Toothless landed in the ice nest.
Hiccup carried the unconscious girl to his bed cave and gently laid her down.
He began brushing her hair mesmerized by her beauty.
Valka returned from dragon rescue and went to check on her son in his bed cave.
When she arrived at her son's cave, she sees him brushing a viking girl's hair mesmerized by her and coughs to get his attention.
Hiccup turned around to see his mom and followed her outside.
Toothless followed them.
Valka ask "have you lost your mind bringing a viking girl here?"
Toothless chuckles at him.
Hiccup answers "we rescue her from a ship that was attacked."
Valka ask "what happened to the crew?"
Hiccup answers "they were dead except for her."
Valka sighs "stay here and you two are grounded for two days."
She walks inside Hiccup's cave and examine the unconscious girl to see she bumps and exhausted from something that weakened her.
She lets Hiccup back in to watch over her.
In the morning, the girl groan to see ice around her to see she's in a cave.
She looks to see a Night Fury and looks around for her axe to see a boy in black armor holding her axe.
The boy examine the axe and says "this is weak against my sword."
The girl commands "give me my axe."
Hiccup tells her "you need to rest another day, sky eyes."
The girl ask "what are sky eyes?"
Hiccup points to the blue sky.
Astrid sighs "you mean my eyes are blue."
Hiccup says "blue."
Astrid says "my name is Astrid Hofferson."
Hiccup smiles "Hiccup."
Astrid gets up and runs out of the cave stumbling while trying to run away.
She falls over in front of a cave.
Hiccup catches upto her and says "Astrid. You need to rest. You been injured in an attack."
Astrid groans "Hiccup."
Hiccup carries her bridal style back to his cave.
He leaves the cave to go get his mom.
Astrid sighs while laying down.
Soon Valka came in with a bowl of stew.
Astrid grins "great. I'm starving."
She scoffed down the stew in minutes and held the bowl out for more.
Hiccup grabbed it and left to refill it.
Valka smiles "my son was mesmerized by your beauty when he first saw you laying here unconscious."
Astrid sighs "great."
Hiccup returned with a bowl full of stew "here you go, Astrid."
Astrid took the bowl and scoffed it down and set it aside and closed her eyes.
Valka sighs "let's go, Hiccup. Let her rest."
Hiccup grabs Astrid's hand and says "I won't be far away."
Astrid blinks her eyes at him before closing them.
Valka escort her son out.
Next day, Hiccup laid down beside his bed waiting for Astrid to wake up.
Astrid woke up and looked around and stopped to see Hiccup laying beside the bed sleeping and wakes him up "wake up, Hiccup."
Hiccup groans "Astrid?"
Astrid sternly says "yes. How long have you been sleeping there?"
Hiccup nervous answers "I admire you sleeping peaceful, you looked adorable and I fell asleep next to the bed."
Astrid ask in shock "you slept beside the bed the whole night?"
Hiccup answers "yes, why?"
Astrid ask "and you didn't take advantage of me?"
Hiccup shakes his head "no. I'm more curious about your beauty than other girls that tried to kill me for just trying to observe them."
Astrid comments "your different from the boys I met at home."
Hiccup sighs "your the first girl who hasn't tried to kill me for observing her."
Astrid ask "why observe girls for?"
Hiccup answers "interest about them and how they live with a village."
Astrid ask "you never been inside a village before?"
Hiccup shakes his head "no."
A week later, Hiccup laid beside his bed that he let Astrid sleep on.
Astrid kind of grew to let it go since he just admire her and wouldn't do anything to her.
He helped her walk to build up her strength in her legs.
Valka observed them together and noticed the light in her son's eye that she had for her husband 'love'.
Hiccup told Astrid stories of the troubled he got into.
Astrid laughed "you must have been a handful of trouble."
Hiccup nods his head "yeah, one time I was messing with some deadly Nadders and they chased me. Cloudjumper had to stop them from hurting me, but instead they gave me a bath in their dragon saliva.
My mom had to scrub the saliva off of me. She grounded me for a few days."
Astrid smirks "sounds like you gave your mom a lot of trouble."
Hiccup nods "yep and I help her free trap dragons."
