Chapter 2,

When principal Nezu got a phone call from Sir Nighteye he was curious about what it could be about, when Sir Nighteye told him that they had found where Izuka was hiding out he was initially surprised but he soon had the beginnings of a plan forming in his mind.

Nezu recalled the quirks that they knew Izuka had at her disposal:

Floaty hands, it was an emitter that allowed the user to detach and telekinetically control their hands. It was taken from a homeless man in Musutafu.

Laser hands, the user can shoot lasers out of their fingers, this was taken from a drunk man in Musutafu.

Water body, the user can turn any part of their body into water, it was taken from a pro hero who fought against Izuka.

Devil's deal, the user can increase an attribute in exchange with lowering another, this was taken from the pro hero Multum after he died.

Water gun, the user can shoot water from their hands. Its origins are unknown.

And lastly giga limbs, the user can enlarge themselves or select body parts. This was stolen from the pro hero Giga Girl.

With this knowledge Nezu knew which pro heroes would be the best to call in to subdue Izuka, so he started to make some calls.

It was another normal day in the city of Musutafu and its citizens would agree. The sun was rising steadily in the horizon and people were starting their days, this however was not the case for one Izuka Medoria, since she did not need sleep she had been up all night working on her newest quirk giga limbs, to be more exact she was experimenting with how it could be used combined with her other quirks.

Izuka murmured the names of the quirks she would use in her next experiment, "Floaty Hands and Giga Limbs."

One of Izuka's hands detached itself from her arm and floated in front of her, it then grew in size becoming the size of a car, the increase in mass had no effect on her ability to manipulate the appendage. She then lowered the hand to the floor and stood on it. To an outsider's perspective the scene playing out before them would be described as odd, but to Izuka it made perfect sense, she then started to slowly lift her hand off of the ground and with her on top. A shout of celebration came from Izuka who was currently hovering in the air.

She lowered the floating hand to the ground and deactivated her quirks, as her hand returned to her wrist she pondered what to do next. But as soon as she had come to a decision on what to do. the wall to her left exploded.

Before she could look to see what destroyed the wall she was launched back as a slab of cement slammed into her abdomen and pinned her to the wall. She immediately used giga limbs to enlarge her body breaking free of the cement, she looked up and saw several pro heroes charging into the room.

Before Izuka could muster up any type of response an old man dressed in a hero suit launched into the air and slammed his foot into the side of her head making her fall to the ground. Before she hit the ground she activated water body to turn her entire body into water, this was to try and cushion her fall, but she soon realised something was wrong when instead of hitting the floor she found herself floating in the air.

As the heroes approached Izuka looked around desperately to try and find who was trapping her and saw the pro hero Manual with his hands raised towards her. From her limited knowledge of the hero Izuka knew that he had a hydrokinesis quirk but before she could do anything to break free from the hero's quirk a pink mist enveloped her and within seconds she fell unconscious.

Musutafu 5 mins before the raid.

Kurogiri was making progress, he had narrowed down the area where he believed Izuka had been staying and now he was standing on the rooftops trying to decide where he would focus his search today, his master was clearly worried that the heroes would find Izuka before him. He had vowed to get Izuka back to his master and he intended to do so.

As he was observing the city he saw a police transport drive by and by the looks of it they were driving away from the police station that probably meant it was on its way to collect someone. Kurogiri did not know if it was something to worry about but he decided that it was a good place to start but if it left the area he was searching he would leave it.

Once the police transport had stopped it was outside an abandoned building, as Kurogiri looked around he noticed several pro heroes among the police. Then the raid started, the heroes broke down one of the walls and rushed inside.

Kurogiri did not know what was going on inside but as he watched on he could briefly heat the sounds of fighting then it went silent. Some police entered and came out with a girl who was handcuffed with quirk cancelling cuffs, His entire body was tense. The girl had green hair and seemed to be around 13 years old, it was her.

Kruogiri reached into his pocket and took out his phone to call his master. "Master, we have a situation. The heroes have found Izuka and they have already apprehended her. what would you like me to do?"

For a moment there was silence on the other side of the phone then the symbol of evil spoke, "when they are transporting her you should intercept it and free her."

"Yes master." The mist man spoke in an even tone not letting a hint of emotion into his voice. He silently watched the police load Izuka into the transport and started to drive away.
