Chapter 3: Stop Fighting (Part 2)

"Danny? Are you sure you're going to be okay?" His sister Jazz asked, Danny looked at her and did not know how to respond. He was worried about his family, and he was worried about everything that was going on. He did not want to deal with his parents fighting all together. His plan was kind of working, but people did not want to be with his family because they were so crazy. It was especially Danny's mom that was most annoying.

All he wanted was to have a good day, without fighting and people not bullying them for acting strange.

He noticed Jazz was acting a little bit weird as well, but she was not making any strange comments.

Something about this needed to be fixed, and needed to be changed. He did not want to make his parents mad, but he wanted to make sure they stopped fighting and they stopped acting strange. He went into the kitchen and called them down to talk. He wanted to ask how they were doing, and he wanted to ask how they were doing.

He also wanted to tell them how he felt about them fighting, he just wanted to tell them and he just wanted to make them better.

"Danny? What's wrong? What do you need?"

"I was just wondering if, you could stop fighting, please? Christmas is in a couple of days. And I do not want you to fight, and I do not want you to act crazy again. Something has to change."

"Danny, we fight because it is a tradition. Your father and I never believe in Santa, because he is a joke, and nobody should believe in that…that…monster."

"Your mother is right, Danny, go watch a holiday movie or something."

"Mom…Dad..Please stop!"

"Danny."

"I need you to stop."

"DANNY!"

"What?"

"We can stop, we just…need to find somewhere, where we can both agree on Santa."

"Fine."

Danny left his parents alone as they started fighting again. He did not want to have to deal with this fighting every year. It bothered him so much, he wanted to die. Although the Ghost Writer's poem was fading.

It did not stop him from wanting to make his parents not fight, he went downstairs and looked for a piece of paper and a notepad. He wrote down a letter that was going to be sent to his parents.

He read the letter to himself, and started to feel bad about something. He did not feel bad for much long. He gave the letter to his parents upstairs, and they noticed the letter, and how well it was written.

Dear Mom and Dad,

I really would like it if you two would stop fighting. It is getting on my nerves, and it is making me very uncomfortable. I know I say that every year. But this year, I want to make a change.

Something I have been wanting to do for a long time, I know Jazz and I have been thinking of ways for you two to not fight. It makes us both uncomfortable, and it sets a bad example for us.

I do believe that you two can do better, as long as you work together. Something I have learnt in the past, is you should always forgive your enemies and not let them ruin your life. I do not know where I got it from.

But it must have been from Mr. Lancer, please know that I still love you. No matter what it takes to get you to stop fighting…

Love, Danny

"Wow, Danny wrote this?" Maddie questioned. "He did a good job on it, if that's the case."

"Yeah, it looks like he did it really well, and it looks like he made no mistakes!" His dad Jack replied.

"Yeah. Should we go tell him?"

"I don't know."

"Why?"

"I don't want to bother him."

"Don't worry, he'll be fine."

"I know."

"Let's go tell him."

Maddie and Jack went into Danny's room, and closed the door. They woke him up from his nap, and let him knew that they were there. Danny did not really want to talk with them. But he knew he would have to eventually, his eyes were tired.

And he looked exhausted. Maddie explained about how she is really happy that he told them about how he felt, and that they would do better next year. Well, in a few days they will be better.

Because it is almost Christmas, Danny, Maddie, and Jack all did a group hug. They all ended up going downstairs for a Christmas gift exchange. Danny sat down next to Jazz.

She knew what happened, and she knew about how Danny made sure they were okay. She was actually proud of her little brother, for sticking up for what's right. And Danny is proud of himself.

Because he was able to help his parents not fight all the time, Danny looked at the first gift. It did look familiar, and the wrapping paper had his name on it. He was both excited and nervous for the gift.

He opened it, and when he did. He started sobbing, and then crying. He did not want to cry, but he did.

"Wow! A phone!"

"Merry Christmas Danny."

"And marry Christmas to you too, mom and dad."

"We love you."

"You too."

The Fenton family was now happy, and they could celebrate the holiday in peace.

A/N: I can't believe I have made it this far. I know this story sucks, and I know it will not get any good reviews, but I don't care. Because I am going to write another story for another fandom that I like. And that story will be even better, because it will be more planned out.

And it will have longer chapters, so anyway, I do hope you all enjoyed this story. If you did. And I hope you all enjoyed reading it as much as I did writing it. Please be sure to R&R!
