"My name is Ayaka from House of Kamisato." The mysterious girl introduced herself.
"O-oh, yeah, I'm Nero and this is Dante, the shorthaired one is Lady and the blonde is Trish." He stuttered for a bit and introduced everyone to Ayaka. The reason for his stuttering? Her power feels so damn similar to him and Dante! Actually, more him than Dante.
"Oh. That makes this easier then. I-"
Dante cut off her sentence with a question of his own. "Wait a minute, I can guess who you are, probably, but what I want to know is why you are here. Is Vergil involved? And oh yeah, find a chair somewhere, I don't think you want to explain things standing up." Yeah, Dante's guess is probably the same as theirs. The probability of that guess being actually true is around 95%.
Conjuring an ethereal bluish and somewhat familiar chair, she sits down. "Both answers to your questions are related, uncle Dante." Yep, that's the confirmation for his and Dante's guess. "For the first question, I'm here to tell you the reason Father is not with you when he crossed that portal. Well, the short answer is he somehow got transported to another world during the crossing." What? Another world? "And since there's an infinite amount of world out there, Father couldn't just slash his way into this world." That's explained why hi...their father didn't just create a new portal to this world. Wait... If this Ayaka is here, it means he managed to create a portal to this world! Wher-
"Okay... I guess that explained a few things. If you here, why Papa Vergil aren't here with you?" Dante asked the very question he wanted to ask her.
"Father just recently managed to locate this world and create a stable portal to go through, thanks to Tamamo-san's help. But because of that, Father owed Tamamo-san and she cashed in the favor just before Father could go to this world." She calmly explained.
"Who's Tamamo?" He blurted out.
"Ah, she is Father's latest wife. Wait, or it is the second latest? Father did accidentally woo-"
"Wait, wait, wait. Hold on for a second. Latest wives? Plural?" Dante stopped her again.
"Uh, yeah? Tamamo-san has several versions of herself that followed Father when Father returned from that, uh, Chaldea place." She explained in confusion towards Dante's question.
"What he means is how did that socially inept Vergil has multiple wives?" Trish, alongside Lady that keeps quiet from the beginning of the conversation, speaks for the first time. And she is right. How in nine hell did Vergil get a wife? Plural? How is there a person out there like him enough to marry him?
"Hmm, from what I can tell, most of the time Father mostly accidentally woos some of his wives, and the same goes for my mother." How could you accidentally woo someone? He thinks to himself. If the news from General Sara is to be believed.
"If he got multiple wives... wait, are you the only child of Vergil?" Lady speaks this time. Oh yeah, the implications in Ayaka's explanation and Lady's question...
"Let me recall." She spends some time thinking. "Ah, Nero here is the first of Father's child, so..." She stopped again. "I think Father has probably more than ten, most of them from different mothers." This time he couldn't hold it anymore. He shouted.
"I got ten half-siblings!?"
"More than ten, actually."
