to become a genin at 6, Chunin at 8 and Jonin at 11. He then went on to become an Anbu captain at 12 and by the age of 16 his name was feared everywhere in the shinobi world. By the age of 20 he had gained the biggest bounty ever placed on a shinobi and gained the respect of the village. And just a few months ago he became Hokage. Yes he had made his dream come true.

Minato looked over at his wife, Hana Uchiha. She had long beautiful black hair that went down to the middle of her back. She wore gray shinobi pants and a black shirt with the Jonin vest over it. Her face was beautiful as well and she had a body any woman would die for. Her eyes were gray and gave off a warm feeling although they could turn cold as ice when she was mad. Minato had met Hana in the academy and they got along quite well. Hana was a prodigy like Minato but not on his level. She had become genin at 9, Chunin at 11 and Jonin at 14. Minato was given the nickname of the red eye flash due to his speed and sharingan. While Hana was given the nickname the bloody Uchiha due to how brutal her killing was. They started dating at 16 and got married at 21. Now they are both 24 and have a child. Minato was happy he was lucky enough to have such a beautiful and caring wife along with a new son. It seemed to him like all his hard work was paying off.

Minato was looking at Hana as she played with Naruto's nose until he felt something that sent shivers down his spine. He felt a huge spike in chakra but not just any type of chakra, it was dark and pure evil chakra. And with the amount of chakra that had spiked it could only be coming from one thing or more clearly one monster. The nine tails.

"Minato, did you feel that?" Hana asked in a worried tone.

"Yes I did, stay here with Naruto I'll be back soon." Minato with a smile but the eeriness was clear in his voice. With those words Minato disappeared in a red and black flash. He reappeared on top of the Hokage faces to see the nine tails in the middle of the village running loose. He watched as people were crushed by its huge tails and homes were destroyed. He watched as men, women, children and the old were killed. His eyes turned cold with anger and his Mangekyou sharingan sprang to life. His eyes were red with a triangle in the middle, around the triangle was a circle. The circle had black lines that connected to the corners of the triangle.

Minato was about to teleport in front of the nine tails till he felt someone behind him. He turned to see Kushina Uzumaki. She looked pale and in her arms she held a baby boy with red hair.

"Minato.. Help me please." She pleaded as she fell to her knees.

"What happened?" Minato asked as he ran to her aid.

"I'm not quite sure. I was giving birth and as soon as my son was born… it all just happened so fast everyone died and I was suddenly in the woods with the nine tails being ripped out of me. As soon as I could move I went back to the hospital to get my son." Kushina said in pain. As Kushina finished talking a loud explosion could be heard behind them. Minato turned around as his face turned pale. The nine tails had just released a tail beast bomb in the middle of the village.

"Kushina stay here, I'll be back." Minato said as he disappeared in a flash once again. He reappeared in front of the nine tails. Before the nine tails knew what happened Minato grabbed onto one of its legs and they both disappeared into thin air. They reappeared in the forest quite far from Konoha.

The nine tails looked down at Minato and with its claws tried to kill Minato but the attack was stopped when Minato activated his susanoo. Minato's susanoo kept growing till it was the same height as the nine tails. The susanoo was golden with white glowing eyes. Suddenly a black sword appeared in the right hand of the susanoo and Minato rushed at the nine tails. The nine tails swang its tails at Minato, Minato avoided the attack by teleporting behind the nine tails and brought down the black sword on the nine tails back. Due to the attack the nine tails was sent flying into the ground destroying a lot of trees along the way. The nine tails now had a huge slash on its back. The nine tails got up, rage clear in its eyes. It then began to form a tail beast bomb but was stopped when Minato threw his sword at the nine tails. The sword stabbed right through its left leg. The nine tails screamed in pain, the nine tails grabbed the sword to try and take it out but as soon as it grabbed the sword, the sword blew up. Minato watched as the nine tails left leg blew up into pieces.

Suddenly Minato began to cough out blood and his eyes began to bleed. "Dammit I'm over using my sharingan. My vision is becoming blurry. I need to end this quickly." Minato said out loud to himself. Minato then raised his hand up and suddenly 10 black swords appeared around his susanoo. Each one of the swords then went flying straight at the nine tails, each one stabbing right through its body. Once each sword stabbed the nine tails they blew up.

BOOM

That was the sound that could be heard all throughout the land of fire. A huge cloud of smoke appeared covering Minato's view of the nine tails. It took a few seconds but once the cloud of smoke disappeared Minato watched the now broken down nine tails. It had a huge hole in its stomach and was missing 7 out of 9 of its tails. Both its legs and arms were gone as well. Minato then deactivated his susanoo and dropped to his knees coughing blood. Minato stood up as his job wasn't over yet. Minato knew he had to seal the nine tails away and he had come up with a plan, a selfish plan but a plan nonetheless. Minato then disappeared in a flash once again and reappeared in front of Kushina who was even closer to death now.

"Kushina, I need you to give me your child." Minato said. Kushina looked at Minato confused but then her face turned into anger.

"NO! Don't you dare think I'll let you seal that monster into my child!" Kushina yelled.

"Listen, it's the only way." Minato said, coughing out a bit of blood once again.

"Then use your own son!" Kushina yelled.

"I am, I'm going to seal the soul into your child and seal the chakra into my son. Without a soul the chakra of the nine tails will combine with my son's own chakra eventually no one will be able to tell he had the chakra of the nine tails." Minato said.

"WHAT! So you're going to use my son as a sacrifice to make your own son stronger!" Kushina screamed.

"Look Kushina eventually the nine tails soul will start to make chakra again, although it won't ever be able to have as much chakra as before. But still it will make it easier for your child to learn to control it!" Minato said now yelling as well since he knew time was running out before the nine tails healed.

"STILL JUST SEAL THE SOUL INTO YOUR OWN SON! If it'll be easier to control then surely your son will be able to control it well with those eyes of his! But you don't want to, do you! Because you know goddamn well that your son will become stronger if he just had the chakra sealed inside of him instead of the soul! Goddamn it the soul of the nine tails probably won't even be able to gain half its chakra back will it! That's why you're sealing its chakra into your son to make him stronger!" Kushina yelled but her yells were becoming weaker.

