In a small town in Shizuoka Prefecture, a hooded young man was standing on a billboard placed on a building, with a black backpack full of spray paint cans, the billboard had the picture of the hero Shiroi Kiba, a man with grey hair, a mask covering half his face and a bandana covering his left eye, and the phrase: "Kakashi Hatake: The pride of Sārumonbei ".
The boy takes a can from his bag and hits his leg with it to take the lid off, he then starts to paint, drawing over his mask, giant red lips, drawing his one eye showing, protruding out of his head, and painting his hand holding a book from the Icha Icha series.
With the work done the young man turned away to enjoy the work, he walked backward until he bumped into something, when the young man turned there he was, Kakashi Hatake, in the flesh. The grey-haired man takes the hood off the young man showing a boy of 14, with blond hair, blue eyes, and three marks on each cheek, he was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt under a jeans waistcoat, an orange flannel shirt, and jeans.
"Really Naruto? You know I love your art, but I prefer it away from my face" The hero said
"How did you find me?" Naruto asked turning around and going to pack his backpack, he was in trouble
"I followed the ink trail," Kakashi said with a smile in his eye "What's wrong? Aren't you happy to see me? It's been a while"
"Yeah, since you became a superhero and go around the country fighting crimes while I'm left rotting here," Naruto said annoyed
"Come on little brother, I'm here now, and it's safer here, I'm thinking the best for you, without a quirk you're in too much danger, you should stay here, where nothing happens," Kakashi said, and as if it was a joke of fate there was an explosion.
"What happened? Naruto stay here I will examine" Shiroi Kiba said leaving at high speed
"I who will not stay here. Let's see what happened over there." Naruto said leaving his backpack, he ran moving across the rooftops until he came to a place near the explosion, a van, military looking, was turned upside down and on fire, from it, a man about 60 years old came out, he was wearing a black overcoat with a symbol of a two-headed bird half red and half white on the back, over a red shirt and black trousers and his sleeves were tied by chains, he had eyes with a black smoke around them, grey hair at shoulder height and a short slightly unkempt beard.
"Sir, I ask that you release the chains and surrender," Kakashi said seriously
The man said nothing, he just turned to Kakashi ignoring him completely
"You gave me no choice sir" Kakashi spoke carrying a lightning bolt in his hand, and advanced against the man, but never got to hit as his arm was caught by the old man.
Seeing this Naruto picked up a pipe that was lying on the ground and ran to try and help his brother, he tried to strike the old man but the same held the pipe, the man lets go of Kakashi's hand and kicks him, making him fly for two meters before falling, the old man grabs the boy who was still holding the pipe with one of his arms while extending the other and absorbing the smoke coming out of the vehicle.
"Hey, you, let him go, now" Kakashi shouted angrily
"I'll let go, but only if you let me go, they can't know I'm alive" The man spoke. "I can't let them end it all again"
"Calm down, we can settle this calmly," Kakashi said worried, that man seemed highly disturbed and dangerous.
"No calm, if I wait more of you will show up," The old man said nervously "I don't want to hurt anyone"
Kakashi tenses his muscles, he had to be quick to free Naruto from the man before he knocked him down, he then starts to focus his energy discreetly on his arm and legs. Noticing, the old man launches a smoke shot at Kakashi with his free hand, knocking the hero down.
"No!" Naruto shouted grabbing the old man's arm and grabbing one of the chains, and then Naruto has a vision, several contextless images appeared quickly before his eyes before passing out.
Naruto opens his eyes and stands up, the pipe he used was lying on the ground along with one of the old man's chains, he picked them both up tied the chain around his waist, and attached the pipe to it, the van exploded, fire, smoke, and debris surrounded him, he looks around for his brother, who was nowhere to be seen.
"Kakashi? Where are you?" Naruto shouted, with no answer he went to look, he took a few steps before turning into a cloud of smoke and moving a few feet before returning to normal "What was that?"
He tried to walk but it always turned to smoke, he ran for a few meters until he found Kakashi lying at the foot of a tree with some branches on top of him.
"Kakashi? Are you alright?" Naruto shouted, he approached the grey-haired man, finally managing to walk normally.
