Chapter 5,

It had been a month since Izuka met all for one, at first she did not know what to make of him but as time went on she found herself looking forward to their meetings. She met him every week in the same place, She was currently walking the streets of Musutafu lost in thought.

Izuka still did not have a place to stay so she had plenty of time on her hands, this time would be used to follow some more recent advice given by All for one. The advice was to experiment with her quirks.

She had mainly experimented with the water body quirk, this was because it was the most versatile and least used. She started off by researching the former user and found that he could turn their body into water and repair damage to themselves when exposed to water that was not part of his body. And when liquefied he could make every cell of his body act as brain cells increasing his thought process and even make him not need sleep.

Using this information Izuka was able to gain enough control to be able to turn individual body parts into water so she decided to liquify her entire body excluding what could be seen from the outside. This did not affect her outer appearance; she gained the benefits of the water body in the fact that she did not have to sleep as well as the improved thought processing abilities and she could keep this active indefinitely.

All might was getting restless over the past four years there had not been any signs of quirks being stolen, after the water hero incident it was as if the green haired girl had simply disappeared. And as for all for one the only thing that could be linked to him was the death of the pro hero Multum who was death was a bit suspicious.

He was on his way to meet with the Anti AFO task force. It was made with the intention of defeating All for one, its members consist of all the individuals who knew of the man's existence and he was told that his sidekick Sir Night Eye had come up with a plan to locate the symbol of evil.

All-Might shook all stray thoughts from his mind as he entered the meeting room. He was the last to arrive so to not keep the others waiting any longer swiftly took a seat and the meeting began.

Detective Tsukauchi stood up and started to explain, "Well now that All-Might has arrived we can begin. As you all know 4 years ago there were several reports of a green haired girl stealing the quirks of civilians and after the defeat of the water hero we got a basic description of the girl." Tsukauchi used the room's projector to show the occupants of the room a sketch of what she is believed to look like. "We did not know what happened to her until a security camera caught her entering a hospital a month ago.

The occupants of the room watched a video of a green haired girl using a water body quirk to break into the morgue. When the video ended Tsukauchi spoke again "This is definitely the person who stole the water hero's quirk. We know this because it was where the pro hero Multum's body was being held, and once the break in was discovered the tests confirmed that he was now quirkless."

The people in the room tensed at the news. It was highly suspected that all for one was connected to the death of Multum and if the green haired girl knew where the body was located it was highly possible that she is connected to all for one.

Sir night eye then stood up and spoke "Now onto the plan to locate all for one. We have discovered that the information broker Giran has been in contact with all for one. We also know where he gets his morning coffee, so the plan is for me to use my quirk on him to look into the future and hopefully get the location of either all for one or the green haired girl."

Giran was having a good day. He was supposed to meet with Izuka later in the day to tell her the address of the next meeting with all for one but before that he needed to get his coffee. When he walks into the cafe he bumped into a tall lanky man with glasses and a piercing gaze. The man apologised and left the cafe, Giran shrugged off the encounter and ordered his coffee.

All for one sat down at the park bench once again and let out a heavy sigh. Tomura was being difficult today so he looked forward to the relaxing meeting he was going to have with Izuka.

A few minutes pass by until Izuka arrives and she sat besides him, the two sat in a comfortable silence until Izuka broke it. "I've made progress with my water body quirk."

"Have you now?" all for one asked, raising a brow.

Izuka nodded excitedly "yeah I've made all my insides water and it makes me not need to sleep.

All for one grinded at the news "Impressive, oh that reminds me I've got a gift for you."

"You do?" Izuka asked slowly, getting excited.

All for one held out a hand to the girl and her eyes widened "wait you're going to give me a quirk?" all for one nodded his head in confirmation, that's right it's called water gun." as he said this he shoots out a stream of water from his hand "I thought it would pair well with your water body quirk."

Izuka beamed as she grabbed the man's hand feeling the tingling of a new quirk. As she looked to the man she saw something that made her breath catch and her eyes widen in fear.

All for one's good mood instantly left him as he saw the shift of Izuka's mood as he looked to see what she was looking at, his mood worsened as the symbol of evil met eyes with the symbol of peace.

"Izuka." all for one said in a serious tone "you need to get out of here I will hold him off."

All for one's words made Izuka look at him with eyes of worry, "But what about you?"

"It will be ok, I have no intention of losing." He replied.

Izuka gave the man a quick hug and then ran in the opposite direction. All for one watched the girl run from the soon to be battle ground and let out a heavy sigh. Before letting a confident smile spread across his face, if anything good came out of this it was the fact that Izuka will trust him even more for protecting her from All-Might.

As the two symbols stood there sizing each over up all for one readied himself for the fight of his life.

Izuka sprinted away from the meeting place gasping for air as the park exit came into view. Izuka spotted what looked to be several police cars and a pro hero blocking her way out. Getting agitated Izuka activated floaty hands and water body as once the hands separated and the rest of her body became water Izuka activated her new quirk that was given to her moments ago water gun one the floating hands started to spray her with water this made her water body begin to increase in size and by the time she reached the park entrance she had doubled in size.

The pro hero had seen her coming as she activated her quirk which seemed to be a form of gigantification. As the two clashed Izuka used her spare floating hand to fire lasers towards the police cars to prevent them from giving chase. The hero couldn't really do anything to stop the mass of water, Izuka simply knocked her over and stopped the water gun quirk to install grabbed hold of the pros head and pull the quirk out of her. With the hero and police dealt with, Izuka looked back to where she left All for One to fight all-might and only saw the park in ruins.

Izuka did not look back again as she made her way into the city.
