On the next day, the Mario brothers arrive to the sewer hole where Mario came out of when he got attacked. "Are you sure about this?" Luigi asked while he's nervous. "Of course, Luigi!" Mario replied "We're plumbers now. All we have to do is find out where they're coming from and destroy their nest." Mario opens the lids and starts climbing down in the sewer and Luigi follows him down and glances at the dead giant turtle Shelley. Luigi gags while looking at the dead turtle. "Luigi, stop it!" Mario demanded Luigi. "Sorry, Mario. I gag when I see a dead animal." Luigi explained. Mario sighs and says "I'm aware of that Luigi. Let's keep moving."
As they are unaware, the Koopa Troopas arrive down in the sewer following them. "Okay, Red. What's the plan to capture them?" Green asked Red. "Here is the plan." Red begins to explain the plan to capture the Mario Brothers.
As Mario and Luigi continue walking, Mario sees footprints on the ground that leads to a secret room with a door closed. "Did you find anything, Mario?" Luigi asked "Yeah. Over here." Mario answered. Luigi follows Mario to the secret room. They open the door and enter the room with a giant green pipe. "It's a pipe." said Luigi. "Thank you, Captain Obvious!" said Mario as he was being sarcastic.
"I wonder where it goes?" Luigi wondered. Then an unknown voice creeped up on them and said "Now's the time to find out." The Mario Brothers turn around and see the two Koopa Troopas. Faster than they could react to the monster turtles. Red and Green both shoved Mario and Luigi down the pipe. "All too easy!" said Red Troopa high-fiving Green Troopa.
