"You mind telling me what the hell that thing was?" asked Misty, now at the police station.

"That creature was Venom," said the woman. "Venom is an alien symbiote from outer space."

"Alien, huh? Not the most insane thing I've ever encountered," said Misty, recalling her encounter with the hordes of zombies. "More importantly, what say we get to know more about you."

"My name is Abigail Briarton, but you can call me 'Misty.'"

"My name is Chun-Li," the woman introduced herself to Misty.

"My name is Ryu," said the man in the martial artist outfit.

"I am Captain America," said the man with the shield, giving Misty a salute.

"I am Iron Man," said the man in the metal suit.

"That guy you encountered early fighting Venom is Spider-Man," said Chun-Li. "So Misty, tell us more about yourself."

"Okay well, I come from a destroyed world that's full of zombies," said Misty.

"Zombies, huh," said Iron Man. "We know some people who have dealt with zombies."

"Did you have any allies or friends from where you came from?" asked Captain America.

"Yeah, I had 3 other companions," answered Misty. "The first one is Marlton Johnson. He's a sweet, kind guy. He's real smart, too. He knows a lot about weaponry and gadgets."

"Sounds like some people we know," said Iron Man, referring partially to himself.

"The second one is Samuel Stuhlinger," continued Misty. "He's a big, smelly idiot. He has the voice of a German guy stuck in his head. It mostly tells him what to do." Captain America made a mental note of what she said.

"And the last one is Russman," continued Misty. "He used to be part of an organization called 'Broken Arrow.'"

"Broken Arrow," said Chun-Li. "That's not an organization I've ever heard of."

"I just looked up Broken Arrow and nothing came up," said Iron Man.

"You really are from a different world," said Ryu.

"Can you give us a description of what your friends look like?" asked Chun-Li.

"Sure," said Misty. "Marlton's a man with glasses and he wears a tie. Stuhlinger is an old man with glasses and grey hair. Russman's an even older man with dark skin."

"I just recorded your description," said Iron Man.

"So how did you end up here?" asked Chun-Li.

"We were in the middle of fighting zombies in an icy tundra," said Misty. "We were completing a task for the voice inside of Stuhlinger's head. And then... then I was here."

"Do you think your friends came here the same way you did?" asked Chun-Li.

"I'm not sure," said Misty.

"Well, in the meantime, we'll be on the lookout for your friends," said Captain America.

"I'll arrange a room for you to stay in at the Avengers HQ," said Iron Man.

"Thanks," said Misty.

"Oh and try not to get in any trouble," said Chun-Li.

"I won't," said Misty.
