The next morning, Mario andl Luigi follow Toadsworth to a house with telescopes on a hill about two blocks away from the Toad Town. "Professor E. Gadd has great gadgets in his laboratory." Toadsworth explained to the Mario brothers. "He'll definitely get you boys set up." he also said .Toadsworth knocks on the door and an old man opens the door noticing Toadsworth brought guests. "I wasn't expecting any guests." said the professor. "Professor, this are Mario and Luigi." Toadsworth introduced. "They're the ones we've been searching for all these years." E. Gadd smiles and says "Well! Why didn't you say so? Come on in!" They walk into E. Gadd's house. "Please, gentlemen. Make yourselves at home. I have some fresh tonic in the fridge. Don't worry. I did not poison them. Otherwise, I'd be in jail." Mario then replied "We're not thirsty." Then Mario starts sitting in a chair. "So, I hear you could make us into heroes." Mario said to E. Gadd. E. Gadd sits at his desk listening. "How is this possible, Professor?" Luigi asked E. Gadd. "I'm really glad you asked that question." said E. Gadd "And I have just the answer to the question." E. Gadd stands and reaches in his lab coat and takes out a key. "If you would follow me into the basement, please?" he said. E. Gadd opens the door to the basement. Mario, Luigi and Toad follow him downstairs see a load of machines all around. "How do you afford all this crap?" Luigi asked "I just buy all the gadgets to build all this. I started working on all this 30 years ago." E. Gadd replied and then he switches on the light and shows them a suit that appears to look like a shirt, overalls, white gloves and a cap. "What do you think?" E. Gadd asked the Mario Brothers with their jaws dropped. "I think it looks great!" Then E. Gadd answered "Yes. It's like a dream come true. It lets you run faster, jump higher and it can let you do all the stunts you didn't think you would do. Like gymnastics. It also lets you do one thing. That is fighting." Luigi starts looking at it "What else do you do with it? he asked. "You can power the suits up with some stuff outside. Like Fire Flowers." E. Gadd answered "All you have to do is give the Fire Flower a good crush and all the fire dust will get sucked into your suit and you will have Fire Power." Mario whistles and says "That is awesome!" E. Gadd then said "Well? You interested?" Mario then nodded and said to E. Gadd "I'll do it." Luigi looks at Mario as he is jealous. "Alright! Let's get her powered up, then!" said E. Gadd grabbing the switch lever and pulling it down and the machines start charging up the suit and then he just remembered something "Another thing I forgot to tell you. You can customized this suit any way you want it." Mario starts thinking about how to customize and then he came up with an idea "Let's go with the red shirt, then." Mario requested "Overalls are to be plain blue. The buttons to be golden yellow. White gloves. Also I want the hat red. Also, see if you can add the first initial of my first name on the front of the hat." E. Gadd nodded and said "You got it, sir!" E. Gadd rushes to his computer to start changing the appearance of the suit. "This is gonna be good!"
