A/N - It's time for Jess and Jimmy to deal with Hugo Sanchez. Warning - Jimmy and Jess do some celebrating in this chapter. Please let me know what you think. I don't own NCIS.

Chapter 9

Jimmy, Jess and Victoria held hands as they walked across the street to the Orlando Café to get a late lunch. While they were waiting to be seated Jimmy noticed a display rack with all sorts of advertising of places to visit. He was surprised to see an advertisement for Bermuda. He picked up the brochure and started to leaf through it. "This looks like an amazing place to visit. Pink sand beaches. Beautiful hotels and an English feel to it."

Jess looked at it over his shoulder. "Men wearing Bermuda shorts riding mopeds. I'd love to see you do that sweetheart."

Jimmy laughed. "Look at this hotel. It's got a lagoon behind it. Let's go here for our honeymoon."

Jess looked at the pictures and said "You're right. It looks like a fantastic place to go."

The manager of the restaurant came up to them and said "Are you ready for your table?" He noticed the brochure. "Are you thinking of going to Bermuda?"

Jimmy nodded. "Do you know anything about it?"

"I went there on my honeymoon about five years ago. We had the best time."

Jess asked "So you would recommend it?"

"Highly. You'll remember it for the rest of your life."

Jimmy and Jess looked at each other and smiled. "I think we just picked a place to go for our honeymoon."

They were shown to a booth by the front window and passed a sign that read "World's Best Peach Cobbler."

Victoria said "I know what I want to eat. Peach cobbler."

Jess said "I think you better have something more healthy than Just peach cobbler. How about a sandwich or a burger too?"

Jimmy smiled at the interaction between the two, happy that Jess was comfortable making suggestions to Victoria and that Victoria listened to what she had to say.

"OK, Mom." She opened the menu to see what they had to offer.

After their food was brought to the table, a tuna melt for Jimmy and Victoria, a chicken breast sandwich for Jess, she asked Jimmy if he had seen the news bulletin about Hugo Sanchez escaping prison.

"No. What happened.?"

Jess grabbed onto Jimmy's hand. "He's here in Orlando and Parker called me this morning to tell me that they have heard rumors that he is after one or our agents. He was concerned that he may have been after me."

Jimmy looked at the love of his life in shock before enveloping Jess in his arms. "I will never allow anything to happen to you."

Jess hugged him back. "I know that and I will never let anything happen to you either. But don't be alarmed. After talking to Parker we concluded that He wouldn't be after me."

Jimmy noticeably relaxed but didn't let go of Jess. They continued to hold each other for another minute.

Jess relayed what she told Parker about her past dealings with Sanchez as they ate their lunch. Victoria shared her peach cobbler with her parents.

"I understand why Parker doesn't think Sanchez is after you. But I won't be comfortable until that drug dealer is behind bars."

"I agree but we can be alert regarding getting him put back in custody. If we see anything we'll let Parker know."

Jimmy nodded. "They're coming down for the wedding tomorrow, aren't they?"

"I believe so. Hopefully this will be all resolved today."

Jimmy paid the bill and left a nice tip for the waitress. They linked hands and headed across the street back to City Hall to pick up their license.

Hugo Sanchez headed to the Orlando executive airport to pick up his brother. He brooded over what Marcos wanted to do and thought of ways to dissuade him. Hugo knew he was no saint and really didn't care who Marcos got involved with. But he met Jessica all those years ago and liked her as a person and didn't think she should be his conquest. What Hugo wanted most was to stay out of prison and helping his brother seemed to be the fastest way back there. He had to think of something. Disney World was a crowded and popular place with security all around. He brooded as he waited for the plane to land.

Marcos contacted his friend in the tech world to see if he had any luck tracking his prey. His friend said "I found her. She's at City Hall and just got a marriage license."

"What!?"

"A marriage license. She's getting married to a James Palmer."

"Not if I can help it!"

He hacked into the security cameras around City Hall. "They're out front now waiting for a ride it looks like. They've got a young girl with them too."

