Toothless landed beside Hiccup and spit out fish in his mouth.
The teens gag "okay that is grose."
Astrid grins "raw yes. But Hiccup cooks it to perfection."
Camicazi ask "you eat fish from a dragon?"
Astrid answers "yes. After Hiccup cooks them."
Hiccup comments "Toothless has healing saliva."
Astrid comments "Stoick is the problem."
Snotlout ask "why should we help a dragon rider like him?"
Astrid answers "you won't be any help."
Hiccup ask "Astrid? Are you sure we can trust them?"
Astrid answers "I have your back and I promise your mom that I would protect you from harm."
They eat fish after Hiccup cooked it.
After everyone ate their fish, they crawl into their sleeping bags except for Hiccup and Astrid, they slept in their dragon's wings.
In the morning, Hiccup woke up and left to get breakfast from nearby island.
Astrid woke up with the others.
Snotlout ask "Astrid? Why are you dating him for? He's not a real viking."
Astrid answers "because he's sweet and while I was healing, he slept on the floor beside me."
Camicazi gape "no way."
Snotlout scowls at her and stays quiet.
Fishlegs ask "where's Hiccup?"
Snotlout answers "he probably left. Take my girlfriend."
Astrid corrects him "actually I'm Hiccup's girlfriend. Where did he go?"
A half an hour later, Hiccup returns with a basket of fruits.
Astrid scolds Hiccup lightly "Hiccup, don't take off without telling someone."
Hiccup nods his head "yes, Astrid."
They eat the fruit and leave Break neck Blog Island.
Snotlout and the others pack up and leave on their boat.
Hiccup and Astrid flew to Berk.
Astrid comments "we'll land by my house and put the dragons in my parent's barn for the time to let the villagers get use to them."
A half hour later, they land by Astrid's house and put the dragons in the barn before anyone could corner them.
Astrid tells the villagers "if you all go to the Meade hall, I'll tell you all my story."
The villagers nod their heads.
Astrid grabs Hiccup's hand and drag him inside her house "mom? Dad?"
Brynhild ask "Astrid? Your alive?"
Astrid sighs "I don't have a lot of time, but have you signed a marriage contract since I was gone?"
Magnus sighs "no, daughter. But did think about accepting the Jorgenson contract since Snotlout's the heir."
Astrid sighs "mom? Dad, meet Hiccup. Stoick's lost son and my boyfriend."
Magnus ask "I'll be the judge of that over dinner."
Hiccup ask "do I have to ask for your blessing to court your daughter? Because I made her an indestructible axe."
Brynhild blinks her eyes "Astrid? Where did you find this boy?"
Astrid answers "he rescue me after Dagur attack our ship and killed everyone. He has good manners, and dad? While I was in recovery, he slept at my bedside, so don't get too mad if you find him in my room on the floor."
Magnus and Brynhild says "go tell the villagers your story and we'll discuss sleeping arrangements in case he's uncomfortable at Haddock house and we won't sign marriage contracts."
Astrid hugs them both.
Hiccup comments "for this marriage contract to mate your daughter, I'm don't know what I have to do complete it or what it requires."
Magnus blinks his eyes.
Astrid comments "he was raised by his mother and the dragons, so you have to explain the customs here and laws."
Astrid leads Hiccup to the Meade hall.
Once inside the Meade hall, Astrid leads Hiccup upto the head table to see Stoick standing there.
Stoick gasped "Astrid?!"
Astrid smiles "I have a story to tell you all. No questions until I'm done."
Villagers quiet down to hear her story.
Astrid begins with "Dagur attacked our ship and killed everyone. Hiccup found me unconscious. He nurse me back to health along with his mother.
While I was in recovery, Hiccup never left my side. Even when I was sleeping. After I was better, me and Hiccup became friends. Three weeks ago, we became boyfriend and girlfriend.
He flew me here to check on you all and you were in the middle of a dragon raid. Hiccup ordered his dragons to help defend you all. Hiccup is the lost heir of Berk. We plan on taking the dragon nest."
Stoick slowly stood up "Hiccup?"
Hiccup nervous looks up at his father and ask "yes?"
Stoick gasped "HICCUP!"
He hugs him.
Hiccup comments "I have to train the teens to ride dragons."
Stoick ask "ride dragons?"
Hiccup answers "yes, I ride a Night Fury and Astrid rides a Deadly Nadder. They won't harm anyone. As long as you don't harm me or them."
Stoick sighs "I don't have your room ready."
Hiccup comments "that's okay, uh dad."
Astrid comments "the dragons are in my barn for now."
Stoick ask "you been to the nest? Where is it?"
Hiccup nervous answers "yes and there's a hundred foot tall dragon there."
Everyone laughed.
Hiccup shakes his head and leaves the Meade "fine, don't believe me, but I'm not taking any of you there until I finish training the teens when they arrive back tonight."
Astrid scowls at them and follows her boyfriend.
Gobber comments "so that's your son?"
Stoick sighs "yeah and I wonder where he and Valka been living at."
(With Astrid and Hiccup)
Astrid showed Hiccup around the village.
They stop by a building and Astrid says "this is the forge where Gobber makes weapons and things to build houses."
Hiccup nods his head "my mom told me why she didn't return with me was because I wouldn't get treated like everyone else because of me being born a hiccup."
Astrid smiles "your brave, smart, sweet and loyal."
(In the Meade hall)
Stoick tells Gobber "I want Hiccup to work for you and I'll check on him. I want the location of the dragon nest."
(With Astrid and Hiccup)
Hiccup ask "are you hungry because you only had an orange for breakfast?"
Astrid answers "yes."
Hiccup sighs "I don't want to go back to that building to see them."
Astrid smiles "come on, we can eat at my house."
They walk back to Hofferson's house.
Astrid ask "mom? Can you make us breakfast?"
Brynhild answers "sure, dear. Me and your father curious ask "how long is your relationship?"
Astrid answers "three weeks."
Magnus comments "oh, then I don't have to worry about certain things."
