Danny is spending the day with Clockwork. They are deciding what to do with the Ghost Zone, every year it seems to be breaking apart. Clockwork says that it will get worse with time, it will almost be gone by next year.
Danny is hopeful that he can save the Ghost Zone, but that does sound impossible. Nothing has seemed impossible for Danny before.
But this is all a little bit too much, as Danny is flying around the Ghost Zone, he manages to see Ember. He ends up talking to her for a brief moment.
"Ember? What's wrong?" Danny asked, he noticed the rock-diva was crying.
"I…I…I don't know what to do! With the Ghost Zone breaking. I don't have a home anymore."
Danny felt for Ember, he knew that she was struggling. And he was in Danny Phantom form. So, he could comfort her, he went over to her and gave her a big hug, she accepted the hug.
She went over to her favorite spot in the Ghost Zone, which was going to probably be destroyed first. All the ghosts are taking refuge somewhere else.
Danny is hoping to save the Ghost Zone, so they don't have to destroy the human realm.
Suddenly, Clockwork appears holding his time machine, he sees Danny and brings him over to his castle.
"What do you need me for, Clockwork?" Danny asked, looking at the time ghost.
"I need you, because I want you to save our home. I feel that in the years coming. The entire Ghost Zone will be destroyed. Because of natural causes."
"Oh."
"So, I need you to go back into the past and save us."
"How?"
"By using your ghost powers…"
"But. I have never done anything like this before."
"Don't worry, it will be okay."
"Okay."
Danny went over to Clockwork, and gave him a hug. The time ghost accepted this hug, and managed to leave Danny. Something about this seemed odd.
But Danny was willing to do it. Clockwork stopped Danny really quickly, and started telling him things about his past.
"Daniel…I need you to listen to me."
"Why?"
"Because, I am going to tell you my past."
"Oh."
"Yeah."
"Let me begin."
A young Clockwork is sitting with his parents, they are talking about his future and what he will be doing. "Son, I am the master of time. And I want you to be the master of time as well." His father said.
"Father, are you sure?"
"Yes. I am sure."
"But how will I do that?"
"You can do anything. Because you are Clockwork, your mother and I have faith in you."
"Okay daddy."
"That's my son."
Clockwork starts practicing with his staff, and manages to make the time go back. He is proud of himself, and he is wanting to keep going.
But something is stopping him. He does not know if he can keep going with this thing.
He is looking at himself in the mirror, and thinking about all the good things he has done. 'Don't worry, I can do this…'

"Wow, that happened to you?"
"Yes. I know it sounds shocking. But, you can save the Ghost Zone. Trust me."
"I trust you…."
Danny started his journey, he knew it was going to be a long one. But with Clockwork's help. He knew he could do it.
