Meanwhile in a Dark Kingdom, floating airship in the sky is headed towards a dark castle carrying Mouser locked up in a cage. "I'm telling you guys! You got the wrong guy!" said Mouser. "Those two are fugitives!" Red Koopa then said to Mouser "We'll let Lord Bowser take care of that! First he's going to take care of you!" Mouser did not like the way he said that as he starts worrying about what Bowser may do to him. The ship arrives to a giant castle and it lands, Green Koopa and Hammer Bro open the cage and put Mouser in shackles and chains. "Keep moving!" said the Hammer Bro shoving him with his hammer. They enter inside the castle and Mouser looks around the castle. Seeing all the lava and more of the minions of Lord Bowser. "This place looks like a lot of torture." said Mouser.
As they finally enter the throne room, they finally encounter a dragon with a shell with spikes. "Your highness." said Red Koopa Troopa. "We have captured this prisoner. He says he knows about the two plumbers. Their king turns around and faces Mouser who starts being afraid of the giant monster. "Kneel!" Red Koopa Troopa demanded shoving him down. The king starts marching towards Mouser "You know who I am, don't you?" the king asked. Mouser starts shivering in fear as he stares up at the beast. "You're King Bowser." he answered. "Lord of the Dark Kingdom." Then Bowser nodded and said "That's right. And for prisoners like you, you should be rotting in my dungeon." Mouser started begging the king "Lord Bowser! You don't understand!" Then roared at Mouser. "SILENCE! It is you who does not understand what I do" Mouser then said "I'll give you anything you want! Just set me free! If you don't untie me and let me help you right now, you will regret it!" Then Bowser started laughing "You want to make a deal with me?" Bowser asked Mouser "There's no way I can make a deal with people like you!" Then he turned to the koopas "Take him away!" Bowser commanded while he turns his back. The Koopa Troopas try to grab Mouser and then he began to say to Bowser. "They have one of the citizens helping them! He goes by the name Toadsworth!" he said and then Bowser stops and looks at him. "Wait!" Bowser halted the Koopas. "Release him." he commanded. The Koopa Troopas untie Mouser. "Okay, mouse." he said calmly "Come with me." Bowser walks with Mouser. "So, you want to help me?" he asked Mouser. "If you let me do that, you may have a chance of taking over the Mushroom Kingdom." Mouser explained "Me and my mouse friends can help you. Believe me, we have everything that you need to take these guys down." Bowser feels like Mouser is rubbing all that in face so he starts thinking of something. "Why don't we take a tour around the castle?" said Bowser. "I want to show you what I do with my prisoners as a punishment."
Mouser follows Bowser down the hall to a big room. "What you're about to see is a big deal." Bowser explained opening the door. Mouser walks in the room with a big pit of a giant hungry carnivorous plant. Mouser takes off his sunglasses looking at the giant plant. "What the heck is that thing?" he asked Bowser. "That, my friend, is a Piranha Plant." Mouser then asked "You're gonna feed the Mario Bros. to this thing?" Then Bowser answered "Of course." but then he said "But first, I was thinking about testing that big thing with the first snack." Mouser then turned to Bowser as he just realized what he meant by that "Wait. What?" he questioned Bowser who kicks Mouser down the pit. The Piranha Plant opens his mouth and Mouser falls in as the Pirhana Planet eats him while Bowser closes the door and walks back to his throne and sits in his chair. "That mouse really thought he'd make a deal with me." said Bowser. "I'll decide a better way to deal with those Mario Brothers."
Bowser starts thinking of a better way to deal with the Mario Brothers and then pops something in his head. "I have just the idea." Bowser said to the Koopas.