"Sort of, that guy is not weak," He said weakly "Come, help me get this branch off me"
Naruto held the branch and started pulling, when he pushed a little harder his hands were covered in smoke which made him throw the branch away.
"Gah, what's that? What's happening to me?" Naruto said startled
"Naruto? Do you have a quirk? How? "Kakashi said, noticing something "Is the same as the one of the villain who's running away, is it? Did you absorb his quirk?"
"I don't know, but he must know," Naruto said "I'm going after him"
"No, it's too dangerous, he managed to defeat me, and you don't even know how to control these abilities" Kakashi spoke worriedly, trying to get up to stop his brother, but falling back to the ground because of his injuries
"I know, but it's better than letting a villain get away with doing nothing," Naruto said determined
"Right, he went to the warehouse, be careful" Kakashi ordered
"You got it, I'm not going to die to an old man," Naruto said turning to smoke and running towards the warehouse.
Arriving there, Naruto noticed that all the doors and windows were closed, but you could see the fire burning inside the warehouse
"Now what, how am I going to get in?" Naruto said before seeing a vent. "Jackpot"
Naruto turned smoke passing through the air vent entering the warehouse, which was on fire, he saw the man, who was examining his unchained arm, curious, the blond pulled the pipe from the makeshift scabbard and went to face the other smoke user.
"Hey, you, tell me what you did to me," Naruto said catching the man's attention
"What are you talking about?..." The old man spoke before touching his own wrist. "You... are you like me?"
"I don't know what you're talking about, but you'll fix it," Naruto said raising his free hand and showing the smoke that surrounded it.
"I can't, there's nothing I can do, even if I did, why would I?" The old man said "Now let me go, it will be better for both of us"
Naruto didn't say anything, perceiving this as giving up the old man turned around preparing to run away, but then he heard footsteps and as he turned around the boy going to strike him with the pipe, he blocked it, and in response, Naruto kicks him, but his leg is held by the old man, using his free leg he kicks the man in the face and then propels himself backward.
The old man releases the chain and throws it at the boy, who stops him with the pipe, the man with a flick of his arm knocks the pipe out of the boy's hands throwing it away. Naruto then releases the chain from his waist, realizing this the man again throws his own chain, an act that was repeated by Naruto, with both chains caught on each other the old man pulled his chain, being stronger than the blond, the old man managed to drag him to him where he caught Naruto by the neck, the blond man's first reaction was to hold the arm that fooled him and then the man's face, which made him have the vision again.
"Akomish by birth, I was born in a small town, but I knew I was destined for more, I lived a normal life until that day, the day I discovered I was a conduit, I absorbed the power of that conduit and suddenly I controlled the smoke, a curse cast upon me, but it became my greatest weapon, a woman named Augustine, the director of the Department of Unified Protection or D. U.P, attacked my tribe, and I needed to help them, but the only one who could do that was the cursed Augustine or rather her power, so I set off along with my brother, Reggie, to Seattle where the D.U.P. headquarters was. to absorb her power, but not before improving my skills, I went after other conduits, to absorb their powers before going after Augustine, the first was Abigail Walker, a conduit with the power of neon, after a fight I managed to absorb her powers, and get her friendship after helping her get rid of a gang of drug dealers, the second and last was more interesting, he contacted me after I painted a flag on top of the Space Needle, his name was Eugene Sims, who helped me free several conduits from the hands of the D. With hatred I attacked Augustine who retaliated by destroying the island, after that, I hunted Hank for revenge but spared him as he betrayed us for his daughter was a hostage of the D.U.P. Then I raided the converted DUP headquarters and confronted Augustine, she said she never killed conduits, only captured, to try to protect them, but I don't care, I absorbed her powers, and with Eugene's help I was able to enhance concrete control quickly, and then destroy Augustine's armor and capture her, after that I exposed the D.U.P operations to the world, after that I returned to Salmon Bay and healed my tribe, after that, I did a small tribute to my brother, before returning to Seattle." The old man narrates as images of his youth appeared as graffiti on a black wall
Naruto faints again, when he wakes up he notices the old man getting up.
