A Little Back Story:
Alayah moved around a lot in the Chicago area when she was little so whenever she transferred schools, she would leave her friends behind and make new ones. She always wrote to them, though, especially after her parents' death and instead of her brother gaining custody of her – especially since he wasn't out of law school yet or could care for her – her aunt and uncle took custody of her. Which caused her to move to England and move in with her aunt, uncle, and two cousins whom she got along with surprisingly well.

She keeps in touch into adulthood, instead of writing letters, through text – her six friends that were there for her during her toughest times. But now she is back in Chicago, taking leave from the BAU after a bad takedown left her with a broken arm, a leg in a cast, and her face covered in bruises and scratches.

All six friends would do anything for her as they were there for her, she was there for them and would drop anything for her if she only asked.