"You're right the nine tails soul won't be able to gain back even half of its chakra.

This is because with sealing the nine tails chakra into my son I will also be weakening its chakra regenerating factors as well. Meaning it'll be harder for the nine tails to gain its chakra back so it will probably only be able to gain ⅓ of what it originally had within your son's lifetime. Listen Kushina, we're running out of time. I'm a father first, Uchiha second and Hokage third. SO GIVE YOUR SON TO ME NOW THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE!" Minato said, yelling out the last part.

"NO LISTEN TO ME MIN-" As Kushina was talking she was cut off by Minato stabbing a kunai into her neck. Kushina looked at Minato in shock as her eyes slowly became lifeless. Minato looked down at Kushina's dead body with some sadness in his eyes. He felt bad but that didn't matter because to him his son's future meant everything, so if he had to do cruel things to give his son the best future then he would do as many cruel things as needed. He slowly picked up Kushina's son and disappeared.

Minato reappeared in front of Hana who was holding a sleeping Naruto. "Hana hand me Naruto there's no time." Minato said. Hana looked at Minato for a few seconds before doing as he asked. Minato made sure to kiss Hana on the lips before he disappeared once again, this time appearing in front of the nine tails who had begun healing. Minato placed both boys down and went through the signs needed to perform the reaper death seal. Minato sealed the soul into Kushina's son and the Chakra into Naruto. Minato dropped onto the ground right next to his son. He looked at Naruto and smiled as he wrapped his arms around Naruto.

"I'm sorry my last moments with you are selfish moments but I know this is what's best for you to be able to become strong. Live a long life Naruto, do whatever you want in life, I will always support you and love you even if you go down a dark path I will always love you.." As Minato said those words his eyes slowly began to close.

This day would mark the day that the first and last Uchiha Hokage had died. Along with the day that the Uchiha's downfall began.

5 Years later

A 5 year old boy with spiky black hair and ice blue eyes by the name of Naruto looked up at his mom. She was wearing shinobi black pants and black shoes along with a red shirt with a Jounin vest over it. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail. Naruto had on black shinobi pants and black shinobi shoes and a gray long sleeve shirt.

"Well Naruto, today we're going to begin your training. We're first going to do body weight exercises and then spar a bit." Hana said. Normally no parent would want to train their child at such a young age but Hana knew she had to. Naruto is the son of the fourth Hokage who was feared throughout the world and Hana is also pretty feared herself. This meant people would come to try and kill Naruto before he could grow strong.

Naruto and Hana proceeded to do 5 laps around the Uchiha compound. Naruto was able to keep up due to the amount of stamina he had gained from the nine tails chakra. Afterwards Hana did 500 pushups while Naruto only did 50. They then proceed to do the same for sit ups, leg raises, squats, pull ups and russian twists. By the end of it Naruto was huffing for air as sweat came down his entire body.

"Alright now Naruto since you've never fought before just keep coming at me till I say stop. It doesn't matter how many times you get dropped down, keep getting up and fighting. Now come at me with everything you have." Hana said.

Naruto ran at her and tried to punch her but Hana grabbed him by his hand and lifted him up in the air, she then proceeded to slam him into the ground.

"Don't run at me with such an obvious attack unless you're faster than me." Hana said as Naruto slowly got up. Naruto once again ran at Hana this time with a kick. Hana grabbed his leg, Naruto jumped up in the air and with his free leg threw another kick. Hana grabbed his other leg. She let go of him and kicked him in the stomach. Naruto was sent flying 10 feet away.

"Better but you need to start blocking attacks as well." Hana said. Naruto got up slowly as he coughed a bit. Naruto again ran at his mother but he was surprised when she moved faster than he could react. Hana punched Naruto in the stomach and then roundhouse kicked him in the face. Naruto got sent flying back again. This time blood began to come out from his nose.

"Don't just think I'll let you attack every time Naruto. Now keep coming at me." Hana said and Naruto did just that but this time he moved with his guard up. Once he reached Hana he threw a punch which was blocked so he threw another one and another one, Hana kept blocking his punches till he threw a kick which surprised Hana since she didn't expect Naruto to switch things up. Hana blocked the kick and sent her own kick which Naruto failed to block.

This proceeded on for 2 hours. Naruto kept learning and improving on what he was doing wrong while Hana kept beating him down. By the end of it Naruto's shirt was ripped and he had blood coming down his nose and lips.

"You did good, Naruto. I honestly expected you to quit after the first drop of blood." Hana said proudly to her son. Even though he didn't land a single hit on her he improved on his mistakes as best he could.

"Yeah right, like I'll quit. I'm going to surpass you and dad so I can't quit just because I get hurt" Naruto said with a happy smile. Hana couldn't help but smile at her son.

"Well that'll take some time but I'm sure you'll be able to do it." Hana said. "Now let's get home, you need to shower while I cook something for us to eat." Hana said as she helped Naruto up

When Naruto and Hana got home Naruto headed straight to the shower. Hana headed to the kitchen to make food for her son. She had decided to make chicken soup today. As she was cooking she heard a knock at her door. She walked over to it and opened the door. On the other side of the door there was a man with black hair that went down to his shoulders. His eyes were black and he had a lean figure. He wore black shinobi pants and a gray shirt. Over that he wore a Jounin vest with the Uchiha crest on the back.

"Hello Hana, I'm just here to inform you that the meeting will begin in 10 minutes." The man said.

"I see, thank you for coming to tell me. I'll see you then Ayumu." Hana said to the man now known as Ayumu. Ayumu nodded at Hana's responde and disappeared into the night. Hana closed the door, she couldn't help but sigh. Ever since her husband had died the Uchiha clan began to get treated wrongly again. Her husband had worked hard for the Uchiha to gain respect among the village but with his death his hard work was destroyed within the first few weeks. The clan was blamed for the nine tails attacked. A man by the name of Danzo Shimura had begun saying that the Uchihas had used the power of the sharingan to control the nine tails. Soon after he said that the whole village began agreeing with him and more and more people began believing the Uchiha were to blame for the attack on the village.

