What the meaning of life? What does it truly mean to love. All I really know there's winners and losers and the ones who fight. I'm a fighter. I fight because I know that Someday I would get the hell out12 where I 'am and become something. Not just that girl that wait for a prince Iam strong I'm Myself. I thought there's no reasons to have friends. To feel love to truly now what it is. All I did was make enemies. I trust no one at all. But no one seem to get why I didn't talk or have friends. I 'am starting 9th grade this year. I wasn't glad to be back at school really, but it also meant getting way from the family. My father that works to much, my stepmother how doesn't care about me, the twins Bobby and Matthew, they don't like me much. The only thing good about school is Thalia my best friend. I didn't say didn't have friends no I did but it was just Thals was my best friend. I used to have 3 best friends but 2 left when we enter high school. They started to date, or they just hang out with the wrong crowd. I did miss then sometimes. They were my friend since I was 7 but it didn't last. But still wore are friendship necklace. I thought all this before I stared to become his best friend Again.

It was first day of 9th grade. I was looking for room 144 in the science wing. I thought it was weird that my Advance math class was in science wing. As I got there, I saw a bald guy around is 30rd's, he was by the door that said room 144 he must by my teacher. "Hello".

"Hi Mr. C I 'am room 144 teacher your name please?" said the guy.

"Annabeth chase just call me A.C please."

"Okay A.C your number is 18 go in and find your seat I hope you have great first day"

"Thanks"

But I cursed my bad luck because seating two 2 row front of me was Calypso Diaz she was my worst enemy she was seating in the front. Seating right in front of me was Perseus Jackson know as Percy. Just great the two people I hate the most. Calypso was talking to Percy. She looked at me she smiles and waves then she grads Percy hand.

"Who are waving at? "Asked Percy

"No one important to you," said Calypso

"Cal who was it another boy?" asked Percy

"No Perc I only have eyes for you okay" responded Calypso

"Okay but who were waving at," said Percy

"Your old friend you should look behind you," said Calypso

"What?" asked Percy

"Just look"

Then I knew I needed to hide. I lowered my hoody of My sweatshirt. He was about to turn when Mr. C came in now, I was thanking my luck.

"Hello boys and girls welcome to your Advance math class I 'am Mr. C I'm your math teacher but also, your friend, and I'm a coach your little kids score to."

"Can we call you coach," said a boy

"Why not Ethan"

"Any way as I was saying we have a new program you will be pair up with someone in this room for the rest of the year you will find out in your last class who your partner is also, they will do everything with you, have the same class's as you, study partners, working on projects together. Let see if you can figure out of it is before your last class" finish Mr. C.

"Okay on that note I will passing your Schedule right now but get a new Schedule later with your partner's name on it."

Lunch

"Hi Thals

"What up wise girl" said Thaila

"Don't call me that"

"Sorry Annie it an old habit"

"It habits we can up with Luke and seaweed brain"

"See owl head you still call him Seaweed brain"

"Who do you think will be your partner Annabeth"

"Umm, so far Leo, Calypso, and Seaweed brain"

"You did it again" Thalia point it out

I just roll my eyes

"Luke has been in all my class he even the same lunchroom right now and so is Percy, Calypso, and Leo"

"More proffer that one of them are my partners"

"Yea okay Annie"

"I just hope I get Leo; I hate if its Calypso, and Mostly Seaweed Brain"

Then I heard a voice behind me that I recognized so well I was scared to turn but, I did. Right, there was Percy Jackson and his girlfriend Calypso

"Talking about behind my back Wise girl isn't something wise to do, Hi Pinecone face, mind if we seat down"

"Sure, thing Kelp head," said Thalia

I gave Thalia a murder stare.

"Sound great," said Percy

"So" said Thalia

"So, how's it been I haven't seen you guys since the gradation I have try hang out with you guys, but you seem try to avoid me?" said Percy

"I don't think anything up Percy, we just saw you didn't have time anymore. said Thalia Eyeing Calypso

Percy seem to notice and so did Calypso he raised an eyebrow.

"What do mean by that Thals,"

Then turn to face me.

"What do you think wise girl?" ask me.

I was tired of him not noticing. I was mad that he didn't Rember his promise to me when we graduated. All the feeling's I had from that friendship we had, can to me like a firework. I look at him with hate, anger, betrayal and love all at once. Grey met green. Then I spoke every word where like swords and dagger ready to kill.

"I think your little nickname for me is something I truly hate never call me that Again and I think Thalia is right Perseus I think haven't have time to hang out, do you even Rember the promise you made me, or you just forgot us when you stated dating Racheal or Calypso." I finished

He stared at me in shock, he turned to look at Thalia, But Thalia stared back with hate in her eyes. He look his girlfriend. She look like she was nervous and didn't care at all.

"Look if I haven't had time to hang out with you guys because any time I ask to hang out you guys say you can't". Look at Thalia then at me.

"Annie your always busy with your brothers." said Percy.

"Maybe were just trying to avoid you when you bring your little girlfriend around, what happened Percy it was Just the four of us, Me, Thals, Luke, and you, what happened, you promised me something i can't believe you forgot. my voice cracking.

He stared at us not knowing what to say or do. Then a voice that haven't spoken since they seat down spoke.

"I think Percy thought it would be good if I was part of you little group because I Rember the other person left you guys in the dust." Look at me with evil glam in her eyes.

Percy just look at her like he didn't think she could be so cruel to his best Friends but then again, he wasn't anymore. Then I put my brave face on.

"Percy how could you talk about Luke like that he might of change but he always there when need him, you now what I'm done with are friendship Percy, I done with your empty promise, I done, Goodbye Perceus.

Then I got up and left crying feeling betrayed, I hated myself for still loving him. I still loved Percy Jackson. All I could do was Rember that promise he broke. I didn't look back as they yelled my name.

Flashback the promise

I was sitting on Percy counter waiting for the toast he was making; his mom had gone to get more eggs because Percy had burn then trying to cook.

"Sorry I didn't notice they were burning," said Percy

"Seaweed brain you never notice anything" I laughed

"Not true"

"Yes, it is"

We just laughed; Percy stared to look uncomfortable.

"What wrong seaweed brain?" I ask

"Nothing" looking into space

"Are you sure"?

"Umm, I know this boy who like you"

Now I was getting curious.

"Who is it Percy"

"I can't say"

"Seaweed brain give me hints please"

"Umm, he is trying out for the high school swimming team next year"

"How does he look like"

"I thought you didn't care about looks"

"I don't, but I want date someone at least nice"

"He has black hair, and sea green eyes"

Then it hit me Percy like me the boy I like since I was 12 like me back. Then I notice he was waiting for my responds. I look him in the eyes.

"I like you to seaweed brain"

Then he smiled, not a grin a smile.

"So would you be my girlfriend Wise girl"

"Umm Percy, I like you So much but, I got ready to have a boyfriend yet, I think be ready when I'm 14"

Has smile faded.

"Okay, Annabeth I will always wait for you okay, I won't date any girl until you are ready, when your ready promise me you become my Girlfriend okay, I will keep my promise okay"

"Percy, I promise you it when I'm ready"

I don't know what went over me but lean in and kiss his cheek. He smiled. Then the door open it was Sally.

"Ready for Carmony you guys' final finished middle school!" said Sally.

"Oh, we are ready," said Percy

I just smile

End of flashback.

I was seating by my locker crying, then I heard his voice.

"Annabeth are you okay?"

I look I saw Sea green eyes. Great is was Percy Jackson
