Hiccup showed Astrid his skills at wrestling dragons to the ground.

Astrid smiled at Hiccup pin a Monstrous Nightmare in a wrestling match.

Hiccup ask "did I surprise you?"

Astrid correct him "you mean the word 'impress' and yes."

Hiccup smiles at her.

Astrid thinks about him and his world of peaceful dragons and says "Hiccup? Is it possible for you to take me home to check on my village?"

Hiccup answers "yes. I can do that for you. Is there a boy back home that you like?"

Astrid shakes her head "no. But there is this one boy who is ignoring. He thinks when we grow up, we are going to get married."

Hiccup ask "what is married?"

Astrid answers "when dragons become mates they are married to each other for life."

A Deadly Nadder grabbed Astrid and began grooming her hair.

Astrid ask "Hiccup, what is this Dragon doing with my hair?"

Hiccup answers "this is 'Fly Through Storms' and she is grooming pretty girl."

Astrid blushes at the compliment and says "fly through Storms? How about I call you Stormfly?"

Stormfly chirped "I like the name."

Astrid ask "what did she say?"

Hiccup answers "she likes the name."

Valka spy on them and sighs "he's going to be sad when she leaves."

Hiccup smiled at Astrid to have a friend.

Astrid comments "since we're going to my village, we may need back up team."

Hiccup nods his head and leaves with her to collect a few more dragons.

They leave the ice nest and fly south to Astrid's village.

Astrid rode behind Hiccup on Toothless since she didn't know how to fly by herself on a dragon.

Stormfly accompanied them on the mission.

An hour later, they pass an island.

Astrid points out "that's Meathead Tribe I think."

Hiccup nods his head.

Soon they approach an island getting raided by dragons.

Astrid panics "that's Berk! My village!"

Hiccup comments "we better help them."

He commands "dragons! protect their livestock. Stormfly. Your with us to protect the villagers that get cornered."

Toothless and Stormfly defend villagers that get trapped.

Astrid scared ask "Hiccup? Do you have a plan if we can't stop them from raiding the villagers?"

Hiccup nervous answers "I don't know if Toothless can do it."

Astrid ask "do what?"

Hiccup smiles "alpha roar."

Astrid ask "try it. Please?"

Hiccup says "Toothless! Alpha command!"

Toothless breathes in air and roars loud to echo around the village.

Villagers below stop fighting to hear a Night Fury roar loud.

The dragons stop stealing food and flew around the Night Fury in the sky.

Astrid ask "what are they doing?"

Hiccup answers "their recognized us as alpha dragon because of Toothless's roar."

He tells Toothless "send them north to the ice nest, brother in heart."

Toothless roars again sending the dragons north to the ice nest or wherever.

Spitelout tells Stoick "that Night Fury commanded the dragons to stop and leave!"

Stoick comments "I see that."

Starkard yells "THEIRS RIDERS ON THAT NIGHT FURY!"

One of the villagers launch a boulder at the Night Fury.

Astrid panics "WATCH OUT!"

They dodge the boulder.

Hiccup comments "time to leave this place."

They fly North back home.

Berk villagers talk about the riders on a Night Fury.

An hour and twenty minutes later, they arrive back at the ice nest.

Valka scowls "where did you go, little mister?"

Hiccup nervous answers "I took Astrid to her home village and they had a dragon raid so I had Toothless do alpha roar to command them to stop raiding the villagers."

Valka sternly says "it's late."

Hiccup and Astrid eat dinner and head to bed.

Astrid tells him "thank you for saving my village, Hiccup."

Hiccup lays down beside the bed on the floor "I'll do anything for you, Astrid. I like you. Your different."

Astrid thinks about him in a different light.

They go to sleep.

A week later, Hiccup was showing Astrid more dragons playing with their babies.

Hiccup ask "Astrid? Tonight would you like to go see something cool tonight?"

Astrid smiles "sure."

Later at night Hiccup flew her to an island to be alone.

There setup was a picnic for them.

Astrid ask "you set this up by yourself?"

Hiccup answers "I kinda ask my mom about how to show that you like someone more than friend."

Astrid smiles at him while blushing a little.

They eat fish together.

Afterwards, Hiccup offered her fruit to eat.

Later a Flightmare landed by a colored lake.

Astrid gasped "that's a Flightmare."

Hiccup answers "when they feel threatened, they spay paralyzing mist to freeze their enemies."

Astrid sighs "my uncle died when I was five years old freezing in fear of a Flightmare and my family honor was tarnished."

Hiccup promise "if we return at your village again, I'll restore your family honor."

Astrid grins at him and decided to hug him.

A week later, Astrid sat down with Valka and ask "how long have you two been here?"

Valka answers "since Hiccup was a little more than a month old which was fifteen years ago."

Astrid comments "Hiccup isn't like boys I met and not as touchy as other boys when they try to get too close to me."

Valka comments "I told him that about where to have physical contact with a girl and he's more curious about girls before he gets to know them. Afterwards, if he likes you and wants to be closer he will try to hold hands."

Astrid grins "he's sweet boy."

Two weeks later, Hiccup teach Astrid how to fly Stormfly and play chase.

Astrid grew close to him and admire him in the mornings when he would ask her if she slept good or not.

He even showed her the Northern lights in the sky.

Astrid told Hiccup a story "one time, the boy who talked about me and him getting married, he showed up at my house with two flowers and a bunch of weeds and gave a proposal speech. I hit him hard and told him I wasn't interested in him."

Hiccup ask "do you think about going back home?"

Astrid answers "yes."

Hiccup sighs "okay."