After a few more minutes Naruto came down from the shower and began eating his food.

"I'm going to have to go out for a while, Naruto. Behave yourself while I'm gone." Hana told her son.

"Don't worry mom I will." Naruto said with a smile while eating. Hana got up from her seat and gave Naruto a kiss on his forehead and then disappeared into the air. Naruto's eyes went wide in amazement, "I'll have to learn how to do that one day." Naruto thought to himself happily.

After Naruto was done eating he washed the dishes and made his way outside the house. He liked to walk around the compound at night since it was quiet and peaceful.

As Naruto was passing by a lake he noticed two other kids there. One was a girl while the other was a boy. He couldn't help but blink in surprise at their odd hair color. While it was true that people have red, blue, white, yellow, green and more types of colored hair he's never seen anything like theirs. The right side of their hair was white while the left was black. He thought it looked cool but he's just never seen that type of hair color before. They were also the only other Uchihas besides him who had icy blue eyes, at least that he knows of.

As Naruto was looking at them one of the kids noticed him.

"Hi there." The boy said to him. Naruto was snapped out of his thoughts and waved at them.

"Hi there, I'm Naruto." Naruto said to the two and began walking towards them.

"Hi Naruto, I'm Ken and this here is my twin sister Yuki." Ken said.

"Hi." Yuki said in a bored voice.

"What are you guys doing out so late?" Naruto asked the pair.

"We're training to become Ninja." Ken said.

"Oh really that's super cool, I just started training with my mom too." Naruto said.

"You're lucky, our parents said we're too young to start training so they don't teach us anything." Ken said with a pout.

"Wait, your name is Naruto right?" Yuki asked.

"Yup, the one and only." Naruto said with a grin.

"That means you're the son of Minato Uchiha." Yuki said and Ken's eyes went wide in surprise.

"Wow that's cool, your father is the most powerful Uchiha to be born since Madara." Ken said with stars in his eyes. "That means you're going to be cool just like him!" Ken yelled.

"Yup you bet! I'm going to be even cooler than my dad!" Naruto yelled proudly.

"You two are way too loud." Yuki said with a sigh and both Naruto and Ken gave a chuckle in response.

"How do you feel about training with us?" Ken asked Naruto.

"Yeah I don't mind." Naruto said happily.

Naruto spent the next hour sparring with Ken and Yuki. Naruto completely outmatched them. Even though they were just kids and today was the only day Naruto ever trained it was obvious that he was a prodigy in the making.

"Hey Naruto, me and Yuki are going to head home now." Ken as he got up from the grass he was laying on. All three of them had decided to lay on the grass to relax from their little spar.

"Yeah, I should be heading back home too. Let's do this again some day." Naruto told the twins with a big smile on face.

"Yeah we should do this again, it was really fun." Ken said happily.

"We should get going now Ken. Mom and dad may be back from the clan meeting already and they'll be upset with us for going out without their permission." Yuki told her brother.

"Yeah, yeah. Bye Naruto I'll see you around." Ken said while walking away and waving his right arm at Naruto.

"Bye Ken, Yuki." Naruto yelled out and made his way back to his own home.

2 months later

Naruto stood at the lake with his mother beside him. For the past two months Naruto had been training his body to become stronger and faster as well as improving his taijutsu. But finally he was learning his first jutsu. He watched as his mother went through the hand signs.

"Fire style, fireball jutsu." Hana said as a ball of fire came from her mouth and headed towards the lake. Naruto watched the ball of fire hit the lake and water went everywhere.

"Did you see the hand signs I used?" Hana asked her son.

"Yes ma'am" Naruto said and Hana chuckled at the name that Naruto started calling her whenever they trained.

"Ok then, you try now." Hana said to him and Naruto nodded. He slowly went through hand signs making sure not to mess up.

"Fire style, fireball jutsu" Naruto yelled as a rather large fireball escaped his mouth. He watched as the fireball hit the water and water went everywhere, even on him and Hana. Naruto smiled brightly.

"You see that mom! I did it on my first try!" Naruto yelled out happily while jumping up and down.

"I saw that just fine Naruto. Good job, I'm so proud of you." Hana said while messing with Naruto's hair. Hana knew Naruto was a prodigy by how quickly he learned to fix his mistakes and how fast he improved himself but it seems her son was even greater then she gave him credit for. The only other person to her knowledge that learned the fireball on their first try was Itachi Uchiha. Itachi was a sweet boy who rose up the ranks quite fast. Even though he became strong and is now one of the strongest people in the village the boy doesn't let the power get to his head. Hana respected that about Itachi but Hana will make sure her son stays in the academy for the full 4 years. Hana had seen how leaving the academy too soon had affected Itachi. Even though the boy was sweet he didn't have many friends, she could only count 3 off the top of her head. She wanted her son to be able to make friends and enjoy his childhood for as long as possible before being thrown into battle.

"How about as a reward we skip the rest of training and go get something to eat." Hana said, smiling down at her son.

"YES! Can we get dango?!" Naruto asked loudly.

"Yeah we sure can, let's get going now sweetly." Hana said and they both began heading towards the dango shop within the Uchiha compound. When they arrived Naruto sat down in one of the benches outside the dango shop while Hana went inside to buy the dango. As Naruto was sitting on the bench he turned to his right to look at the person sitting down on the bench next to his. She had long spiky black hair that reached down to her mid back. Half of her face was covered by her hair and she had black eyes. She was eating dango while looking up at the sky. Naruto couldn't help but frown as he noticed the sadness in her eyes.

"Hi." Naruto said to the girl. The girl turned to look at Naruto and then looked up towards the sky again completely ignoring him. "Hey don't ignore me!" Naruto told the girl with some annoyance in his voice.

