Interlude: Arkham Asylum; a place where Gotham's most dangerous and deranged minds reside, and these two have claimed to be the avatars of Arkham.
The Arkham Knight: The titular antagonist of the final Batman Arkham game.

Lady Arkham: The leader of the Children of Arkham.

. Concussion force shooting staff, boots that grant flight, temporary speed, and enhance kicks, blunt force resistant armor with fragile mask
. Master manipulator with mental instability
Location: Arkham Knight's Base of Operations.
Lady Arkham enters the building and ascends the broken escalators; she comes to an open area to find multiple canisters within the area. As she starts to approach the canisters, she stops in her tracks.
"You might as well come out; I know you're here." She calls out.
"Turn around." A voice replies.
Lady Arkham turns around to find the Arkham Knight standing a few feet in front of her, gun in hand.
"So, you've come to take back your psychoactive drugs I'm assuming?" he questions.
Both of them stare at each other like rabbit animals ready to attack. Lady Arkham breaks the silence.
"So short-sighted, you have no idea what I've done to come this far. Too much to turn back now."
the Arkham Knight laughs, "I hate to tell you this, but your little concoction is going to work wonders for Scarecrow's new Fear Toxin. So, unless you have a death wish… I suggest you leave."
"Try me." Lady Arkham responds.
Intrigued by the challenge, the Arkham Knight holsters his gun as a way of taunting his opponent into making the first move. Without warning, Lady Arkham rushes at him with her speed-enhancing boots just as the Arkham Knight assumes a defensive stance. Then with strike after strike, Lady Arkham attacks with her concussion staff, only for the Arkham Knight to block her hits with his gauntlets. The Arkham Knight eventually traps her staff in a hold, only for Lady Arkham to unleash a concussive blast from her staff, sending the Knight flying across the room. Lady Arkham approaches the downed Knight.
"Pathetic, you can't even see the bigger picture with what rots Gotham to its very core."
the Arkham Knight remarks "Speaking of not seeing…"
Suddenly Arkham Knight pulls out a smoke grenade and disappears into a cloud of red. Lady Arkham laughs at this move.
"Don't bother trying to run and hide I will find you, and you will suffer."
" You don't know suffering!" the Knight yells.
The Arkham Knight has his pistol pointed at her from afar, but Lady Arkham flies over to him on her hover boots and kicks him in midair, with her boots enhancing the kick. With the kick damaging his visor, Arkham knight is knocked back and forced to retract it, revealing the face of Jason Todd.
"You're wrong!" Lady Arkham snaps back "My legacy is suffering, and now I find a pretender taking my family's insignia as their own!"
Regaining his balance and enraged, Jason opens fire with both pistols, forcing Lady Arkham to fly away toward cover.
"You can't hide from me; I will hunt you down!" Jason cries out.
Jason then assembles his pistol into their sniper rifle form, discards his main broken visor, and retracts his red, secondary visor over his face. He takes out his grappling device and repels himself toward a gargoyle for a sniping position. Now that her foe's strategy has changed, Lady Arkham sneaks underneath the gargoyle and flies up into Jason's position. With a surprise blast from her concussion staff, Jason is disarmed of his rifle and smashed into the wall. Lady Arkham prepares to finish him off with a point-blank concussion blast to the face, though Jason delivers a powerful push kick which breaks her staff in two. Jason then tackles her to the ground, the impact breaking Lady Arkham's mask and revealing the face of Victoria Arkham underneath. Jason gets up first and grabs his rifle, pinning down Vicki with his leg before she can get on her feet. In a psychotic rage, she struggles with all her might to shake him off to no avail.
"Nothing will keep me from my revenge!" She screams out.
Jason ignores her futile threats, points his rifle to her head and pulls the trigger.
Winner: the Arkham Knight.
