It had been three months since Aki Aoi left Sora, her brother and former forbidden lover. She was sitting in her dorm room late that night studying for her final exam but couldn't focus at all. She wondered if he was alright after their separation at their fathers grave... 'Sora... I hope what I did was the right thing for you...' she thought to herself.

Aki's phone began to ring on the corner of her desk. It was her younger sister Yami's number calling. She took a breath and sighed as she pressed 'answer' "Hey Nami. How's mother doing?" She asked trying not to bring Sora into the conversation for his own good.

"Aki Née Sama... it's Sora! He's been diagnosed with our father's illness! They said it's genetic to males in the family. They're treating him with an experemental medication but it's causing him serious nerve pain. Née Sama he finds the mental power to push through, he may not live more than a week. He's in so much pain he... he... oh god!" She began to cry

"He did what Nami? What's wrong?" She asked beginning to feel tears come down her face. "He asked me to kill him Née Sama! He was so weak he just pointed to a bottle of painkillers next to his bedside table and asked me to help him swallow all of them.. he needs us Née Sama. He needs his big sister!" She begged over the phone line.

"I'll be taking exams tomorrow Yami. I can't just-" Aki began to say but Yami told her to shut her mouth "You LEFT him three months ago for your own education because our father told you to! His father had just died and he learned the tragic lie we told him about our real mothers fate! Née Sama... I knew about the secret relationship you and our brother had! I know what you did to him! He was contemplating suicide for a month because of you breaking his heart! I won't tell our mother but... this may be your last chance to make it right. Only you can help him pull through the agony he's in."

Aki stood up from her desk and grabbed her bag. She headed out of her dorm room"What hospital is he in Yami? I'll take the next train back home tonight." "He's in the local clinic in our hometown. The one with the fountain in front." Replied her younger sister. "I'll be there by morning." Replied Aki.

Hospital Room of Sora Aoi

Sora laid there sleeping. His pain had died down for now from the experimental medication so he was finally able to rest. Yami looked out the hospital window as the morning sun rose over the trees. 'Sora...you can make it. Wait for your big sister. She'll be here as soon as you wake up.' she thought to herself while praying her twin would even be able to open his eyes.

"Yami! I'm here! Where's Sora?!" Said Aki as she quickly walked into the hospital rooms entrance. She looked at the sleeping Sora and froze, fearing the worst had happened. "He's alive. Before he fell asleep he had been begging for death. He'll probably be awake soon."

Sora slowly opened his eyes. He felt the burning pain return a bit in his upper body. He looked to Yami and smiled weakly. But then he saw his older sister Aki and his face went into a small scowl.

"Yami! I told you I didn't wanna see her! She'll just leave again like three months ago! She only cares about herself. Leave." He growled weakly. "Sora. She left the exam behind to come here. All because-" "Because I'm dying! That's the only reason she's here! Because she feels she's aa guilty as she is! If I were in good health she'd probably be fucking a college professor right now and never even call me! Anything to get your degree, right big sis?!" He began to cough and wheeze. He pulled his hand up to his mouth and when he brought it back, there was a little amount of blood on it. "Get *cough* get out. Let me die in peace. This is the only thing my father ever left me. This...curse." Yami wiped the blood off Sora's mouth off with a tissue. "You won't die Oni-chan. Let the medicine help. I know it hurts but-" "What hurts is what my own father and elder sister have done to me. This medications side effects dont even compare to the past three months since..." "I'm sorry Sora. Nami can you leave Sora and I alone for a minute? Just shut the bed curtain and let us talk" Yami nodded and closed the curtain. "Sora kun. I've decided to come home and study locally. I realize now I was selfish. I hurt you and I want you to know I'm so sor-"

Sora turned away as if he were disgusted. She saw the slightest sign of an almost healed bruise on he's cheek. 'I slapped him when he yelled at father that day. He wasn't disrespectful. He was right all along. Our own father...he keeps tearing our family apart even after death. And I let him. If I don't fix this... even if sora survives he'll become...' Aki looked at Sora and for a moment saw their father, depressed yet emotionless. '...Just like him'