"I wouldn't have ignored you if you didn't bother me." The girl told Naruto.

"Well I just wanted to chat with someone while my mom bought the dango. My name is Naruto by the way." Naruto told the girl with a warm smile on his face.

"Hm." Was the only sound she made.

"Come on, tell me your name. If you don't I'm just going to keep bothering you till you do." Naruto said, smiling at her with a cheeky smile. The girl sighed and then spoke.

"Machida Uchiha." Machida said.

"Machida huh. It sounds nice." Naruto said. Machida looked at Naruto with a calculating gaze.

"Thank you." Machida said after some time. Naruto was about to say something but was stopped by the sound of his mom coming out of the store.

"All set now Naruto, let's head home." Hana told her son.

"Okay mom, bye Machida." Naruto said getting up from the bench and reaching his hand out to shake Machida's hand. Machida looked at his hand and then just turned back up to look at the sky. Naruto got a tick mark on his forehead.

"Fine, then keep being rude." Naruto said with a pout and began walking home. However Naruto didn't hear the small chuckle that escaped Machida's lips.

As Naruto and Hana were walking home Hana spoke out to her son.

"Try to go easy on her, okay Naruto." Hana said softly. Naruto looked up at his mom with a confused look.

"Her parents died on the day the nine tails attacked. She has been living on her own ever since she learned how to walk. She has a small apartment to herself within the compound so she doesn't sleep on the streets. However she doesn't talk to anyone. She most likely believes no one cares about her because no one adopted her into their family. So try to go on easy on her ok Naruto." Hana said to Naruto.

"Yeah don't worry mom I'll make her warm up to me one day but I won't be pushy about it." Naruto said to his mom.

"I'm sure you will. Also Kiyomi and Kisuke will be coming over later on since I'll be hanging out with their moms." Hana said.

"That's awesome!" Naruto said with excitement in his voice.

Naruto ran down the stairs when he heard a knock at the door. He opened the door to find two beautiful women standing there and behind them the people he wanted to see. His first two friends. Naruto looked at Kisuke. The boy had black spiky messy hair that reached his shoulders and had bangs, the bangs almost covered his eyes but they weren't that long just yet. Alongside that he had gray eyes. He then looked at his other friend. Kiyomi had long beautiful black hair that reached down to her mid back with a string of hair going down the middle of her face. She also had beautiful black eyes.

"Hi there Naruto." One of the women said.

"Hi! My mom is in the kitchen." Naruto said happily.

"Thank you for informing us, you three behave yourselves now and don't get into trouble."

"We know mom." Kisuke said lazily.

"Come on guys, let's go to the park and play." Naruto said happily to his two friends. He grabbed both of their hands and started running towards the park.

After a few minutes they arrived at the park which wasn't the public park, this park was only meant for Uchihas since it was located inside the Uchiha compound. They began playing things like tag and then pushing each other on the swigs. After a few hours they were all laying down on the ground looking towards the sky that was slowly turning darker.

"Hey Naruto." Kisuke said.

"Yeah?" Naruto asked.

"Has your mom been going to meetings more often now?" Kisuke asked.

"Yeah she has, she goes to one like every other night now." Naruto said.

"Yeah my parents do too." Kiyomi said, getting herself into the conversion.

"I see. I was just asking because I've noticed my parents going to more meetings too. They've also been more tense lately too." Kisuke said.

"I haven't seen my mom get more tense." Naruto said to Kisuke.

"Of course you haven't Naru. Your mom is one of the best Uchiha alive. If she is tense she would be able to hide it from you." Kiyomi told Naruto.

"I guess you have a point and hey I told you to stop calling me Naru!" Naruto yelled out.

"Too bad." Kiyomi said, sticking her tongue out at him.

"Kisuke help me, Kiyomi is being mean again." Naruto said to Kisuke with a pout.

"Now, now Kiyomi be nice to little Naru, you don't want him to be angry do you now." Kisuke said with a smirk and Kiyomi started laughing.

"You guys are so mean." Naruto said with a pout that made them laugh even more.

The three of them kept talking and making jokes for a few more minutes till they stopped due to hearing footsteps behind them. They turned to see a boy with messy spiky brown hair with hair going down the middle of his face. He also had gray eyes. This was another friend of theirs. Jinkusu Uchiha. He was someone who some people in the clan didn't like much. Not because he did something but because of his blood. You see, his great, great grandfather was a Senju. The Senju and Uchiha have hated each other since forever. Some of the Uchiha have let go of that hate while others haven't. With him being half Senju, some Uchihas hate him for it.

"Hey there Jinkusu!" Naruto called out.

"Hey Naruto, Kiyomi, Kisuke." Jinkusu greeted all of them. Jinkusu was close to them but not as close as Naruto, Kiyomi and Kisuke were to each other. The three of them had grown up together since their moms were friends while Jinkusu had only met them just 8 months ago.

"How have you been?" Asked Kiyomi.

"I've been well, well as well as I can be with being hated by half the clan." He said with a tone that showed he was making a joke.

"I still don't get why they hate you. Honestly those old farts should just let go of the hate, especially since there's only like 3 Senjus left. Being you, your father and that other person who left the village." Naruto said.

"You mean Tsunade." Kisuke said.

"Yeah her." Naruto said, nodding his head.

"Well I'm used to it by now so don't worry about it." Jinkusu said while laying down next to Kisuke.

"I've decided." Naruto said out loud to the group.

"Decided what?" Kisuke asked.

"I'm going to be the next leader of the Uchiha." Naruto said, which surprised everyone there.

"Um Naruto," Kisuke spoke.

"Yeah?" Naruto asked.

"You do realize there's already a clan heir right?" Kisuke asked.

"Yeah so what. I'll just fight him and take the clan head title away from him." Naruto said.

"Why do you suddenly even want to be clan head?" Kiyomi asked. Naruto took a deep breath in and then out and suddenly the air around Naruto turned serious. His eyes turned serious and cold, the playfulness that was once there was now completely gone. This was a side of Naruto that they only saw a few times. This was the Naruto who was the new prodigy of the Uchiha, the Naruto who's smarts were well above his age, the Naruto who was a true shinobi.

