So I've read the comments and wanted to quickly specify a few things.
Julian is from Norway I believe my autocorrect changed it to Normandy so I apologise for that.
Hermione was sorted into Gryffindor like in Canon. What she said when she was caught with the troll was more of a guess that she hoped would work. Honestly that's mostly my mistake because I forgot how exactly she knew so I just went with what I knew.
Evanesco makes things vanish by essentially separating their molecules. The reason I won't, at least not yet, have Harry casting Evanesco on say death eaters is because vanishing an entire human being is much more demanding of focus and magic.