A nurse walked in with a syringe and a tiny bottle. "Mr. Aoi, it's time for the next injection. Please lie on your back and take a breath. It'll be over in a few hours, just try and bear it." Said the middle aged woman. She filled the syringe and injected it into Sora's right arm as he winced slightly. Suddenly the pain began. Sora began to curl up while shaking in pain and gritted his teeth. "What's happening to him nurse?!" Asked Aki. "His treatment is experimental. It's effective but it can be very agonizing. It's what's best for him." The nurse than left the room with a sad look on her face. "Wait here Sora-Kun. I'll go get some water. Just rest."

'"Its what's best for him" were the same words she said in her head at their parents grave in her head. Now they haunted her. "Sora... I still love you. I won't leave again. Never again." she leaned into him with tears in her eyes and kissed his lips while caressing his face. She had just pulled away as he began to cough up more little droplets of blood. She wiped his mouth clean and he still shivered from the pain. Yami then walked in and saw a small drop of blood on Aki's bottom lip and smiled.

"Aki Née'sama, you've got a little something there on your lip. You brought back your bond with Oni-chan again didn't you? I know you kissed him. But I won't 'kiss and tell' " she giggled. "Sora will be getting moved back home tomorrow. He'll be getting injections once a day. But please refrain from any love making until Oni chan has fully recovered. Are you planning on moving back home tomorrow? You're room is still next to his." Aki smiled and said "Yes. I'm returning to where I belong. And that's as Sora-kun secret lover and as his big sister. I won't do what our father want anymore. I'll do as my Sora-kun wants."

Three days later at the Aoi Residence

Sora was still in pain but was beginning to recover. He would sit in his wheelchair in the backyard with the girls who would visit him after school, much to Aki's hidden jealousy. Sora was getting better physically but he was still cold and distant towards his older sister. She knew he didn't trust her enough to let his forbidden love grow again in fear she would leave again Still she swore she'd never leave him again. She wouldn't let him become like his father.

Later in Sora's room that night as he lay resting in bed. His door creaked open slowly. He didn't need to see who it was who entered. It was Aki. She tried to sneak into his room to watch him rest every night since he returned from the hospital after she moved back home. He would simply ignore her presence every time and pretend to be asleep. She then sat at the edge of his bed in her pajamas. She gently stroked her brothers hair and began to speak.

"I know your afraid still Sora." She said softly in the moonlit room. "Afraid of death? No, Im not. Not anymore. I died three months ago." He replied still laying on his back with his eyes closed. "No. Afraid of opening your heart to me again. I'm not going to leave again." "Youre promises didn't mean shit during those years I grew up. You proved that when you abandoned Nami, mom I for our bastard fathers own wishes that day. Look where your promises got me." "I never swore to on the thing I love most. I swear on-" "Which? Our Father of yourself?" He finished accusingly "No Sora. I swear on you."

He then began to cry hot tears as he lay there. "I was willing to risk my reputation, my education, even risk my own relationship with my mother and twin sister for a love that never existed. You broke my heart for a fucking college degree! I was willing to give up everything I cherished for a girl who wouldn't even give up a college she wanted to go to just so she could make our dead bastard father proud!" He sat up quickly and slammed his fist to the wall on the side of his bed. "Sora-kun...you're knuckles are bleeding." She said as she gently held the top of his knuckles hand and kissed it.

"Sora-kun. I know an apology won't solve anything. But I remember what you said in the hospital. That if you were in good health I'd probably be having sex with a college professor? I actually wanted to tell you an honest truth: I swore to myself I'd never have sex with another man other than you ever again after I left. I swore I'd never date another man again after I left.. I even swore never to get married to another man after I left. Sora-kun, our love may be forbidden by law, but it's not forbidden by our little sister, or even our own mother." "Our...mother?" The door opened back up again and in it stood Mrs. Aoi who was smiling with tears.

