Hey! So... new story. The Goal is to upload a chapter a day, while I am still in the middle of writing this. (I only have two other chapters written so far. So this will be an interesting undertaking.)
Highly advised that you read the first and second My Little Winter Sprite, and at the very least the last chapter of Christmas Through the Ages stories which can be found in the One Shot Collection as what happens there sets up what happens next chapter and a good chunk of the story.
I hope you enjoy the journey.
Prologue
In the middle of a frozen tundra, a being stood in front of a young woman. He had dark brown hair covering his entire with the coven hooves and horns of a goat protruding from his head. He smiled at her showing all his pointed ugly teeth. The woman looked around the age of 21 smirked. In her hand was a black scythe raised and pointed at his exposed neck.
The scythe didn't bother him. "You think you can defeat me?" He laughed. "Devouring children has made me more powerful than you can ever imagine."
"Your devouring of children ends tonight," she said. "My army will take you down."
"You know you can't kill me" The monster hissed.
The woman smiled a grim smile "Perhaps, but we don't need you dead, we simply need you… contained." The scythe in her hand melted into a small bottle filled with golden liquid.
Portals from every side of him opened and thousands of people flew out of the portals, all different ages and sizes, and threw chains upon chains around the monstrous creature.
The monster struggled against the chains which started to warp from the pressure he was exerting trying to free himself.
The nameless woman wasted no time as all her soldiers attacked him trying to wrench his mouth open. He fought against them many were thrown several feet losing fingers and other small appendages that he'd bitten off. Blood dripped from his mouth, blood from the people he'd fought off with the only weapon he had left – his teeth.
The woman could tell that at least one person- a girl who she had personally trained- had lost her entire hand. She refused to focus on the pain her army was suffering, if this monster got away there would be more suffering all over the world.
Eventually, they got a good grip on his mouth and the woman was able to force the entire contents down the monster's throat.
The effects were instantaneous the monster's movements become more and more sluggish before he fell forewords his eyes closed in sleep.
She threw the bottle in the air, and it turned into a barrette which she quickly fastened in her hair before turning to her fellow comrades. No one had died, fortunately the plan had worked perfectly though many had been injured in the attack.
She turned to the girl who had lost her hand. "Are you ok Amelia?" She asked her young pupil.
The girl was clutching her hand it had already stopped bleeding and fingers were already poking out of the stump.
"I'm fine," Amelia said shaking her hand as the bones were being regrown; it was an odd feeling your bones regrow. "Least it wasn't the head, or my heart, that would have been really bad," Amelia said with a partial grin.
The woman smiled and helped her up. "Come." She said. "Let's attend to our comrades."
For those of you who have read 'Jane the Grim Reaper' you will recognize Amelia.
I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Please leave a review, favorite and follow!
