Fight

Krampus laughed as he turned to Sarah; behind her was the little moonbeam, who, immediately, moved away from Krampus. But at least the moonbeam being there made it easier for everyone to see. "Clever little minx, how did you disguise yourself so I couldn't detect you?"

"Maybe I'm not as naughty as you want me to be," Sarah said slashing at Krampus's arm. The fearlings took the attack, turning to dust right in front of her,

Krampus threw back his head and laughed, "You think you have what it takes to defeat me?"

"Oh no," Sarah said, "But you made a mistake attacking my best friend. Leave. Her. Alone." She looked at Jackie, "Run."

Jackie stood up and shot ice at Krampus. "Are you out of your damn mind?" Jackie asked. "I'm not letting my best friend suffer alone."

"Best friend?" Krampus laughed, "Are you sure about this?"

"You don't know anything about her."

Krampus laughed, as Sarah kept trying to attack him, he dodged the scythe as well as he could.

"I mean, you just found out earlier this week how little you actually know, can you really call her a friend?"

Jackie glared at her, "What… I have doubts about our friendship and suddenly I want to toss her in hell or have her eaten?" Jackie rolled her eyes. "That's… that's just insane troll logic." Then she grinned, "You know which actually works for you… I mean you are part troll, aren't you?" She asked with a sarcastic grin

Sarah had to bite back a laugh.

Krampus turned toward Jackie and growled at her, "How dare you."

"You think you're worth our respect?" Jackie said, she tilted her head at Krampus, "Does this asshole really think he's worth our respect?"

It took Sarah a moment to realize what Jackie was doing, then she grinned. She could play this game. She loved this game "Yeah, the guy eats children for a living, at least Pitch found and fought the guardians and actively tried to take them down. Even managed to kill The Sandman for a time too."

"This guy meanwhile turned tail, the second it became inconvenient," Jackie said.

"No!" Sarah laughed. "Really?"

"Yeah, the moment the Reapers showed up he grabbed the closest hostage he could and ran."

Sarah laughed, loudly like she hadn't done in years, ignoring the ugly look on his face. "Enough!" Krampus shouted he waved his arm and Sarah, and Jackie were all thrown backwards.

Jackie thought quickly and created a blanket of snow to cushion her fall but, she hadn't had time, and Sarah was slammed hard into the cave wall, losing her breath.

"You think I'm weak?" Krampus said as he absorbed the Fearlings into him growing bigger and stronger with every breath. "You think, the guardians are a match for me?"

Sarah wanted to give a witty reply, but she was too busy trying to get air back into their lungs. Weakly she lifted the scythe and pointed it at Krampus.

Jackie raised her hand to the dagger that Krampus had tossed away, and to her relief, the icy dagger returned to her hand. She stared at it for a long moment, it was a lot shinier than it had been originally almost glowing in the dagger.

Jackie's eyes widened before she turned to Krampus and hid the dagger away in her pocket. The naturally cold temperature of her skin would stop it from melting until she could use it. The last thing she wanted was another dagger to be shattered.

She created another staff, similar to the one her father carried and ran toward Krampus, she froze some fearlings that tried to stand in her way.

Then froze the ground and skated around him and stood in front of Sarah. "Don't. You. Dare!" Jackie hissed pointing her staff at him. Then while he was surprised, she stabbed him in the abdomen. Krampus grunted as she caught him by surprise. "Why do you want her anyway?"

"She's the naughtiest child I've ever come across." Krampus, "Mix that in with her magic, and she'll make me the strongest being on this planet." He ripped the ice staff out of his abdomen and laughed. "Nice try."

He flexed his claws and took to swipe them but before he could touch the girls again, a black mass shot past him, just cutting his hand.

Krampus hissed, and clutched his hand as he turned around,

The Guardians and the grim reapers were standing there, Jane was right in front of them her hand outstretched. With a smirk.

"Stay away from our kids." Jane hissed.
