Chapter 4

A few years had passed since the water hero incident took place. Izuka was now 12 years old, and the hero's hunt for her died down considerably. This was due to an ability she discovered.

Izuka was walking down the white hallway her footsteps not making a sound, at the end of the hallway were a set of double doors Izuka activated the quirk she stole from the water hero, water body and became a puddle on the floor she then slid through the crack under the door.

As she emerged on the over side of the door to see the morgue in this room there were several large fridges where the recently deceased are stored until their body is claimed. Izuka searches the room until she finds what she was looking for. She opens up one of the fridges and pulls out a body. She unzips the body bag to reveal the face all over the news.

It was the dead hero known as the contract hero Multum. Izuka was not there to pay respects; she was there for their quirk, devil's deal. It allowed them to increase one of the user's attributes in exchange for lowering another. Without hesitation She swiftly took the quirk from the corps. Then she closed the fridges and left the hospital.

Izuka immediately set off towards her destination, the information she had been given about the dead hero Multum had been true and that meant that she would show up to their next meeting place.

As she walked Izuka recalled how she had gotten the information about the hero she had been walking down the street when a man called out to her.

"Izuka Medoria?" he questioned.

Izuka felt her body stiffen. This man knew not just her name, but her quirk as well but as she looked up she saw the man holding up their hands in a placating gesture.

"Don't worry kid, I'm not going to try anything." he reassured.

"What do you want then?" the quirk stealer asked.

"The word is that you can steal quirks, I know a man who has a similar quirk and he is interested in meeting you."

The man smiled when the girl's eyes widen.

"That being said." the man continued, "You don't have a reason to trust me so I will give you some information."

This is when the man told her about the hero's Multun death and gave her the location of the meeting place.

As the man started walking away Izuka spoke up.

"Wait what's your name"

"The name's Giran kid."

Izuka snapped out of her musings as she reached her destination Musutafu central park.

Izuka shivered as the chill of the night time air brushed against her skin, as she walked further into the park, as she went along the pathway she saw a man in an expensive looking business suit reclining on a park bench.

Now this wouldn't be enough to catch her attention on its own. The thing that got her attention was the man's aura. It gave off the feeling that if he wanted to he could kill her in an instant.

Yet strangely when she blinked the aura was gone as if it never existed, this must be the man she was supposed to meet. She cautiously approached the man and sat on the bench next to him. The two sat in silence for a moment before the man spoke.

"Hand laser, floaty hands, water body and the most recent addition devil's deal."

Izuka's body tensed immediately this man knew all of the quirks she had taken and she knew none of his. This man held all the cards.

"The man continued since I know all 4 of your quirks. I will answer 4 of your questions."

Izuka's mind raced with thousands of questions she was burning for answers, she decided on asking the most important one.

"Are you like me?" she asked.

The man turned to her with a gentle smile, "I am able to give and take quirks the same as you. And I know how it feels to be rejected by those you love."

Izuka's eyes widened when she heard those words, but she soon calmed down and asked another question.

"How… no Why did you find me?"

The man's smile dimmed a bit. "When I was younger no one would accept me and my quirk I was alone but i don't want that for you."

"How do you know so much about me?" she pressed.

The man chuckled at that "did you not think that there would be records of the people you stole quirks from being unable to use their quirks anymore? Especially in the case of the water pro hero." all for one took note of Izuka tensing at the mention of the pro hero.

"All it took was one of my sources in the police force to give me the information they had on you."

Izuka nodded her head in understanding, as she decided on her last question.

"What should I do?" she asked.

All for one lifted his head to stare at the night sky and let out a sigh, "The only one who can answer that is you, but if you want my advice find something that makes you happy."

The duo sat in silence for a while enjoying each other's company.

"I will be taking my leave now." all for one said standing up "would you like to meet here again next week?"

Izuka looked up at the man and nodded her head in agreement. With a good amount of progress made all for one gave the girl a kind smile and walked away satisfied for now.
