Snotlout and Spitelout, along with the four guards were arrested for upsurge the chief and try forcing a girl into marriage.

It was night time and Hiccup was laying in his queen size bed sleeping.

A figure snuck inside through his window.

Toothless stirred to movement and growled at the intruder.

"Toothless? Its me, Astrid."

Toothless lays back down to close his eyes.

Astrid changed into her nightgown and slide into bed beside Hiccup.

Hiccup laid asleep unknown that Astrid was sleeping next to him.

Astrid scooted closer to Hiccup and grabs his hand to wrap around her waist and smiles in her sleep.

In the morning, Valka walked upstairs to her son's room to see Astrid sleeping next to her son and Toothless on his stone slab and leaves walking back downstairs.

Stoick woke up and walked out of the bedroom to see Valka cooking breakfast and says "

good morning, Val."

Valka smiles "good morning, honey. Our son is still sleeping and his fiance is with him."

Stoick groans "ooh."

There was a knock on their door.

Valka comments "that must be Magnus."

Stoick sighs and opens the door to see Magnus Hofferson and says "I guess your here for Astrid?"

Magnus answers "you would be correct, Chief. And this was received from a messenger ship.

Stoick answers "she's upstairs sleeping" and reads the letter and gaped in shock "Chief Clayborn ask to unite our tribes through marriage?!"

(Upstairs in Hiccup's bedroom)

Astrid woke up to Stoick yelling downstairs and panics "oh shoot! I slept in!"

Hiccup stirs to Astrid panicking and ask "Astrid? What are you doing here?"

Astrid giggles "well Snotlout threatened my parents to make me marry him and I feel safe and reassure sleeping next to you that I'm still engaged to you."

Hiccup comments "then you tell your father that."

Astrid got up and change out of her nightgown facing away from Hiccup.

Hiccup change out of his pajamas and ask "since we already consummated, why do we have to change facing away from each other?"

Astrid answers "Hiccup? I would like to stick to a traditions and one of them is we can't watch each other change because we aren't married yet or unless my dad doesn't care."

They finished changing clothes and walked downstairs to see Magnus, Stoick and Valka looking down at the table.

Astrid nervous comments "uh, hi dad?"

Magnus answers "oh, no daughter. I want to know why you snuck out of the house to sleep over here without telling me or your mother or leave a note to say that you was spending the night with Hiccup!"

Astrid bows her head "I didn't think you would allow me to spend the night with Hiccup."

Magnus sighs "daughter? We know Hiccup wouldn't do anything to you without your permission, but at least leave us a note that you want to spend the night with Hiccup for some reason."

Astrid sighs "yes, dad. It's just that when Snotlout threatened to kill you and mom to force me to marry him, I came here to seek protection and reassurance that I'm still engaged to Hiccup."

Valka sighs "we have an issue that could threatened your engagement."

Hiccup ask "what do you mean?"

Stoick answers "a visiting tribe has requested marriage to unite our tribes."

Astrid ask "who do they want to marry?"

Magnus answers "Hiccup."

Hiccup ask "and how does the tribes know that I'm alive, dad?"

Stoick nervous answers "I may have sent news to tribes that you returned from being dragon napped."

Hiccup panics "dad? Tell me you didn't say I returned single?"

Stoick answers "no, I told them you were courting Astrid Hofferson."

Astrid curious ask "if they knew that, then why would they request marriage contract for?"

Magnus answers "tribe marriage contract over rules courting relationships."

Hiccup comments "but we're engaged now."

Astrid sighs "how long before they arrive?"

Stoick answers "three days."

Hiccup turns to Astrid and ask "are you sure you don't want to get married before they arrive?"

Astrid answers "yes, because I don't want to settle down to have a family with you right now."

Hiccup ask "I didn't say about starting a family with you after getting married."

Astrid blinks her eyes "I figured you would want to start a family with me after marrying me."

Hiccup shakes his head "I figured we were too young to have a child together, but not to get married."

Astrid curious ask "what about your enemies out there?"

Hiccup answers "I'm trained and smart to come up with plans after plans to get the mission done. I only have dragon hunters and trappers to deal with and right now we're in hiding and laying low to protect the dragons from the ice nest."

Astrid sighs "who is this girl that wants to marry my fiance?"

Magnus answers "Sabrina and she's from Peaceful tribe."

Hiccup sighs "I'm late for work and kisses Astrid's cheek "see you later, milady" and leaves the Haddock house.

After he left, Valka comments "Astrid, dear? He wouldn't do anything without your permission."

Astrid sighs "he's so my dragon boy."

Three days later, Stoick visited the prison to see Snotlout whining "I want to be released from this prison cell! I been here for three days!"

Stoick sternly says "have you learned your lesson yet?"

Spitelout ask "what lesson is that?!"

Stoick answers "that I'm still Chief of Berk and my son is the heir to Berk. The Next time you two go after Astrid Hofferson, I'm shipping you two to Bog Burglar Tribe to learn meaning of NO!"

Snotlout grumbles "yes, uncle."

Stoick tells the guards "you can release them now."

Hiccup was sparring with Astrid in the arena.

Astrid comments "Hiccup? Are you curious about meeting Sabrina today?"

Hiccup answers "no, I already have a mate and that's you."

The blow horn was blown signaling visiting tribe.

Hiccup and Astrid decided to continue sparring.

(At the docks)

Stoick and Valka stood at the docks.

Chief Clayborn got off his ship followed by his daughter.

Stoick smiles "welcome to Berk, Chief Clayborn and this must be your daughter."

Sabrina ask "where's your son at that is supposed to be my betrothed?"

Valka answers "he said he was spending the day with his fiance. I don't know where he is right now."

Sabrina scowls and leaves to go find this Hiccup boy.

She sees a man walking through the village and follows him.

Magnus walked across the bridge to the arena to hear noise of weapons clanging.

He enters the arena to see Hiccup and his daughter, Astrid sparring and says "when you two said you were spending the day together, I figured you two would be doing anything besides here sparring."

Hiccup and Astrid stop to see who was talking to see Magnus, Astrid's father.

Astrid grins "hi, daddy."

Magnus comments "why are you two here sparring for?"

Astrid blushes "well Hiccup ask me what I wanted to do after we flew our dragons earlier today and I answered, sparring."

A voice ask "your, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third?"

Hiccup, Astrid and Magnus turned to the voice to see a girl about fifteen standing at the gate.

Hiccup answers "yes and you must be Sabrina from Peaceful tribe."

Sabrina nods her head "you would be correct. Why did your mom say you have a fiance when in your father's letter, it said you was single?"

Astrid answers "the chief kind of forgot that me and Hiccup were courting and now we're fiance after he gave me a betrothal necklace."

Sabrina sighs "sorry to break your moment, but I been curious about you, Hiccup and what do you mean by riding dragons?"