"What else can you tell me about them?"

He perused the license application. "You better watch out Marcos."

"Why?"

"Did you know she is a NCIS federal agent? And he is a Medical Examiner for NCIS?"

"Hugo told me she worked for the federal government. That is all."

"What do you want me to do?"

"Track them and tell me where they go."

"Roger that."

Jimmy, Jess and Victoria walked out of City Hall with their valuable license tucked safely in Jess' purse. The both also noticed that they had each received an e:mail with a copy of the license. Victoria noticed a park with some slides and swings as part of the campus. "Can I go to the park for a few minutes?"

Jimmy said. "Sure. We still have to wait for our Uber ride."

Victoria grabbed her parents' hands and pulled them to the park. There were three swings and each sat down in one, gently swing back and forth. Jimmy looked down at his phone checking his Uber app. He looked over at Jess. "The Uber driver says he will be here in 30 minutes."

"I'm surprised it's taking so long. It'll give Victoria more time in the park."

Jimmy nodded. "Are you thirsty? Do you want me to get you something to drink?"

Victoria heard the question and said "Yes, please."

Jess chuckled. "Well if you're going to get our daughter something, I'll take a drink too."

Jimmy smiled. "Anything for the two most important people in my life. There's a 7-Eleven just down the street a short ways. I'll be right back."

Jimmy jumped out of the swing and gave Jess a kiss as she had stopped. Jess got out and decided to push Victoria.

Jess and Victoria watched him head down the street.

Hugo picked up Marcos at the airport and started heading into Orlando. Marcos' phone rang. "Hello."

"The woman and the girl are at the City Hall park. It looks like the man is walking to the 7-Eleven."

"Do you have any idea how long they are going to stay?"

"They are waiting for an Uber. I hacked into Palmer's Uber account. Their ride isn't due for 30 minutes."

"Keep watching and let me know of any changes." Marcos disconnected the call.

"What was that about?" Hugo asked.

"Knight and the girl are at City Hall park. Let's go there right now."

"What about the man?"

"Dr. Palmer? He's down the street."

"How do you know his name?"

"My friend hacked into City hall records. They're getting a marriage license."

"What? I'm not going to let you ruin her life because of your teenage fantasy."

"Oh yes you will. If you don't I will turn you over to the police."

"I'm still head of this family. You will not blackmail me."

"Calm down, Hugo. I just want you to keep your promise."

"OK, Marcos. You better not kill her or the kid."

"That depends on her."

Hugo stepped on the gas to get to City Hall as fast as possible.

Jimmy entered into the store and bought three bottles of Perrier. Hi also stopped at the snack aisle to buy some cashews, almonds and trail mix. He purchased the items and headed back to the park. He saw Jess pushing Victoria in the swing bringing a smile to his face,

A few minutes later, as he got closer to the park, Jimmy noticed a gray sedan pull up in front of the park. There were two men inside. This set off alarm bells in Jimmy's brain and he quickened his pace to the park. Jess looked over at Jimmy and smiled and waved.

The two men got out of the car and started walking into the park. Jimmy dialed the police station and asked for help. They said they would send someone over soon.

When Jimmy was about 50 yards away, the two men had reached Jessica. Jimmy broke into a run.

Marcos stopped right in front of Jess and stopped Victoria's swing. "Jessica Knight. Long time no see. Do you remember me?"

Jessica frowned. "No. Should I? How do you know my name?"

"I haven't forgotten you ever since we met in Honduras."

"Oh. You're Hugo Sanchez's little brother. Never thought I'd see you again."

"Then this is your lucky day."

"What do you want Mr. Sanchez?"

"Isn't it obvious? I want you."

"I already belong to someone else. I have no interest in you."

"C'mon Marcos," said Hugo. "She's already taken. Let's get out of here."

Marcos got in Hugo's face and snarled. "I told you I want her. You promised."

