Chapter 4,
All for One stared down at Izuka, not that she can tell given the fact he had no eyes but that was fixed with an echolocation quirk he also had an empathy quirk active, this was to know the best way to guide the conversation in the way he wanted, after all he has plans for her. As of right now her strongest emotion was Guilt.
His face wore a kind reassuring smile as he broke the silence, "My fight with All-Might left its mark on me and I've been able to regain some of my lost senses through the use of several quirks, But I am ashamed to say they can only do so much."
He heard Izuka take a shaky breath and felt her guilt intensify, "I-I'm sorry. She choked out.
"What do you have to be sorry for? All For One asked, feigning confusion.
if you didn't have to worry about me back in the park maybe, m-maybe you would have not been injured."
The symbol of evil let out a sigh "Me and All-Might were fated to clash regardless of your presence. It was not your fault that I got injured. So you need not feel guilty about it." Izuka looked up at All For One as he continued "This is probably not surprising but I am a villain, well more like thee villain and All-Might had been targeting my organizations for years now. And now after our fight he probably thinks that I'm dead."
There was an awkward silence before All For One coughed into his hand "Well enough about me, let's talk about what you're going to do next? The heroes will be after you more than ever, including All-Might." All For One saw Izuka's emotions turn to that of fear and apprehension he was getting closer, "I could get you a place to stay and watch over you from a distance although it would be dangerous to keep in contact, so we would have to stop meeting as often." He once again saw a shift in emotions, when he mentioned going low contact Izuka became sad and desperate.
All For One gave her a more serious look "there is another option. It would allow us to stay together, but it would mean following me down the path of villainy. Our relationship would be of teacher and student and I would help you grow to your full potential. I would be strict and you will be tested and crush anyone who opposes us.
While All For One was speaking he activated another quirk called impulse, it allowed the user to slightly alter the desires of their target to be closer to the users. He would not take any chances; he had invested too much into Izuka to let her go now.
Izuka wanted to stay with All For One. He was the only person who understood her and she had nowhere else to go. With her mind made up Izuka bent down onto one knee and made a deal with the devil.

Kurogiri let out a weary sigh, he had been tasked with getting Izuka up to speed in her education, which was progressing rapidly. When I complimented her on her progress she told him that it was due to her water body quirk allowing her to have no need for sleep as well as improving her thought processing abilities.
But Tomura Shigaraki had begun to notice his absences, when questioned on it Kurogiri would simply say that he was doing a job for All For One. When a month had passed Tomura had begun getting agitated whenever Kurogiri would leave. All For One did not seem concerned when he would bring up Tomura's behavior and said that it was to be expected and that it would be solved soon enough.
And then there were Izuka's lessons with All For One, he did not know the specifics but it seemed that he was teaching her about quirks, this probably included nomu development and that meant being introduced to the doctor.

Dr. Garaki laughed with glee, "Hahahaha she's perfect". Izuka was able to aid him in creating a nomu with ease. And because she only had stolen 6 quirks, copying her original quirk would have better results than the previous attempts to copy All For One.
She was a bit hesitant to help in the nomu process but participated nonetheless, with her not needing sleep the girl could increase nomu production to new heights, once Izuka had completed her first nomu they started to explain the process of duplicating quirks.
They had also given Izuka a duplicate of the quirk air walk allowing the user to float on air. There were so many quirks he wanted to give her but All For One was adamant to not make her too strong, Garaki supposed that he was worried about Izuka turning on them.

Izuka was summoned to see Sensei, it was what she was told to call him from now on. It had been a month since she joined him and she had not regretted the choice. She had learned alot from their lessons, but today she was told that she had a test.
As she walked into the room All For One spoke, "you have been progressing splendidly Izuka. It is because of this that I believe that you're ready for this test."
Izuka looked up at him with a smile, "Thank you sensei. But what is this test?"
"I have prepared a test for you to endure. I have a bodyguard called Gigantomachia, he has multiple quirks, you will spar with him until either one of you reach your limit,"
Izuka knew that Sensei would not give her a test that would be easy so she had to assume that he had a stamina boosting quirk.
"Very well I will not fail you." Izuka said with determination.

When she stepped through the warp gate she saw a massive man with a radio hanging from his neck. The duo were in a forest in the middle of nowhere so they had the freedom to fight undisturbed.
"Machia." sensei's words echoed through the surroundings. There was silence for a few moments before the behemoth charged.
