Detours
Back in the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs came out of the room and opens the door to where the cash register is.
"So, what did you ask SpongeBob to do, Mr. Krabs?" asked Squidward curiously
"Well Mr. Squidward. I ask the lad to take the Krabby Patty secret formula out of Bikini Bottom for a couple of days. He even took Patrick with him" answered Mr. Krabs
"You mean, SpongeBob and Patrick will be gone for a while?" asked Squidward happily
"Uh huh" said Mr. Krabs
Squidward was so excited that he shot up like a rocket
"YAHOO! Finally, no more SpongeBob and Patrick for a couple of days! Peace and quite, here I come!" shouted Squidward as he begins to do somersaults around the Krusty Krab. He then stops his celebrating. "Wait. With SpongeBob out of town for a couple of days, who's gonna run the grill?"
"Not to worry, Mr. Squidward. His replacement is right here" said Mr. Krabs
The Robot SpongeBob then comes up
"I'm Ready" it said in a voice similar to SpongeBob's but robotic
Seeing a robot of SpongeBob caused Squidward to faint. Mr. Krabs just shrugs his shoulders at this
Meanwhile, SpongeBob and Patrick were starting down the road in the Patty Wagon MK II.
"So where are we going, SpongeBob?" asked Patrick
"Well buddy. Mr. Krabs tells us to go somewhere far away from Bikini Bottom. So we should go wherever we want" said SpongeBob who is behind the wheel
"Okay" said Patrick as he looks on the road he sees a sign that says large rubber band ball pointing to the left "Hey look, they're showing the worlds largest rubber band ball. Can we see it? Please? Please?"
"Hmm. I suppose it wouldn't hurt. Let's go" said SpongeBob as he turns left and parked the Patty Wagon
The two friends then stepped out and looks at the largest rubber band ball.
"Wow, it's so huge" said Patrick
"Yeah, it must've taken billions of rubber bands to make this" replied SpongeBob
"Can you get a picture of me with it?" asked Patrick
"Sure thing, Patrick. Good thing I brought my camera" said SpongeBob as he holds up his camera.
Patrick was standing in front of the rubber band ball as SpongeBob was getting ready to take it
"Can you lean back a bit?" asked SpongeBob
Patrick leans back on the ball
"Like this?" asked Patrick
"Perfect. Smile" said SpongeBob as he took the shot
But when he did that, Patrick ends up leaning too far. This caused the Rubber Band Ball to roll off it's pedestal and rolling over a nearby stand and away in the distance. The tourists who came to see Rubber Band gasped at this. They then looked at SpongeBob and Patrick with anger in their eyes. The two friends smile nervously
"I think we should go now" said SpongeBob
"Good idea" said Patrick
The two friends quickly raced off with the angry tourists chasing after them. They quickly got into the Patty Wagon and drives off with the angry mob shaking their fists angrily.
"Phew that was close" said Patrick
"Yeah. Maybe next time don't lean too close when I'm taking your picture" said SpongeBob
"Got it" replied Patrick
The Patty Wagon then ends up in the fork on the road.
"Okay, Patrick. Which way do we go? Left or right?" asked SpongeBob
"Uh uh uh. Right" said Patrick
"Right it is" said SpongeBob as he turns the Patty Wagon right
On the road, the two friends see a a sign that says" World's Largest Toilet, 10 miles
"Hmm. World's Largest Toilet. Wanna check that out, Patrick?" asked SpongeBob
"Sure thing" answered Patrick
The Patty Wagon drove up ahead. After a 10 miles of driving, the Patty Wagon turns left to the World's Largest Toilet. The two friends then came up to world's Largest Toilet
"That's one big toilet" said Patrick
"You know, this reminds me of the time we wanted to go here when we're on our way to Food Con" replied SpongeBob
"We did that?" asked Patrick confused
"Don't you remember? You were there too" reminded SpongeBob
"Oh" said Patrick
"Say, can you take my picture this time?" asked SpongeBob
"Okay" said Patrick
SpongeBob gave Patrick his camera and went to pose for his picture. Patrick tries to get SpongeBob
"Can you move a little to the left" asked Patrick
"Okay" said SpongeBob as he moves to the left
"Smile" said Patrick as he took the picture
SpongeBob and Patrick then look at the picture
"I look good" said SpongeBob as he looks at the photo
It wasn't long until the Patty Wagon was on the road again.
"So SpongeBob. Where to next?" asked Patrick
"Wherever this road will take us." answered SpongeBob
Just then, Patrick's stomach growls
"Can we get some food first? I'm hungry" said Patrick
"Now that you mention it. I'm hungry too. Let's go find a nearby diner" said SpongeBob as he drove the Patty Wagon forward