Just then Jimmy arrived running full speed and hit both Sanchez brothers from the side, knocking them to the ground. Jimmy let go of the bag with the bottles and snacks due to the impact and the contents spilled out about ten feet away. The impact left all three dazed but Marcos and Hugo got the worst of it as they were on the bottom, their faces covered with sand. Victoria screamed and Jess grabbed hold of her and moved her away from danger. Jimmy, seeing the bottles tried to stand up to reach them by putting his hands on Hugo's and Marco's backs. Once on his feet, Jimmy took a few steps toward the bottles but Marcos blindly reached out and tripped Jimmy, causing him to fall right by the bottles. Jimmy grabbed two bottles and tried to get to his feet but Hugo lunged at him. Jimmy rolled to the side just in time and swung the bottle at him as he went by, hitting him in the head and knocking him out cold. Jimmy looked back towards Marcos and became alarmed as he was walking toward Jess and Victoria, taking out a knife.

Jess said "It's me you want. Leave the girl alone."

Marcos sneered at Jess and said "You're going to pay for this."

Jimmy recovered enough and raced to where Marcos was and tackled him again from behind as Marcos' back was to him. Marcos sprawled to the ground on his face, arms outstretched. Jimmy grabbed his wrist to get the knife free from Marcos' hand. The two rolled over back and forth until Jimmy freed his right hand and elbowed Marcos in the chin, stunning him to let go of the knife, sending it towards Jess and Victoria. Jess picked up the knife and an enraged Jimmy hit Marcos with a left cross and right uppercut, knocking Marcos out cold. Jimmy leaned over Marcos' prone body and yelled at him even though he knew he couldn't hear. "Don't move you asshole. No one touches my family."

Jess picked up Victoria came over to Jimmy and kissed him. "Our hero."

A relieved Jimmy wrapped his arms around them both. "I'm just glad you're both ok." They stood there together for several minutes not wanting to let go.

Thankfully they heard sirens and a police car pulled up. The officer came up to them and asked "What's going on here?"

Jess pulled out her badge and said "You better call for back up. This is Hugo Sanchez and his brother Marcos. You have a BOLO on them. I suggest you cuff both of them."

The officer looked startled for a moment and finally came to his senses. "The one who escaped from Venezuela prison?"

"Yep."

He pulled out his cuffs and put one on each brother as he only had one set. "You don't have any cuffs with you do you?"

Jess shook her head. "I'm on vacation and getting married in three days to this wonderful man who saved us."

The officer looked at Jimmy and asked "Are you a NCIS special agent too."

Jimmy chuckled. "No. I'm a badass ME for NCIS."

Jess laughed. "That you are sweetheart."

Jess noticed that her man was covered in sand and helped him brush off the grains. Jimmy thanked her with a kiss.

The officer, Brian Jones, finally called for backup. His news brought four police cars and the FBI. Once the Sanchez brothers were secured, Jess, Jimmy and Victoria were given a ride to the police station to make their statements. The Uber ride was cancelled.

By the time everything was finished, it was 6pm. The head of the FBI offered to drive them back to their hotel. The ride was accepted with the Victoria putting her head on Jess' lap and taking a little nap.

On the drive back, Jimmy asked Agent Hansen, "Where is the best steak restaurant around here?"

Hansen said "Oh. My favorite is The Filet. It's actually close to your hotel, about three miles away. My friend Peter actually owns the place."

Jimmy looked back at Jess. "Since the park will be closed by the time we get back, do you feel like a steak dinner?"

Jess looked up and said "Sounds good to me. I think Victoria has earned a nice steak dinner too."

Jimmy grinned. "You're right about that."

Agent Hansen smiled and said "I'll give Peter a call and tell him you're coming. He'll take good care of you."

"Thanks Agent Hansen."

Dressed to the nines, Jimmy, Jessica and Victoria arrived at The Filet. Peter was in the reception area to greet them.

"Dr. Palmer, Mrs. Palmer and Victoria, so nice to meet you. I hear you are heroes."

Jess whispered in Jimmy's ear. "Don't bother correcting him. I'll be Mrs. Palmer for real in three days. I can hardly wait."