"Because I've seen it. The villages look at us with fear and hate. I don't know why but they do. Recently all the ninjas in our clan have been tense as if battle could start any second. I don't know if the relationship between our clan and the village has always been this bad but it's getting worse that much I know for sure. The clan can't keep going like this, if this keeps up something will spark a fight between our clan and the village. As strong as we may be we have no hope in hell in winning a war against the whole village. I will change our clan and make the village respect us. Even if it's just an act we put on in front of the people we will gain their respect. Not because I want their respect but to protect my clan. I will also make sure people stop hating Jinkusu. I don't give a crap about our history with the Senju. Jinkusu is an Uchiha which means is one of us, he's our family. I will become leader of this clan not because I want to but because I have to. Someone has to change this clan and as it is now I will be the strongest of our generation." Naruto said. When he finished they all just layed there thinking about everything he said. After a few minutes Kisuke got up.

"I believe in you. We may be kids but I believe in you. I don't know if you'll take a dark path into saving our clan but I know you will always be there for us." Kisuke said. "But know this, you're like a brother to me, no you are my brother and I will always be there for you, so you can count on having my support." Kisuke finished with a warm smile on his face.

"I believe in you too." Both Kiyomi and Jinkusu said at the same time getting up and standing next to Kisuke.

Suddenly the serious Naruto was gone just as fast as he came. Naruto couldn't help but let tears come to his eyes. He was happy his friends believed him and were willing to support him. He got up and ran at his friends and gave them a hug that made them all fall down on the grass. They laughed and hugged him back.

4 months later

5 year old Naruto

Naruto stood in front of his mom. Both of them were holding a sword and were in a fighting stance. Naruto's sword was small compared to Hana's. After a few seconds of staring at each other Naruto rushed towards Hana with low genin speed. He swung the sword towards her right which she blocked easily. Hana then sent a kick towards Naruto but Naruto managed to barely avoid it. He then tried swinging his blade towards her again. She blocked it again but this time Naruto grabbed a kunai from his kunai pouch and threw it towards Hana's face. Hana turned her head to avoid the kunai but as she did Naruto threw a kick towards her face. She easily saw it and grabbed his leg and threw him away. Naruto grabbed another three kunai and threw them at Hana. Hana avoided all of them just to see Naruto rushing towards her. Hana got ready to block his attack again but stopped when she felt a sharp pain in her back. She turned to see three kunai stabbed into her. They were the kunai Naruto had thrown. Naruto watched as Hana popped away in a cloud of smoke.

"Good job Naruto. You used ninja wire to move the kunai into my back." Hana said from the top of a tree. The 'person' Naruto had stabbed with those kunai was a shadow clone. Hana jumped down from the tree. Naruto made one hand sign and suddenly there were 8 more Narutos, all being shadow clones. Hana had taught Naruto the shadow clone because she knew he had the nine tails chakra inside of him. It was only a few days after Minato had died that they figured out that Naruto only had the chakra of the nine tails, while the other child had the soul. Even while dying Minato gave their son a gift that will help him a lot. Although Naruto didn't know how to control all the chakra just yet.

The 8 shadow clones rushed at Hana, each one with their own swords.

"Fire style, fire ball jutsu." Hana said as a large ball of fire came from her mouth killing all the clones.

"Lightning style, lightning blast." Hana heard Naruto say. A ball of lightning came rushing at her which she jumped up to avoid. She watched as the lightning slammed into a tree and made a hole in the tree which caused the tree to fall down.

"Fire style, fire ball jutsu." Hana watched as a large fireball came towards her. Because she was in the air she couldn't move.

"Wind style, wind wall" Hana said as a wall of wind was created in front of hair which blocked the fireball. As her feet touched the ground Naruto rushed at her. After that it all happened too fast for Naruto to see. One moment he was running towards his mom to fight her the next he was slammed into a tree.

"Well Naruto now it's my turn to go on the attack." Hana said. Naruto picked himself up just to be slammed into another tree. He dropped his sword. Naruto reached to get his sword but then found himself thrown into the air and then slammed right back onto the ground. Naruto got up and then grabbed onto his left shoulder as he felt a sharp pain. He looked over to see that it was cut. He didn't have any time to do anything as he was slammed into another tree and then another one and another one. On the last tree he broke right through it. Naruto tried not to think of the pain his body was feeling and slowly got up again just to find himself being kneed in the stomach. He coughed out blood and fell to his knees. He then found a knee being slammed into his face sending him flying back. Before Naruto could even stand his mom was standing over him. She then stomped on his stomach hard making him cough out blood and then everything went dark for him.

Naruto opened his eyes to find himself looking into the blue sky. He was confused for a moment but then the memory of what happened came to him. He looked over to see his mother eating food.

"Glad to see you're awake now." Hana said while handing Naruto's lunch box over to him.

"Yeah well you're really harsh when it comes to training." Naruto said as he opened the box and began to eat.

"Well I have to be. If I take it easy on you, you won't be prepared for the real battles. I need to show you what a battle will be like when you face someone stronger than you." Hana said to her son.

"I know, I know." Naruto said with a sigh.

Over the last 4 months Naruto has kept his training up and improving even more. So far he has learned 13 jutsus. Eight of them being D rank, four being C rank and the last one being S rank which was the shadow clone. Other than that his taijutsu has also been improving well. His mom told him that he was half way done with learning the Uchiha fighting style and then could choose whether he wants to learn hers or his dad's fighting style next. His mom had also decided to start teaching him Kenjutsu not all that long ago.

He had also spent these past 4 months getting closer to his friends. Speaking of which, they all started training with their parents. This is because the academy was starting in two years and everyone wanted their kids to be prepared.

