Chapter 1: Caught again
It was another normal day in Hell like usual. After the events of 'Loona's soft side', our new story starts in the I.M.P office like so. Ever since Loona adopted Jax as her son, Blitzo assigned him as junior office assistance since he was now part of the I.M.P family. What Jax does is basically help out around the office in anyway and he gets paid in treats/biscuits by the murder professionals.
Loona was sitting at her desk typing away on her computer when Jax comes walking out of the break room with a soda can as she requested him to get her one. Jax goes up to Loona and happily hands her the beverage.
"Here's your soda mommy." Jax said
"Awww thanks Jax. Here you go." Loona smiled tossing Jax a biscuit
Meanwhile Millie was in the meeting room happily writing a letter to her parents on a piece of paper informing them that she along with the others will be bringing Jax on the next visit for the next Annual Harvest Moon Festival in just a few months. As Millie scribbled away on the paper, she pictured how delightful her parents will react when they will meet Jax for the first time.
"aaaand Done!" Millie smiled finishing the letter
She folds up the letter before putting it in an envelope and sealing it. She then writes the address on the envelope to her parent's ranch down in the Wrath Ring.
"Oh Jaxy!" Millie happily called as she stepped out into the main room with the envelope in her hands
"Yes Auntie Millie?" Jax smiled as he went up to his auntie figure
"Could you take this down to the mail box on the first floor like a good assistant?" Millie requested as she handed Jax the envelope
"No problem Auntie Millie." Jax said happy to help
"Thank you sweetums." Millie smiled
Just as Jax was about to leave the office to go acoomplish his given task, Loona stops him.
"Woah there where you going kiddo?" Loona asked her adoptive son
"Auntie Millie wants me to drop this letter in the mailbox." Jax said
"Oh...need me to come with you?" Loona offered
"Nope. I'm okay." Jax smiled with confidence
"Are you sure?" Loona asked feeling nervous about letting Jax go alone
"Oh Loona he's a big boy now. Let him do it." Millie smiled
"...ummm...okay. But remember Jax if anything happens out there you come running back here as fast as you can. Got it?" Loona instructed
"Okay mommy." Jax acknowledged
After leaving the office and taking the elevator all the way down to the first floor, Jax goes up the the commercial mailboxes by the front door of the building. He reaches up and slips Millie's letter into the outgoing mail slot. With his task now accomplished, Jax skips back over to the elevator to ascend back up to the office.
One elevator ride later.
The elevator doors open and Jax comes out into the hallway and walks back over to the I.M.P office door. But he stops halfway when a sweet and familiar scent catches his nose.
"Huh? *sniff sniff sniff* Say that smells like strawberry cheesecake." Jax smiled as he started tracing the smell
Jax sniffed and sniffed as he followed the smell which was leading him back to a nearby water cooler dispenser against the wall right next to some large double doors with large pink letters V & M spray painted on them. I'm sure you all know what those letters stand for.
Jax closes in on the source of the smell and to his surprise there really was a plate of strawberry cheesecake sitting on the floor hidden beside the water cooler.
"*GASP!* Oh BOY!" Jax delightfully exclaimed with his tail wagging
He didn't even question on why there was a freshly made strawberry cheescake sitting alone on the floor. All he cared about was that he just had to eat it real quick before going back to the office. Without hesitation Jax picks up a slice of the sweet dessert and was about to take a bite when suddenly...
*GRAB* "GOTCHA!"
"WHAA!" Jax yelped when someone suddenly snatches him up from behind making him drop the slice