Jimmy grinned and kissed her on the cheek and said "I can hardly wait too."

"Thank you," Jimmy responded. "It's nice to meet you too."

He led them to a table near the back and introduced them to their waiter, Victor.

"Victor, this is the Palmer family who just arrested a notorious drug dealer and escaped prisoner and his brother. Please take the best care of them."

"I will be happy to."

"Enjoy your meal." Peter said as he left to attend to his other guests.

"Would you like anything from the bar?"

Jimmy looked over at Jess. "I think we have reason to celebrate. I feel like a Strawberry Margarita. What about you my love?"

Jess smiled and said "I feel like celebrating too. I'll have a Vodka Martini please."

Jimmy asked Victoria. "Would you like a Shirley Temple?"

Victoria grinned. "Yes please."

Victor said, "Very good. I'll get those taken care of while you look at the menu."

Jess looked up at Jimmy over the top of her menu and said "Look sweetheart, they have a couples' dinner for two. It comes with a filet, lobster, soup or salad, two sides and desert."

"That sounds great. Let's get that."

Jess nodded and gave him a kiss. "What looks good for you Victoria?"

"I'll have a child's steak and French fries please."

"Very good. Do you want an appetizer?"

"Shrimp sounds good to me," said Jess.

"Some stuffed mushrooms also sounds good."

"Let's get both."

"If we eat this much they're going to have to wheel us out."

Jimmy laughed.

The waiter came back with their drinks and took their orders. Jimmy also ordered a bottle of Merlot for their dinner.

Victoria asked Jess "Are you going to change your name to Palmer, mom?"

Jess grinned. "Do you want me to?"

"I would love that. It will make us feel like one family."

"I agree. I want to be completely part of the Palmer family so yes I will."

Jimmy grinned broadly. "I'd love that too."

Jimmy and Jess leaned in for a meaningful and passionate kiss.

While they were enjoying their meals, a visitor came to their table. Jimmy and Jess looked up in surprise along with Victoria.

"Director Vance," Jimmy and Jessica said in unison. "Would you like to join us?"

Vance smiled and said "I don't want to intrude."

"Not at all. We have plenty of food if you would like some."

Vance sat down in the empty chair at the table and said thank you. "I heard about what you did in capturing Sanchez from the FBI and wanted to come down and make sure everything was ok and to thank you."

Jess grabbed Jimmy's hand and kissed it. "Jimmy saved our lives."

Jimmy smiled at Jess and said "I'm getting married to the most wonderful woman in the world in three days and wasn't about to let anyone stop that from happening."

Vance smiled. "That you did Dr. Palmer. Do you want to become a field agent?"

Jimmy laughed while Jess looked horrified. "I think one very special agent in the Palmer family is enough Director Vance. But I will do anything to protect my family."

Victor came over and asked the Director if he wanted anything. He said "I'll have a glass of champagne and the check, please."

Jimmy said "You don't have to do that Director. We'll take care of it."

Vance shook his head. "The FBI, NSA and NCIS all agreed to pick up your tab for tonight. You've earned it."

Jimmy and Jess looked at each other and back at Vance. "Please tell everyone thank you for us."

"Will do. The rest of the team is arriving Friday night for your wedding."

"Great. You're going to be able to come too, aren't you director?"

"I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Victor brought the champagne and Vance proposed a toast. Jimmy and Jess raised their wine glasses to join it. "To two terrific members of the NCIS family and wishing you a joyous wedding and great life together."

Jimmy and Jess clinked glasses with Vance and said thank you. Victoria joined in too. Vance looked at Victoria and said "You should be proud of your Dad and new Mom."

Victoria smiled and said "I am very proud. Dad saved mom and me from the bad guys. I'm glad they are gone."

"We hope they never escape prison again."

"I'll drink to that."

Vance finished his drink and bid the Palmer family good night. "See you on Sunday." And then he was gone.

Jess and Jimmy smiled at each other and finished their main courses and sides. They ordered a cappuccino each to eat with their dessert which was lava cake. It was delicious. They shared it with Victoria.