Back on to his friends. After a while Naruto had introduced Ken and Yuki to Kiyomi, Kisuke and Jinkusu. Yuki and Kiyomi got along rather quickly while Ken, Kisuke and Jinkusu also got along rather quickly. Naruto was rather happy that his friends became friends with each other. When Ken and Yuki learned about Naruto wanting to become the next clan head they both agreed to support him. Especially Ken. It seemed like Ken was starting to admire Naruto.

Naruto kept going to the dango shop just to see Machida. At first Naruto did about 99% of the talking. After a while she started talking to him as well. Naruto still did about 80% of the talking but it was an improvement. Just last month Naruto had convinced Machida to go to the park to meet the rest of his friends. Machida got along with everyone but still didn't talk much. Out of everyone she got along with Kiyomi the most since Kiyomi and Machida could both enjoy each other's silence.

As Naruto was thinking about everything that happened the last 4 months someone appeared in front of him and his mom. Naruto looked at the black hair boy whose hair was tied in a ponytail and reached his back. This was no other than Itachi Uchiha. A person who Naruto respected. Itachi and Naruto had met one day when Naruto went to the dango shop. Itachi talks to Naruto about how it was being in the Anbu and Naruto talks to Itachi about his training and his dreams for the future. Itachi had told Naruto that he respected his dream and hoped that he succeeded. Itachi had told Naruto that even though he was next in line to become clan head, he wasn't interested in it so he would most likely have to fight his younger brother Sasuke over clan head status.

"Lady Hana, my father wishes to speak to you." Itachi told Hana. Hana sighed and got up.

"Alright, thank you for informing me." Hana said and Itachi nodded.

"Have a good day Naruto." Itachi said to Naruto.

"Yeah, you too." Naruto said to Itachi with a smile. Itachi nodded and disappeared. "I still need to learn how to do that." Naruto thought to himself.

"Seems like you got lucky today. Training is now over, I'll see you later be safe Naruto." Hana said disappearing.

Naruto finished eating his food and put the box in one of his pouches and headed towards the park where he and his friends hung out. When Naruto arrived at the park none of his friends were there. This wasn't a surprise to him since he knew they would be training with their parents about this time. Well everyone but Machida who right now will probably be in the Uchiha library learning about different jutsus. Out of all his friends Kisuke had surprised him the most. Naruto knew that Kisuke was a lazy genius but he thought that Kisuke was only smart but Naruto had come to learn that Kisuke wasn't just a genius but a prodigy like him. No, Kisuke was probably even a greater prodigy then Naruto. Kisuke learned everything at first try along with his smarts he was able to fix all his mistakes as soon as he noticed them. Ken and Jinkusu were also prodigies in their own right but just nowhere near the level of Naruto and Kisuke. Yuki wasn't really a prodigy but the hard work she put in made up for it. Machida is also a prodigy on the level of Ken and Jinkusu. Kiyomi was a prodigy on the same level as Ken, Jinkusu and Machida but she was even stronger than them. This is because like Yuki she puts in a lot of hard work to improve herself. Not to say that the rest don't but compared to Kiyomi it seems like everyone else isn't putting in any hard work. Kiyomi works herself until her body gives up. Naruto also trains till his body gives up but unlike everyone else his body recovers fast. He didn't really know why but when he trained till his body gave up he would feel better after an hour or so. Also everytime he got hurt he would heal within minutes and sometimes even seconds. "I should ask my mom about it." Naruto thought to himself.

Naruto was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard laughing. Naruto turned his head to see five boys and four girls walking around the park. He couldn't help but narrow his eyes. This was Uchiha's park, so what is a blue-haired kid doing here? It's true that Ken and Yuki didn't have the same type of hair like the rest of the Uchiha but at least half of it was black but this boy had full blue hair. Uchiha's had either black or sometimes brown hair but he's never seen a blue-haired Uchiha before. He then looked at another one of the kids in the group, this time a girl with purple hair. Normally he would have no problem with people from outside the clan entering their compound to have fun with friends but everyone knew that there was a new law placed that no one outside the clan is welcomed within the compound. Naruto knew this meant a fight between the Uchiha and the village was nearing if something didn't happen soon.

Naruto got up and walked towards the group of nine kids. As he was walking the blue boy turned around and it was then Naruto noticed the Uchiha crest mark on the boy's back. "So he is an Uchiha. I guess the purple-haired girl must be one too. Odd hair colors for an Uchiha to have but who am I to judge? After all, it's not like most Uchihas have blue eyes and especially icy blue eyes like mine." Naruto thought to himself. Naruto decided to leave them alone since he now knew those two were Uchihas. After all no person would dare wear a clan crest when they didn't belong to that clan. Doing so will make you an enemy of that clan.

But as Naruto was about to turn around to go lay down again one of the kids noticed him.

"Hey, do you need something?" A girl with beautiful long black hair along with beautiful golden eyes said to him.

"Nope, I just thought those two weren't Uchihas but I saw the crest on their back so I guess they are." Naruto told the girl and now the whole group was looking at him. The boy with blue hair stepped up and walked towards Naruto. Naruto also just now noticed the amazing golden eyes the boy had.

"Yeah a lot of people have mistaken me for an outsider before. Guess I'm just a one of a kind Uchiha huh." The blue-haired boy said with a chuckle. "Anyways my name is Rimuru, nice to meet you." Rimuru said, reaching his hand out to shake Naruto's.

"My name is Naruto, it's nice to meet you as well Rimuru." Naruto said, shaking Rimuru's hand. Rimuru then turned around to look at the group of kids.

"You guys should introduce yourselves too." Rimuru told his friends. A boy with black hair tied in a ponytail with black eyes stepped up.

"My name is Hibari." Hibari said. "Make sure to remember my name because I'm going to be the best swordsman ever right alongside Rimuru here." Hibari said and wrapped his arm around Rimuru's neck.

"Just ignore him" A boy with spiky brown hair that went down to his mid back and along with green eyes said to Naruto. "He's just a big dreamer. The name is Makura by the way." Makura said.

"Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" Hibari asked with annoyance in his voice.

"I don't mean anything by it." Makura said with a grin which caused Hibari to grab his collar.

