Later at night in the castle, Luigi sits on the bed in Princess Peach's room with his shirt off showing bruises on his body and an ice pack on his head. Peach comes in the room with a bowl of cold water. "I got something to help the bruises and cuts." said Peach sitting beside him and puts a rag in the bowl to wet it and puts it on Luigi's wounds. Mario comes in the room. "How are you feeling?" Mario asked. "How do you think I'm feeling?!" Luigi replied sarcastically. "I didn't know that was gonna happen!" said Mario. "Just like you didn't thinkk it was the right time to tell the truth!" Luigi said "Luigi, are you serious gonna hold on to that?!" Mario griped at Luigi. "I just realized you've known about those giant turtles all along!" said Luigi "Can we both stop?" Peach interrupted breaking up the argument "What matters is, you two are here for a purpose and it will not be long before Bowser arrives! The Mushroom Kingdom will become nothing if Bowser isn't stopped!" she explained. Then Toad comes in the room, "Mario?" said Toad "The professor wants to see you."
Mario arrives to the professor's lab and the professor explains more to Mario about the suit. "It turns out I forgot to add a power switch on the suit which is why you hit your brother like that. But don't worry I just got it all fixed up. So now, you can switch it on and off with your mind." E. Gadd explained. "Wait a minute. My mind controls the suit even if you want to turn it off and on?" Mario asked. "Well, your mind starts with the hat and then your heart is what controls the body suit." said E. Gadd "Holy crap!" Mario exclaimed. Then Mario noticed a green mushroom on the table. "What kind of a mushroom is that?" he asked E. Gadd. "Oh, you're not quite ready for that. At least not until you're final destination." said E. Gadd. "Luigi just bought one of those while we were at the desert when we first got here." Mario explained to E. Gadd. "Well, tell him not to eat that yet." said E. Gadd. "I'll keep it in mind." said Mario and then gets up to leave. "It's getting awfully late. I should be prepared for Bowser to show up." he said to E. Gadd. "Good idea." said E. Gadd, "Good luck." Mario exits the lab to return to the castle to get some sleep.