"How? How can you do that?" The old man asked
"I don't know," Naruto said "I've always been quirkless"
"Quirk, it's a funny name to call the conduit gene" The man spoke
"Wait, the quirks are the conduit gene I saw in your mind?" Naruto asked
"Yes, but it's been a long time since that name has been used" The old man spoke
"How long?" Naruto asked curiously
"More or less... about 500 years?" The old man said thoughtfully, but with a smile, as he saw the haunted blond's face
"Who are you old man? and how old are you to final" Naruto asked
"My name is Delsin Rowe, and I am, 524 years old," He said
"HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?" Naruto shouted
"Well this is a long story, and it's not the time or place, come on kid, this place is falling apart," Delsin said getting up and walking out
"Wait, aren't you going to try to run away?" Naruto asked
"I have no reason anymore, I gave you my powers and then I died," The old man said winking "Let's just say this will take the eyes off the idiots that were chasing me"
"And where will you go? I don't know what to do with these powers" Naruto asked
"I'll hide somewhere, set up a shelter until the time comes," The old man said " But I'll keep in touch, you have a lot to learn in the fine art of being a conduit"
"Right, just one more thing" Naruto spoke "Can I have the chain?"
Delsin gave a light laugh and agreed with his head, he then ran out a window, Naruto then runs to the air vent he entered and ran back to Kakashi, as soon as he was out of the warehouse he explodes.
"That was a close one," The blonde says before being stopped
"Release the chain, hands on your head" A policeman spoke pointing a gun at him
"Wait, it's not him," Kakashi says running to the blond "Are you ok? Where is he?"
"He died, during our fight for some reason I got his quirk, we fought some more and I managed to take him down, I tried to bring him in but the warehouse exploded" Naruto lied to keep Delsin safe, knowing his history there's no way he could be evil
"It's ok Naruto, what matters is that you're ok," Kakashi said "And now you have a quirk, is inside that huge head of yours still that desire to become a hero?"
"I don't know, maybe, I really wanted to change the world, do something big, I always thought it would be with my art, but I don't think being a hero would get in the way of that" Naruto said
"You're amazing little brother, let's go home, you've had a long day" Kakashi spoke taking the boy home as the police and fire service took care of the scene.
~A month later
"Naruto, I have news, I talked to some friends and they told me that U.A Academy has already scheduled the entrance exam, for January 26th, you'll have a good time practicing" Kakashi walked into the house with a smiling eye
But the house was empty, he then noticed a message on the table that said:
"Kakashi, I found out last night that the A.U. entrance exam was scheduled, I went to the forest to train first thing in the morning, don't worry if you see smoke, it probably won't be fire, but if I call you worried bring a fire extinguisher just in case. -Ass: Naruto"
When he finished reading Kakashi had a drop on his head, sighed, and went to read his book, he almost never had time to read in peace.

"Thanks, old man" Naruto said irritating the older conduit
"Will you stop calling me that?" Delsin spoke "And focus, you still have a lot to learn, unfortunately, we can't use what you helped me with, if not we wouldn't even need nine months of training"
"It's been a week since you've been training me and this is the first time you've talked about your past" Naruto spoke surprised while whispering 'It's also the first time you've talked about you had something to circumvent the training'
"Well, you know much of my important history, and besides my knowledge, I don't see anything else I can pass on," Delsin said frankly
"And the reason you are alive after so long?" Naruto asked curiously
"Well, since you insist," Delsin said
"After taking down Augustine and the D.U.P I left Salmon Bay and started living in Seattle, in the meantime I started dating Abigail, a few months later Eugene mentioned that a strange group started breaking into the old D.U.P headquarters, I ignored it saying they were probably just vandals, I was wrong, escaped members of the D. U.P. they took an extremist group's idea, a conduit gene inhibiting device and to improve it they stole a tool called AMP, created to help the greatest conduit who ever lived, Cole MacGrath, I told Eugene to keep an eye out, my biggest regret. They captured Eugene so he could turn on the machine, a machine that would literally erase the conduits from history, completely erasing even the memories of the conduits, which would make our people's participation in history disappear for good" Delsin began the story