An hour or so later, the Palmer family returned to their room and crashed on the couch. All were very full from the delicious food and totally drained from the events of the day. The three of them turned on the TV to look for something to watch and wind down. While snuggled up together, a news bulletin came on the screen.

"We have an update on the escaped prisoner announced earlier today. We are pleased to report that the escaped prisoner and his brother were apprehended this afternoon thanks to the efforts of NCIS agents here in Orlando on vacation. We are pleased to report that there were no injuries to the agents in the takedown or their daughter. Thanks to them we can rest assured tonight that a very dangerous man is back in custody. "

Jess looked at Jimmy and gave him a kiss. "I'm glad they didn't give out our names. I like to remain anonymous to the public."

Jimmy nodded. "Me too. Notoriety in our line of business can be a bad thing."

Victoria looked at her parents and said "Don't you want to be famous?"

Her mom and dad chuckled. "No sweetheart. We just want to be one happy family and do our jobs."

Victoria gave them each a hug. "Well, you'll always be famous to me."

Jimmy and Jess smiled back at her.

After watching part of a movie, Victoria fell asleep. Jimmy looked at Jess and said "I think it's time to put our daughter to bed."

Jess nodded. "I think it would be a great time to take a bath. I need to do a more thorough job of washing the sand off your body. I don't want sand in our bed."

Jimmy laughed and grinned. "That sounds like a great idea. I love the way you help me be extra clean."

Jess chuckled. "And I love the way you help me be extra clean too."

Jimmy stood up and picked up Victoria. "I'll help her get ready for bed."

Jess said "I'll get the bath all ready for us and come kiss our daughter good night."

A little while later, Jimmy and Jess settled into the large bathtub Jess had filled with bath salts and bubbles. Jess settled in with her back to Jimmy's chest, the water up to her neck. Both sighed contentedly as Jess grabbed Jimmy's hands and covered her breasts with them. Jimmy enjoyed caressing her softness and kissed her on the top of her head.

After a while, Jimmy slid his right hand down her belly to the valley between her legs. Jess moaned with pleasure as he stroked her most intimate place, her opening welcoming Jimmy's fingers. Jess turned her head to capture Jimmy's lips with hers as Jimmy pleasured her, exploring every inch of her womanhood. Jimmy kissed her deeply as he inserted a finger and then two, sliding them in and out of her. Soon Jess was taken to the edge and then over the edge in an intense climax. Jimmy held her in his arms as she recovered telling her how much he loved her. Jess bathed in his words of love as she snuggled into him.

After she recovered, Jess moved away from Jimmy to turn and face him before straddling his thighs. She leaned in and captured his lips in hers reaching down with her right hand taking hold of his length, stroking him up and down in the water. While she was doing that, she took the bar of soap and proceeded to run it over his chest and then his back to make sure the sand was washed away from his body. Jimmy moaned into Jess' mouth as she kissed him and stroked him, bringing him closer and closer to the edge. "I love you my Jimmy" Jess said as she slid forward over his manhood and lowered herself down until he was completely enveloped in her warmth. Jimmy wrapped his arms around his fiancée holding her close, reveling in the intimacy only they shared. Jimmy and Jess held each other for several minutes until their mutual need for release took over and they began to move in harmony. Slowly at first, they moved together before going faster and faster until they took each other into rapture.

"Wow sweetheart." That was beyond fantastic." Jimmy said.

Jess grinned back at him panting for breath as she recovered. "It sure was, my love. And the night is still young."

Jimmy looked at her questioningly. "What did you have in mind sweetheart?'

Jess grinned at him. "Complete stress relief from rescuing me and our daughter."

"Knowing that you two are ok and safe was all that I cared about and what was most important."

Jess kissed him and said "Yes, but you're soon to be wife wants her soon to be husband to be completely relaxed and taken care of. I'm going to give you a full body massage, with all the extras. Very heavy on the extras."

Jimmy chuckled. "Wow, sweetheart. That sounds fantastic."

