Chapter 6: Runaway Kitty

It's been a week since the Forever Fall incident and things have been pretty calm I learned a new skill called 'Stealth' I guess the name is pretty self-explanatory there is also the Vytal Festival coming soon so I want to be as strong as I can to help my teammates.
"Here goes nothing." I said as I go into another dungeon. This one is…not dungeon-ey like the last one it looks more like a garden.
"I wonder what kind of monsters are in here, maybe a plant type?"
I scanned the area for any monsters that might sneak up on me and then I felt a tug on my ankle, I look down to see a vine trying to pull me but failing to do so.
'It's kinda cute, maybe I can take it home with me.' With that thought in mind, I bent down to pick it up but I felt something trying to attack me quickly moving out of the way I turn around to see a humanoid plant. I look at its hand to see the vine I tried to grab.
"So it was a trap *sigh* I should have known that something cute wouldn't be trustworthy in a dungeon." I mumbled to myself and unsheathed my sword and charged at it.
[Man-Eater]
'Man-Eater?! What's that supposed to mean it doesn't have a mouth!' As if it was sensing my thoughts its face opened up showing me its razor-sharp teeth.
'Oh…I guess it does…' I hurried up and decapitated it not wanting to deal with it.
'Ok now that it's dead time to look for the boss.' I turned around and walked away until I noticed something.
'…why didn't I get any exp?' I look back at the monster to see it regenerating.
"That's not good…" I said before the now fully regenerated Man-Eater charged at me turning its hand into a sword, I quickly raised my shield to block it but the amount of force it put into its attack sent me flying.
"*cough* Jeez just how strong is that thing, system put all of my points into strength."
[40-50]
As I feel my strength growing I glare at the monster while gathering aura around my blade for an ultimate move. The monster began to charge at me again but I remained still waiting for it to reach the point where it can't dodge.
'3…2…1…NOW!!' I yelled internally before grabbing my sword with both of my hands letting the aura around the sword practically explode I slashed downwards releasing the aura in a giant 'Aura Slash'.
[Ding!]
[New Skill Created!]
[Great Aura Slash(Active)-It's practically the same as the normal Aura Slash just on a larger and more destructive scale.]
"Yeah…I can see that." I said as I look at the large crater it left behind, sensing something behind me I turn around to see more Man-Eaters coming out of the woodworks.
"Now I just have to deal with you guys, It's grinding time!" The Man-Eaters just stared at me unmoving.
"Yeah yeah I know that I need a better catchphrase…or maybe none." I said as began cutting them down.
[Ding!]

"Haaah…haah…hah…hey system, can I return later I just need to rest." I said out of breath
[Ding!]
[You may leave whenever you please but once you leave the dungeon will reset and you will have to start over.]
Ok let's think about the pros and cons on the plus side if I leave I get the rest I need and go over plans for the Vytal festival with my team, on the other hand I have to face those Man-Eaters again…meh seems like a fair trade. And with that I left the dungeon and immediately passed out on my bed.

I was having the best dream of my life, I was fighting a Grimm dragon and when I was about to deal the final blow a shout across the hall woke me up "Well, maybe we're just tired of being pushed around!" Was that Blake?! Why is she shouting she never shouts! Getting out of bed I head out of the dorm to see what's going on only to crash into Blake.
"Blake what's going on, why were you shouting?!" I questioned only to notice her bow moving in a…erratic is that the word? Yeah in an erratic way.
"I-I'm sorry!!" Blake shouted pushing me out of the way and running away, sighing I decided to confront team RWBY about what happened.
"Hey Ruby is something wrong? Why did Blake run away like that?" I asked the only person on this team I'm confident will tell me everything I need to know.
"WellearliertodaywesawaFaunuswhosneakedonashipanWeisswasbeingWeissBlakegotmadandtheybegantoargueforhoursandBlakemightbeapartofthewhitefang." Having no idea what she just said I turned to the translator in hopes that she will tell me.
"She said and I quote "Well earlier today we saw a Faunus who sneaked on a ship and Weiss was being Weiss Blake got mad and they began to argue for hours and Blake might be a part of the white fang." And that's about it."
"Ok thanks Yang…do you guys want my team and I to help find her?" I asked the remaining members of Team RWBY they seemed hesitant about it but in the end they agreed.
"Thanks for letting us help now let me just wake them up." I said before rushing back to my dorm and waking up all my teammates but one.
"Ren…you should wake her up you're her pancake maker." I whispered to Ren, he only just sighed and walked to her bed Pyrrha and I huddle up next to each other fearing for our lives, and the next thing we knew Ren's screams in terror filled the room.
"His sacrifice will not be in vain" I said with a salute.