"What? You want to fight?" Hibari said with anger.

"Alright that's enough guys." The black hair girl who first called out Naruto said while stepping in between the two boys.

"Piss off Sidra, this bastard has been making fun of me since I met him. It's about time I put him in his place." Hibari said. What happened next made Naruto's eyes widen in surprise. The girl who he now knew as Sidra closed her eyes and reopened them. When she did her eyes were red with 1 tomoe in each eye.

"Sharingan" Naruto whispered to himself as he saw her eyes. The girl couldn't be any older than him and she had awakened her sharingan already.

"Back down or I'll put you in your place." Sidra told Hibari.

"Tch." Hibari said and turned to go sit down beside a tree.

"I guess I should introduce myself now. My name is Sidra. Pleased to meet you." Sidra told Naruto. She had beautiful black hair and golden eyes.

"Man you guys are so troublesome at times." A boy with short black hair and golden eyes said. He looked like the boy vision of Sidra since they both have golden eyes. "My name is Kira, sorry about my friends." Kira said with a small smile while rubbing the back of his head.

"It's no problem." Naruto said, returning the smile.

"Well, I'm next, my name is Jin. Nice to meet you." Jin had long brown hair that was tied in a ponytail. He also had black eyes

"I'm next. My name is Itami. Nice to meet you, pretty boy." Itami said to Naruto trying to tease him. Itami had beautiful long purple hair with bangs and along with beautiful black eyes.

"Um, nice to meet you as well." Naruto responded not really knowing what to say about her comment.

"Don't mind her. My name is Kayo." Kayo had black hair which reached above her mid back and bangs in her face. She also had brown eyes. Kayo then elbowed the girl next to her. The girl looked at Kayo and sighed.

"My name is Renia." Naruto heard the last and final member of the group say. She had long straight black hair that covered the left side of her face and had black eyes.

"Nice to meet you Renia." Naruto said to her in a soft voice.

"So Naruto, since you're alone, wanna come hang out with us." Rimuru asked Naruto. Naruto blinked in surprise and then smiled.

"Yeah you bet!" Naruto said happily.

And just like that Naruto had gained 9 new people who would be with him till the very end.

2 year later

7 year old Naruto

Naruto couldn't help but smile as he watched all his friends play around together. He had introduced his nine new friends to his other five friends and now they were all friends. Within these past two years he had also become friends with 12 new people. They were.

Yami Uchiha. Yami had long black spiky hair that reached down to his mid back alongside red eyes. He was quiet and didn't talk much. However, like Ken, he seemed to admire Naruto.

Gin Uchiha. Gin had white hair with gray eyes. He in many ways reminded Naruto of Machida Because of his cold attitude.

Mai Uchiha. Mai had long brown hair that was tied up in a ponytail and had brown eyes as well. She was one of the nicest ones among them.

Mira Uchiha. Mira had long beautiful black hair that we tied in a ponytail and beautiful black eyes. She was a calm girl.

Naori Uchiha. Nao had long wavy purple hair along with purple eyes. Naori was a sweet girl who preferred to try and talk things over before fighting.

Tatsuki Uchiha. Amaya had long wavy black hair along with green eyes. She has a playful personality and likes to have fun above all things.

Amaya Uchiha. She had long black hair reached down to her lower back alongside black eyes. She was a sweet person who didn't really talk to anyone because of how shy she was.

Satori Uchiha. Satori had wavy brown hair that reached his shoulders. He has gray eyes and was quite a flirt.

Takuma Uchiha. Takuma had short spiky black hair and green eyes. Takuma was very hot headed and was loud and cocky.

Hojo Uchiha. Kira had short black hair and black eyes. He was quite cocky and always liked to think of himself as the best.

Ryun Uchiha. Ryun had long black hair that reached down to his mid back alongside green eyes. Ryun was a selfish person who always liked showing his power off to those weaker than him.

Last was Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke had black hair with black eyes. Sasuke was kind and liked to talk about his brother a lot. Actually his brother, Itachi is the reason Naruto and Sasuke met.

Within the last two years Naruto's power has grown to a whole new level. People used to believe Naruto was a prodigy like Itachi but now they see him as someone who surpasses even Itachi's level of prodigy. Some even began comparing him to the likes of Madara. Naruto now had learned 13 E rank Jutsus, 18 D rank, 12 C rank, 3 B rank, 1 A rank and lastly he still only knew one S rank Jutsu. His Taijutsu has also now reached mid Chunin level and Naruto's Kenjutsu was now at low Chunin level. Hana had also started teaching Naruto Fuinjutsu since she believed Naruto would be just as good as his father.

But that wasn't all. All of Naruto's senses had increased a lot over the last year. His hearing was so amazing he would hear from a mile away if he focused and his smell was nearing as good as a dog's. His eyes were by far the most amazing, it could be because he was an Uchiha but Naruto was now able to see even the smallest things and was able to see quite far. Naruto didn't know why this was happening but Hana guessed it had to do something with the nine tails chakra affecting his senses in a good way.

Currently Naruto and the rest of the Uchiha children were in the park playing around, however Naruto couldn't help but get a weird feeling in his stomach. It was a feeling telling him that something bad was happening. He looked up at the yellow sky, it was getting dark, maybe he should go home.

"Hey Naruto." He heard Kisuke say to his right.

"Yeah?" Naruto asked.

"I'm getting a weird feeling, it's like my very soul is telling me something is wrong." Kisuke said.

"Yeah, I have the same feeling. I think we should all go home, it is getting pretty late." Naruto told Kisuke.

"Yeah, I'll go tell the others." Kisuke said and headed off.

"You can come in." A soft voice of a woman said. The woman watched as a boy wearing ANBU clothing and a sword on his hands walked in. The boy was only 13 years old but was covered in blood, although he tried to hide it the woman could see the pain in his eyes.

"Lady Hana." The boy said in a soft voice that carried sadness.