"When I found out they were finalizing the assembly of the machine, I knocked out several soldiers, but by the time I got to the command room where Eugene was being held it was too late, they forced him to turn on the machine, an action that drained all the energy from his body, killing him almost instantly, on his bed he apologized, saying it was his fault for being weak, which I denied, I left his body and ran to the machine, When I got to the machine and started to absorb it a person came to me, it was a man wearing a white hooded overcoat, white trousers, and cybernetic implants on his chest and right arm, he looked old like he was in his fifties and his eyes gave off a dark blue glow, and who was he? None other than Cole Macgrath alive, apparently he ended up reviving when lightning struck his body, but he kept himself hidden, preferring anonymity so as not to cause conflict." The old man said releasing a lone tear at the mention of his fallen friend, but earning an amused look as he saw the blond's shocked face when he mentioned Cole's resurrection
"He touched my shoulder and threw me out of the machine, he spoke "Kid, forget it, this world isn't ready for us yet, let the machine run, when the time comes the conduits will return, until that time, I'll let you get better because I know, one day someone will come along, someone who will honor our names," he said then asked me to absorb his powers so I could live until his goal comes true when he resurrected he gained a power of, I'm not sure, something like partial time manipulation when I absorbed it just came to his lightning power and it forced my body to age slowly and that's how I stayed alive until now" Delsin finished leaving a curious Naruto
"Just one more question, have you found that conduit that Cole talked about yet?" Naruto asked
"I don't know, I still have my doubts, but I think I already know," The old man said smiling "Now get ready, you have another month to master the smoke before you train the rest of your skills"
"Right," Naruto said releasing a smoke shot into a tree.
~ Nine months later, on January 26.
It had been a week since Naruto left Sārumonbei and went to live at Kakashi's house in Musutafu, he was now on his way to A.U. High School to take the entrance exam, as he walked he remembered the months leading up to this big event, after mastering the power of smoke he set off to hone the other powers acquired from Delsin, the first was neon, then video, then concrete and finally Cole's electricity, the hardest part was explaining to Kakashi the how he knew he could use powers other than smoke, he then made up that he unwittingly absorbed these elements and decided to test, it was a lame excuse but the masked man accepted it.
"Well it's the moment of truth, I'm not sure how this is going to go, but it was a good idea to bring these neon batteries and lamps, I also hope they don't complain about the chains" Naruto spoke looking at the chains tied on his arms
Naruto walked a little and saw a green-haired boy, he was semi-paralyzed after bumping into a blond boy, and as soon as he took a step he fell, Naruto prepared to help, but he was too late, a girl had already helped, making him float slightly, the girl talked to the green haired one, who didn't make any sound, Naruto didn't need to read minds to know that the boy was nervous about talking to a girl, the blond conduit felt sorry, but the will to mock was stronger, luckily he managed to hold on and continued on his way, it was better not to get into trouble right away.

Naruto held back a laugh when he noticed the deadly silence in the room everyone ignoring the hero.
"What an amazing response!" The hero spoke, slightly shaken by being ignored, but keeping his animation. "Now I'll tell you how this is going to happen, are you guys ready? YEAAAHHH!"
Again silence remained, except for the green-haired boy from earlier muttering excitedly about the hero presenting the exam, before being told to shut up by the boy next door.
"Now pay attention, you will be taking a practical exam, consisting of ten-minute simulations of urban battles, you can take whatever you want" Present Mic spoke excitedly "After the presentation you will go to the specific battle center, understand?...OKAY?!"
"Looks like they're not intending to let friends or colleagues help themselves, huh?" Naruto thought looking at the card showing the battle center in which he will fight: A
"There will be three types of enemies that will be positioned in the battle centers, you will earn points for each one based on the difficulty level" Present Mic explained "Your goal, dear listeners, is to use your individualities to defeat as many enemies as possible and earn points"
"Obviously, attacking other competitors and other non-heroic actions are against the rules, capisce?" The hero continued

After a while without any alarm or timer sounding Naruto decided to go inside, something might be going on, he reached the door, and just as he tried to open it a hand held his shoulder.
"Hey you idiot, you have to wait like everyone else," A blond boy said angrily
"Take your hand off me, you missed it, no alarm, no timer, something must have happened or it's a trick and we have to go in now," Naruto said pushing the other blond's hand away as they both heard Present Mic shouting that they were late, with the other blond getting a look from the conduit
Naruto turned into smoke and ran until he found a villain, which was a large green robot, it was a 2 point if the number on its leg was an indication, preferring to save his for stronger enemies Naruto used his chains to break its legs before attacking the robot's head.
