Chapter 2: New Threat.

The force screamed, sending multiple Masters to the floor in agony. Then, as quickly as the pain had appeared, it left again.

"What in the force was that?" Plo Koon asked, holding his head with one hand, like his fellow Jedi was. It was beyond anything they had ever felt before. This had not been subtle, it was like something had hurt the force itself. And in turn, hurt its children. What had happened?

"Know, I do not...but find out. We must. A dangerous threat this thing is, not also to the balance of life, but to the force itself. Hmm." Grandmaster Yoda replied, thinking deeply as his own headache dissipated.

"Master, perhaps we ought to send out a transmission. Alert the others to this threat, it could be the work of the dark ones." Shaak Ti suggested.

"No, a panic it would create. The sith this cannot be, as they would not wish to destroy the source of their power. Something else this is...find it we must, confront it, possibly destroy it, is our goal." Yoda declared.

"Master, are we declaring war on an enemy we do not even know, on top of this war we are already in?" Mace Windu asked, confusion and slight fear in his usually calm voice.

"A threat to the force, is a threat to life as we know it. If war there must be, then war we will have." Yoda replied with a nod, making the others think over his words. Without the force, there would be no life in this galaxy. So this new enemy must be destroyed.

-Palpatine's Office-

The middle aged man growled, glad for the sound proofing upgrade he had commissioned for this room once he had taken office. Because without it, he would sound like a lunatic. Perhaps even rabid.

Nothing like what had just happened had ever occurred before, in the entire galaxies history, In the history of the Jedi and even the history of the sith. So what in the hell was going on!?

Undoubtedly every force user or sensitive would have felt that little event deeply, he himself had only just managed to stop from screaming out. He was used to pain, as all sith were once they had been trained. But that kriffing hurt!

Dooku was not smart enough to access the force as a whole, nor was he powerful enough. And Palpatine doubted his one true future apprentice was stupid enough to try and damage the force, not that he wasn't naive enough.. but still, that was another impossibility. And it couldn't have been the Jedi, the arrogant fools worshipped the light and ignored the darkness. They would not know where to start in finding a way to destroy their own power source.

This meant that someone or something new would have to be the threat. Something unknown. As if the war had not been tiring enough! No matter, Palpatine had contingency plans. He always did. This enemy, whoever or whatever it was, would fall to the power of the Dark side. This galaxy belonged to him. No-one else.

-Naboo-

Padme held onto Ahsoka as the poor teenager wept, having not felt such pain like that ever before.

Anakin stood next to his wife, hand on his head to relieve the aching he felt while he looked down at his padawan.

"What happened?" Padme asked, trying her best to stay calm and collected. She hated it when her friends and beloved were in pain because of the force. Because it meant she had no idea how to help, or even to sympathise. As she was not force sensitive.

"I don't know, but it was like my mother screaming out all over again, in my dreams. Except I was sitting with you instead of being asleep." The Chosen One replied, obviously trying to think of it himself.

Something had happened, something that would change everything. But what?

-Coruscant, Dex's Diner-

"Listen Gentlemen, how about you put the blasters down and I give you a meal on the house?" Dex told a group of different species thugs, all who were wearing dark clothing and pointing advanced but old looking guns at the four armed man.

Before they could reply, the door behind them opened, and the sound of footsteps filled the air.

"I need your clothes, your boots and the keys to your bike outside." A large muscled human man asked, completely nude. The large thug laughed, as did the crew that was with him. Showing him to be the leader. "That's funny, now how about you go away and I won't smash your puny head in, huh?"

"Bite me." The man replied in a thick accent, causing the leader to look confused but angry. So he walked forwards and took the end of his death stick before pressing it into the left breast of the tall human, causing his skin to burn.

Much to everyone's shock, the human man did not look to be in any pain whatsoever. He did not looked to be annoyed or even angry, he was just still, Cold and unmoving. With no emotion on his face at all.

Then, all hell broke loose.

With a speed that not many could achieve, save a Jedi or enhanced. The human man grabbed the outstretched hand and twisted it, breaking the bones in the thug leader's hand.

"YARRRGHH!" The alien exclaimed, eyes wide and full of anger. "Blast him!" He ordered his gang, causing the human man to narrow his eyes.

Seven bolts of crimson blaster fire struck the man in his chest, burning the skin and muscle away to reveal metal. Causing the gang to pause and freeze in shock. "You one of them cyber Enhanced freaks!?" The human thug asked, disgust in his eyes.

"No" The Terminator replied, throwing the leader backwards before going into a run. With precision and expertise, The Killing machine snapped bones, tore muscles and pulled flesh apart until only one remained.

"PLEASE, SPARE ME!" The leader croaked, body covered in multicoloured specks of blood, which had come from his now dead gang.

"Give me your clothes, boots and the keys to your bike."

"OKAY, HERE TAKE THEM! N-now you'll let me leave right?" The alien leader assumed, having stripped to his underwear after handing over his valuables.

"Negative. I never made such a deal." The Terminator replied, smashing the man's head in with a single punch. He then walked over to Dex.

"Sorry for the mess. You tell the authorities about what happened and you will end up like them, do you understand?" It asked him.

Dex nodded quickly, having become speechless and pale since the beginning of the whole smack down. He was terrified and feared for his life and the life of his customers.

"Unfortunately, I do not believe you." The Terminator replied, holding up two blasters before opening fire on the kitchen and the large dining room.

None survived.

The Terminator thus walked outside and after finding the correct speeder bike, took a pair of black glasses out of the jacket pocket before placing them over his eyes.

He had a mission, and he would complete it. Anyone who got in his way would be terminated. As they should be.

Nothing would stop Skynet. Nothing.

(Hope you enjoyed Chapter two, Things are starting to heat up! Boy I cannot wait till the war starts. Then we will see some true action. Have a good day!)
