On a dark night, with the moon out and full, all seemed silent among the streets of Coolsville, a city located in the Kalos Region. We see a white Caucasian man in some clothes that were straight out of the Galar Region. He was driving a blue colored pickup truck that had a box big enough to hide a human in it. He appears to be humming to himself as he drive. However, while driving down an empty road surrounded by nothing but trees, the box in the back opens revealing not only what's inside, but the fact that what it was was what opened the box. It was a set of medieval armour. It looked at the driver of the truck through the back window of the cab area. It blinks it's creepy yellow eyes while it looked at him
LATER ON THE LITERALLY EXACT SAME ROAD...
"W-What aa nervous night to be walking home from the movies, Scooby-Doo." Shaggy, a lanky teen, roughly 17 now, wearing a green tshirt over a white longsleeved shirt, red pants, black shoes, and had more ruffled up hair. "And all because YOU had to stay and see Star: Poke-ranger of The North Woods twice!"
Scooby-Doo, now a Boltund, turns to his lanky friend and says, "Reah, reah reah reah!"
The two then hear something that they didn't expect making them jump a little
"Rwhat was that?" Scooby asks with one ea perked up
"I-It's like, coming from the bushes. Go see what it is, Scooby." Shaggy said pointing at a moving bush. "Go see what it is, Scooby."
Scooby gulps
"Don't worry, i'm right behind you." Shaggy adds
"Rthanks a lot." Scooby says with a hint of sarcasm as he sticks his head in the bush
After a minute, Scooby pulls his head out with a Froakie on his nose
"Ronly a Froakie." Scooby says
All of a sudden, the Froakie bounces off of Scooby's nose. For some reason, this angers Scooby to the point where he chases the Froakie while barking.
"Scooby, come back!" Shaggy said as he followed his companion. "Wait!"
Scooby was still chasing the frog until he turned a corner and lost the Froakie.
"Rwhere'd he go? Rwhere'd he go?" Scooby asked as he looked around
All of a sudden, Shaggy comes skidding and tripped over Scooby
"Like next time, signal..." Shaggy said as he got up
"Rorry." Scooby apologized
Shaggy then noticed something in the near distance. "Hey, what's that?" he asked
The two walk overto the truck and see the armour in the seat
"Looks like a deserted type pickup truck." Shaggy added. "Anyone home?" Shaggy asked
All of a sudden, the helmet on the armor wiggled a little bit and fell out of the truck and onto the ground scaring Shaggy and Scooby. This makes the duo look at each other, nervously chuckle, and run off far away from the truck. LATER
Later, Shaggy and Scooby were back at the truck with the suit of armor of which the helmet fell off of and onto the ground but with the rest of the gang
"You're right Shaggy, this sure is strange." Daphne said
"Yeah. What's an empty old suit of armour doing in the driver seat of this pickup?" Fred asks
"Maybe he went out for the knight, get it?" Shaggy said as him and Scooby laugh
"Very funny." Velma said with more than obvious sarcasm
"Gosh, I wonder who this creepy hunk of tin belongs to." Daphne says pointing at the armor in the truck
"Well, the name on the crate says 'Jameson Hyde White. Professor of Archaeology. London, Galar Region" Fred replies looking at the label sticker on the box
"RHyde White?" Scooby asks
"I've heard of Hide and Seek before, but i've never heard of Hyde White." Shaggy said in a joking manner
"That's an English name, you comedians." Velma says to the duo
"Hey, what's this?" Daphne says picking up a slip of paper. "It's a delivery label that says, 'Deliver to the county museum'." Daphne adds
"So THAT'S where the old knight was heading for." Velma says
"That's using the old noodle. But like, what happened to our mysterious professor?" Shaggy asks
"Well, if he was driving this truck, he's disappeared." Daphne answers
"Well gang, it looks like we're up to our armor plates in another mystery." Fred said
Later, about the next day, Mystery Inc. had taken the armor to a museum somewhere in Coolsville. They were talking to the curator about how Hyde White vanished
"Oh dear, oh dear. I suppose I should thank you for finding the Black Knight." The curator started. "But with Professor Hyde White's mysterious disappearance and all, I wish you hadn't." he finished
"Why is that, Mr. Wickles?" Daphne asks
"Because of the legend." Mr. Wickles explains
"Legend?" Fred says curiously
"Yes. The Black night is supposed to come alive when the moon is full." Wickles adds
"Like, wow, the moon was full last night." Shaggy says
"Then what was the professor doing with tall, tin, dark, and creepy?" Velma asks
"He was delivering it to the museum. All the way from Galar." Wickles answers
Scooby gasps. Two workers come into the area, close the box, and pick up the box
"Where do you want it, Mr. Wickles?" One of the workers as
"Oh, just put it in the medieval room." Wickles answers
The two workers then carry off the box. However, unaware to them, Scooby followed the two cause he felt like something was suspicious. He then walks up to a Greek lion statue and sees some crazy like glasses on the snout and looks at them with confusion.
"Scooby-Doo, Where are You?" Scooby hears Daphne ask from somewhere in the museum
"Come on, Scooby, we're leaving." Fred adds
"Rcoming!" Scooby says grabbing the crazy like glasses off of the statue with his mouth and he walks off to join them
We now see The Mystery Machine driving in a way as if the gang was heading somewhere specific.
"This mystery's got me baffled." Velma says
"Well, it's got me like, hungry. When do we eat?" Shaggy says
Scooby pops his head out in the back seat of The Mystery Machine wearing the glasses he found at the museum
"Reah, rlet's eat!" Scooby responds
"Hey, what's Scooby wearing?" Daphne asks noticing the glasses
"They look like some crazy kind of glasses." Velma answers as Daphne grabs the glasses
"He must've found them at the museum." Fred said
"Reah, reah." Scooby responds.
"Man, I wonder what kind of groovy things you see with those." Shaggy says looking at the glasses
"Well, there's one way to find out..." Fred said
LATER
Later, we see The Mystery Machine parked outside the Coolsville public library indicating Mystery Inc. was inside. when we join them, they are all reading a book with Velma from over her shoulders
"Here it is, they're a special type of magnifying glasses used by jewelers, scientists, and archaeologists. And, hold onto your hula-hoops. It says here, 'Made Only In the Galar Region'." Velma said
"Archaeologists?" Fred says
"Galar Region?" Daphne adds
The gang then look up and realize who exactly owned the glasses Scooby found
"Professor Hyde White!" Mystery Inc. all say in unison
"That settles it. There's something fishy going on in that museum." Fred states
"RYou mean?" Scooby asks
"Right Scooby, tonight, we're going fishing." Fred answered