Naruto destroyed another string of robots with just his smoke run and his chains he did this while being watched by the blond who held his arm, who was looking at him angrily
"That guy is useless, he won't attack without those shitty chains, he'll only get in my way" Spoke the blond exploding a robot from a point
Naruto was starting to get tired, he decided to use heavy attacks to speed up, he then shot compressed smoke projectiles at 5 three-point villains destroying them and leaving only debris, which caught the attention of a group of robots, and competitors.
"Shit, I'm running out of smoke and... I'm surrounded" Naruto said in frustration as he noticed the group of 1 and 2-point robots surrounding him "I can't change the element now, it would be wasteful... I already know"
Naruto begins to release large clouds of smoke around his arms and lower body. He then launches himself into the sky and turns into three spinning balls of smoke and ash. Once they reach a high enough altitude, they collide, causing the ash to materialize again on Naruto as he somersaults through the air while and back to the ground with a smile, using smoke as a propellant to speed his descent. As soon as Naruto hit the ground the impact produced a huge explosion and reduced Naruto to ash before rematerializing him, looking at where the robots were Naruto noticed they were partially vaporized.
"Reminder, never use that attack against humans," Naruto said slightly dark
The conduit then realizes that his feat has attracted unwanted attention from the other competitors, including from an explosive blond man shaking with rage. Naruto then takes out a neon lamp and absorbs it, and then runs leaving only a purple and blue trail of neon light.
Now armed with extreme speed and extremely accurate attacks, Naruto finds himself attacking some two-point robots, shooting neon beams at their legs before taking them out with a neon-charged shot to the head. Naruto then started running, climbing on one of the buildings for a better view, when he heard a scream and saw some competitors surrounded by some villains, and covered by debris from one of the buildings the robot broke, including one of them was about to be crushed, Naruto found himself in a stalemate, on one hand, they were low scoring villains, and they were competitors to get into the A.U. so they should know how to defend themselves, and if he went there it could get in the way of his capturing points, but the voice from before came back saying only one sentence:
"Save them"
With that Naruto was overcome with a rush of adrenaline, he ran as fast as he could, anyone who saw him would think he reached light speed, he knocked the villains down and helped clear the wreckage of the other participants, he took a basic first aid kit from his backpack and handed it to one of the less injured and then left, As soon as he left an explosion was heard along with more screams, Naruto ran up a building to be able what the commotion was all about, and then he saw a robot villain, its size was titanic, its huge mats moved crushing everything in its path as its arms struck the buildings in front of it.
Naruto saw a large number of competitors running from the wrecking machine, except for the explosive blonde who tried to destroy it but was repulsed by a simple attack.
"Destroying that thing won't help me at all, but I think it'll be fun," Naruto said running and landing on the ground a few feet away from the 0-point. "I hate this part"
Naruto ducks down and with one punch with both hands, he punches through the street, with his hands still pinned to the ground he absorbs the concrete, stands up, and gives a sarcastic smile
"You shall not pass" Naruto spoke before punching the ground creating an earthquake, he then began to create concrete piles from the walls piercing the robot, Naruto finished by running and hitting the mechanized villain with a punch that created a destructive shockwave on the robot.
Naruto saw the damage he had done, slightly proud, he then turned to where the other competitors were before falling to the ground spitting blood and small concrete fragments, he then looks down at his hands, both hardened, broken, and with pieces of concrete piercing the skin from which a few drops of blood dripped.
"This is why I hate concrete" Naruto said before passing out
Naruto woke up in a room, he looked at his hands and saw they were bandaged and a small bag of serum rested on his side.
"Foolish boy, you didn't listen to Present Mic, there is no point facing the Executioner, he is not worth any points, you are lucky it ended soon after this stupidity of yours" A short old woman spoke. "You recovered quickly, but those pieces of concrete got deep into your skin, I hope you don't get the idea of using that again so soon, you almost lost your hand in that, you and that green-haired boy, two fools."
