Day Twenty-Nine - It's Cold Outside!
Hermione and Draco are fed up of the cold weather and the fact that the Head's Common Room is always cold, so they decide to spend the day trying to keep each other warm.

Draco and Hermione have been dating since the start of their seventh year. It seemed inevitable, given how they had spent the last two years dancing around each other, and now they were sharing the Head's Common Room.
It was a freezing cold weekend in December and Hermione and Draco had both reluctantly retreated to the Head's Common Room to get away from the noise of the house common rooms. It had been a long week of finishing assignments before the term ended and heading up the Prefects meeting.
The cold weather was making them both a little miserable, and given that the Head's Common Room was even colder they were particularly unhappy to have to come here to get away from everyone else.
However, having a common room to themselves except for prefect meetings was a decent advantage, as it meant they didn't have to sneak off to empty classrooms and risk being caught by any teachers when they wanted to spend time alone together.
They weren't planning on spending the day together, but when Draco arrived in the common room shortly after Hermione, they were both more than happy to spend the day in the colder room if it meant time together. Besides, they were sure they could find ways to keep each other warm.
'Fancy meeting you here, Granger,' Draco purred as he approached the back of the sofa she was sat on.
'Malfoy, what a pleasant surprise,' Hermione joked as she put her book down on the coffee table. 'Wouldn't have thought you'd want to come here in this weather since it's always freezing.'
'Well, I wouldn't have done but everyone in the common room was driving me crazy,' he shrugged as he climbed over the back of the sofa and plonked himself down next to her.
'Me too, it was just too loud and I wanted some quiet. The dorm wasn't even empty because Lavender and Parvarti were busy giggling about something.' She rolled her eyes at the thought.
'Well, given that we're both here, and it's freezing, what do you say we get comfy and try and keep each other warm?' He waggled his eyebrows at her suggestively.
'You grab all the blankets from the cupboard and I'll make us some hot chocolates,' Hermione stood to go and make the drinks in the small kitchenette attached to the common room.
'Not exactly what I had in mind, Granger, but I'll do it,' Malfoy grumbled as he went to grab the blankets.
'I know exactly what you had in mind, Malfoy,' she chuckled when she came back with the drinks, 'and I'm not fooling around with you on the sofa, it's way too small.' She shot him a wink.
'Is it now?'
Hermione simply nodded as she started arranging the blankets on the sofa and getting herself comfortable.
'Now come here, Malfoy, and help me keep warm while I read my book,' she told him sternly.
'Fine, but one of these days I will get you out of those underwear on the sofa.'
'You can keep trying, Malfoy, but that will never happen in here.'
'Challenge accepted.'