"Itachi, so you've come." Hana told the boy with a small smile. Itachi looked up towards Hana with his mangekyo sharingan looking right at her. "Relax Itachi, I have no reason to fight you. I knew this day would come, I've seen your behavior. I knew it was only a matter of days before you were asked to come and kill us. Plus I'm sure you know as well as I do that in a fight you would die." Hana said with a calming voice.

"So are you saying you are allowing me to kill you or perhaps you expect me to leave you alone knowing I'll die." Itachi said.

"The first option was correct, I am accepting my fate. However, I would like to speak to my son first, so I will be killing myself, ok." Hana said with a smile.

"What makes you believe that your son is still alive?" Itachi asked. Hana looked up at Itachi, her face still calm as ever.

"Because if he wasn't you would have died the moment you stepped foot in this house. Danzo is the one who told you to come correct, I know the Hokage wouldn't want this so Danzo is the only one who could have ordered you. Danzo knows well that the Uchihas are still needed in this village even if he hates us. I believe he will let my son live considering who his father is, and if my son's friends are to die as well my son will have no ties to this village so I believe only the people who my son considers a friend will live through tonight." Hana said.

"You are as sharp as ever, sensei." Itachi said.

"Itachi please leave now, I can sense them coming, I wish to speak to my son for the last time." Hana said, Itachi looked at his former sensei and nodded. Itachi has known Hana all his life and knew she was a woman of her word, after speaking to Naruto she would indeed take her own life.

As Naruto got closer to the clan compound he couldn't help but get more worried, he could smell it, the smell of blood.

"What's wrong?" Kiyomi asked Naruto.

"I smell blood." Naruto simply said.

"What?" Sasuke said in surprise. "Where from?" He asked.

"The compound." Naruto said in a worried tone. Naruto couldn't help it anymore, his senses were screaming at him that something was wrong, with mid Chunin speed Naruto rushed forward towards the compound, as soon as the other kids saw Naruto running they all began to run as well.

As Naruto reached the gates of the compound he couldn't help but widen his eyes in surprise at what he saw. He saw some of the members of his clan on the ground, dead. Some of them had clean cuts through their throats, while others who seemed to have put up somewhat of a fight were more messed up, some even missling their limbs.

Naruto quickly rushed towards his house, his mind was focused on one thing only, his mother.

As Naruto reached his house he opened the front door quickly and made his way inside. As he reached his living room he couldn't help but let out a smile of happiness. Naruto saw his mom sitting on the floor. However, he was a little shocked by the jar laying down next to her legs, it had some weird liquid inside of it that seemed like water, floating in that liquid were too eyes.

"Naruto, you've made it." Hana said with a soft smile only a mother could give.

"Mom! Everyone in the clan! They're-" Naruto started but was cut off by his mom.

"I know, and I'm sure you knew this day would happen too." Hana said she was right Naruto had known since he was 5 that this today would happen if something wasn't done about the clan's reputation with the village but at the moment Naruto's mind was panicking too much to think straight. "Come Naruto." Hana said with a soft tone, "We don't have much time. I sense the ANBU is nearing, they will be here in 3 minutes." Hana said. Naruto moved closer to his mom as he was told. Hana pulled Naruto into a hug and kissed his forehead. She then looked into the eyes, her sharingan sprang to life. "Now Naruto you deserve to know why all of this happened. I won't let you believe whatever lie this village is planning on telling." Hana said as she put Naruto in a genjutsu. A genjutsu that showed him all of her memories.

Naruto learned everything that happened the night of the nine tails, he learned everything about Danzo, he learned every single secret both the Uchiha and village alike were keeping.

"Itachi is a good kid who I respect, please find it in your heart to forgive him. He did this for the sake of our clan, because if he refused the clan would have been attacked by the full might of Konoha, leading to the whole clan being wiped out. Itachi merely picked the choice that would let the most people survive. In fact I'm sure knowing Itachi that this guilt will eat him up to his death. Now then I have one last thing to do." Hana said. Hana ended the hug she had with Naruto and reached to grab her eyes. Naruto's eyes widened in horror as she pulled both her eyes out. Hana then opened the jar with the eyes and pulled the two eyes in the jar. Naruto then watched as she pushed a large amount of chakra into her hand, the four eyes in her hand began to combine, by the end only two eyes remained.

"Those eyes were your father's. I just merged our eyes together to make them stronger. Most Uchihas do not do this as it leads to the person becoming blind rather fast but the power received is incredible. Once you awaken your Mangekyou sharingan, transplant these two eyes into yourself. By doing this your eyes will become more powerful and you won't go blind." Hana said as she put both of her eyes into the jar.

Hana then looked at Naruto, a few tears coming down her face.

"Even though I am prepared to die it is rather hard to know this is the last time I'll get to see you, please take care of yourself Naruto. I love you so much my sweet boy." Hana said as her voice cracked from sadness she was feeling. Then with speed faster than Naruto's eyes could keep up with Hana stabbed herself in the neck with a kunai.

"M-mom." Naruto said his voice cracking as Hana's body fell backwards onto the floor. "M-mom, mom….. MOM!" Naruto yelled out as tears streamed down his face. Naruto had to grab onto his eyes as they began to burn. "No, NO THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! MOM! MOM!" As Naruto yelled out a loud burst of chakra escaped his body, a dark chakra that spread all throughout Konoha. Everyone within the village woke up from it. As Naruto cried his eyes began to change, his once blue eyes were now red with one tomoe in each eye. However what would shock most people is that the love, happiness and kindness once in his eyes were gone, the sweet boy everyone knew was gone, now all that remained was pure hatred.

As Naruto looked at the dead body of his mother the memories his mother had showed him began to come back to him. The people of the village did this! The Uchihas never did anything wrong! The Uchihas were pushed to their breaking point by this damn village! And what the Uchihas are the one who have to pay for the actions that the village caused?! No! NO!

"I WILL MAKE YOU ALL PAY!" Naruto yelled pure hate in his voice.

This day would be the day the Uchihas were reduced to nothing but kids, but it would also be the day that monsters with a hunger for revenge were born, monsters that would change the shinobi world forever.