"Thanks, Recovery Girl, I'll take care of him now," Kakashi said entering the room
"You'd better see Kakashi-Kun, if not I'll finish you off myself," Recovery Girl said leaving the room angrily
"What's your excuse going to be now? You have no idea what my reaction was when they called me saying you were in the infirmary" Kakashi scolded the blonde seriously
"I tried to challenge myself, push my limit and also, they were scared, they needed help," Naruto said remembering the fear the other competitors were feeling, and that voice once again whispering in his ear: Plus Ultra
Kakashi listened in surprise, his foster brother's gaze was full of conviction, the silver-haired hero gave a smile that was hidden by his mask and hugged the blond
"Mum and dad would be proud of you, congratulations little brother," Kakashi said with a few tears falling from his visible eye "Let's go home, we can buy the ramen you like on the way"

"Naruto! Naruto! Narutoooo!" Kakashi said running like lightning holding a letter "It's arrived!"
"What is it Kakashi?" Naruto said leaving the room before realizing the reason for the masked man's animation "It's arrived?!"
"YES! takes," Kakashi said handing over the letter "Come on, open it there"
Naruto took the letter and opened it, showing a small metal disc that activated a hologram showing Present Mic
"Congratulations young Uzumaki, you managed to pass the theory test, not the highest score but still a good one, but what matters most, you got 55 points for the villain taken down and another 18 points for rescue leaving you tied with Ochako Uraraka in third place, but our fellow Recovery Girl listened well to your conversation with hero Shiroi Kiba, and she heard you demonstrate a deep understanding of the true meaning of our motto, so we decided to give you some extra points and place you alongside Katsuki Bakugo, as first place, congratulations Uzumaki, Plus Ultra, YEEAAAAHHH! " Voice Hero declared before the hologram turned off
Naruto and Kakashi were in total silence, neither of them knew how to react, Naruto stared at his older brother who stared back at him, they both had a big smiles on their faces and then hugged each other
"I DID IT," Naruto said excitedly

This is a story I was developing for a while, it was a bit different, in the origin, it was supposed to be either a story: Naruto x Infamous or Bnha x Infamous, but then I decided to put the two together, but the case you want one of those crossovers separated let me know.
Explanations:
Kakashi is Naruto's brother, he was adopted by Minato after his father Sakumo, the original Shiroi Kiba died.
Kakashi's quirk is Raiju is a transformation type quirk that gives the powers of a Raiju: A Raiju is a yokai usually described as a wolf covered in lightning, is the loyal companion of the god Raijin, and has the ability to control lightning. I see it as the perfect quirk for Kakashi as it encompasses all the basic aspects of him: Raiju is a wolf, a reference to Kakashi's pups, Raiju's fur is white making an analogy to Kakashi's hair, and to finish the element he has the most affinity for is Raiton.
Kakashi's personality will be the same as in canon, except when around Naruto, with him, Kakashi is more playful, but at the same time, he tries to be responsible, and is very protective, due to the fact that it is his last family, like Delsin's brother Reggie.
Both Old Delsin and Old Cole were based on Kessler, with big differences, while Kessler was selfish and thought what was best for him, Old Cole was more compassionate and made a choice for the best of the world, and while Kessler goes back in time to stop the destruction, Old Delsin "goes to the future" to make sure he is saved.
The information given to the A.U. about Naruto's quirk went like this:

· "Concrete": Gives the ability to absorb, manipulate and redirect concrete.
· "Electrokinesis": Gives the ability to absorb, manipulate and redirect neuro-electric/electrical energy.
· "Electromagnetism": The byproduct of electrokinesis gives the ability to use electricity to generate magnetic and antimagnetic effects.
Weaknesses:
The User can only absorb quirks of the emitter type based on some specific element:
Tested with Shiroi Kiba's transformation-type quirk Raiju, the test ended in failure with no trace of an acquired power that the user did not already possess, electrokinesis.
Whenever the user absorbs someone else's quirk, it is possible for both the user and the target to become unconscious. This can be very dangerous if they are left in a dangerous situation.
The user is forced to absorb the same energy sources or they will run out of energy for that power, For example, to use smoke you must absorb smoke first.
The user can only use one set of powers at a time, replacing the current set with the desired one.
