Snow
The Capitol audience cheered as I headed out onto the Balcony overlooking the Avenue of the Tributes.
I ordered them to stop.
The cheering ceased.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is the 75th year of The Hunger Games."
They cheered.
Katniss
Mom, Prim, and me were sitting on the couch.
"And it was written in the charter of The Games that every 25 years, there would be a Quarter Quell,"
Peeta
I was standing in my Living Room in my Victor's Village house.
"To keep fresh for each new generation the memory of those who died in the Uprising against The Capitol."
Haymitch
I was in my chair in my Living Room in my Victor's Village house.
"Each Quarter Quell is distinguished by Games of a special significance."
Katniss
"And now on this the... 75th Anniversary of our defeat of the Rebellion, we celebrate the 3rd Quarter Quell."
The crowd cheered.
"As a reminder that even the strongest,"
Peeta
"Can crack under the power of The Capitol."
Katniss
I sat forward.
"On this, the 3rd Quarter Quell Games, the male and female Tributes are to be reaped from the bowl of children 12-18 in each District. But four boys and four girls from each District."
The audience clamored.
"No!" Mom yelled, knowing there was a greater chance of Prim going into the Games.
Peeta
I was speechless at the fact that Katniss and me will be mentoring eight kids.
Haymitch
I yelled, throwing my liquor bottle at the TV.
It hit Snow in the face on the TV.