"I confessed what i did all those months ago and took full responsibility for us. She promised that we have her blessing to even bare a child. Sora don't you understand why both our parents resemble our grandparents?" Sora wad in shock at the realization of the second truth. "Mother. You and father are actually-" "Yes my sweet Sora. Your father and I were blood siblings. We fell in love at a young age and our parents disowned us. I swore that if any of my children ever fell for that forbidden fruit, I'd accept them for it and still love them no matter what. You have my full support Aki and Sora, my beloved children. You're father lost his way Sora. Don't give up on who you truly love. Even if it means you have to sacrifice everything. In the end, God understands our feelings better than ever could ourselves."

She then turned around and said "And if I could ask a request in return for my own sacrifices, please start on making me some grandchildren with Sora after he recovers Aki" "Huh?! Mother?!" said an embarrassed Aki. " Good night my brave girl. I love you, Sora, and Nami more than my own life." The door shut. Sora smiled and he hugged his big sister and lover. After three moths of separation and wishing he could die, he began to let his love for Aki flow again. She was home. Their father could never tear them apart again.

Five Years Later

Sora had just gotten home from a college party. Nami was playing on her PS5 after finishing her high school exam for her next next year junior. Her girlfriend Kana was cooking with Ms. Aoi in the kitchen. Sora looked at the engagement ring on both Nami and Kanas right ring fingers. 'Gay marriage may be legal now but I guess sibling marriage is still restricted huh? Well maybe one day God will show the world that love can't be forbidden as long as your both sane adults. If I had just one wish...' said sora to himself in his heart. Suddenly Aki ran into the room and placed her computer on the dining table "Everyone! You have to see this! Sora was stunned. If God was real, then he had just proven it to Sora Aoi by working a miracle. Aki then grabbed Sora by the arm and pulled him into her room. "Woah Aki is eager! I mean it's legal as of an hour ago and already she's getting down to baby making! Do they wanna get married that bad?!" Asked Kana. Nami rubbed the bridge of her nose and sighed. "Well since were both women who are engaged to each other and we also want a child soon but can't make one, Oni Chan actually owes me for saving his life five years ago. You're 19, I'm 18, Sora is 18 and Aki is 23. So I guess that means..."

Nami and Kana looked at each other and smiled in agreement. Nami kicked open her sisters door where Sora and Aki lay completely nude already in the middle of rough and nothing off limits sex with Sora who both froze and looked at Nami ripped open her button up school uniform and took off her bra.

"Kana and I want a baby too and you owe me Oni-Chan! It's legal now for conception babies and marriage siblings right?! Aki née sama? MOVE OVER ON THE BED! Kana, hold him down. He'll make us pregnant even if we have to wring out every last seed from him!"

Then without hesitation, Nami leapt onto the bed as Kana walked in, closed the door and locked it They were all heard laughing along with Sora as if it were a game. Ms. Aoi simply sighed but felt happy. She looked at a photo of her three children on the table in the living room. The photo showed Sora in the middle of his older and twin sister at his graduation. On his right side stood Aki, holding his arm and kissing his cheek as he blushed while Nami held his left arm and looked at Aki jealous and annoyed by her older sisters challenge for Sora's heart. "Sora...you've been through so much in your young life. But even when Aki almost left you never gave up. You held hate for her actions but not for your Aki herself. You're father hated you. Buts that's the best part about you. It just goes proves to everyone... he was jealous of your pure heart." She said out loud as then she heard a cry for help coming Aki's bedroom and lond bangs as well.

"I said I wanted grandchildren. But three of them most likely all in the next nine moths?! Sora... your heat maybe pure, but I doubt the rest of you will be after your sisters are planning to do to it. Well I better start getting ready for all three of their wedding days! I guess the only good thing there father left was that life insurance policy. Now let's see. Nami and Aki need to look beautiful at the alter for Sora and Kana at the wedding temple..."

Ms. Aoi felt a true peace in her heart. One she had not felt since Aki had first kicked...