Jess said "I'm looking forward to it too."

The tub water was starting to cool so the two lovers got out of the tub and dried each other off.

Jimmy asked "Are you thirsty? I sure could use something to drink."

Jess nodded. "Me, too."

They walked into the bedroom and Jess noticed the 2023 version of the Medical Examiners' Convention T-Shirt Jimmy picked up at the conclusion of the conference. She slipped it on over her head wearing nothing underneath it. Jimmy looked at her and chuckled. Jess smiled back at him and said "You weren't expecting me to keep wearing an old version of this shirt when I can have the latest one, were you?"

Jimmy laughed and pulled her to him, giving her a kiss. "I wouldn't dream of it." He then put on his pajama bottoms to walk into the kitchen with Jess for something to drink.

They sat on the couch in the living room drinking their sparkling waters. Jimmy brought over the Bermuda brochure so they could look through it while sipping their drinks.

Jess stopped Jimmy from turning to the next page pointing to the Loren at Pink Beach. "That looks like a really nice place to stay. I wonder if they have anything available."

Jimmy looked at the picture and amenities. "You're right. Looks like a great place to go. Let's check the website for availability."

Jimmy pulled out his phone and connected to the internet. Opening the website he entered the dates they wanted. "We're in luck. They have a beach front room available for a week. Do you want to go there?"

Jess wrapped her arms around Jimmy and kissed him senseless. Jimmy looked at his soon to be bride and said "I take it that it's a yes."

Jess chuckled and said "Most definitely a yes."

Jimmy made the reservation before setting down his phone. "We can book the flight tomorrow."

Jess put her head on Jimmy's lap while stretching out on the couch. While she did so the hem of her T-shirt slid up to her waist. Jimmy looked down at her and smiled, running his hand through her hair, along her cheek and to the hollow of her neck. Jimmy leaned down and kissed her deeply, their tongues exploring each other's mouths. Sliding his hand down to her left breast, Jimmy gently pinched her nipple and rolled it between his thumb and forefinger, her nipple pebbling in response. He then slid his hand down to her belly button, inserting his little finger before sliding his hand lower. Jess's breath hitched as he reached her center and started to explore her with his fingers. She placed her hand on Jimmy's to still his fingers. "I'm supposed to be taking care of you."

Jimmy grinned as he began stimulating the woman he loved again. "You will. I know it. Right now it's ladies first."

Jess chuckled and let go of his hand, opening her legs for her soon to be husband.

About a half hour later, Jimmy was lying on his stomach on the bed. Jess placed the massage oil on the nightstand and turned on some soothing music. Jess was on her knees next to Jimmy and began kissing her way down his back to the waistband of his pajama bottoms. She grabbed the waistband and pulled down in one fluid motion until they were off, leaving her man naked. Jess pour some oil into her palm and rubbed her hands together to warm it up, then began massaging his feet before working up to his calf muscles and then his thighs. She repeated what she was doing and then reached his bottom. She was happy to see that the wound from the bullet really was healing nicely. Jess leaned down and kissed the spot before resuming the massage up Jimmy's back. Jimmy moaned with pleasure at what the magical hands of his fiancée were doing to him. Jess leaned down and kissed Jimmy on the cheek and whispered in his ear. "Time to roll over, sweetheart."

Jimmy rolled over onto his back making no effort to hide the effect Jess was having on him, not that either one would want to or feel the need to do so. Jess smiled at Jimmy and kissed him before starting to massage his feet, shins and the front of his thighs. Jimmy reached out and started to stroke Jess' thighs as he could now reach her. Jess smiled at him as she continued her massage. Now up to Jimmy's middle, she decided to straddle him on his thighs just below his very erect manhood. She desperately wanted to move forward and slide him inside her but wanted to wait and finish the massage first. Jimmy slid his right hand to Jess's cheek and said "This is wonderful, thank you my love."

Jess leaned down and kissed him. "My pleasure, sweetheart."

Jess put more oil on her hands and started on Jimmy chest and shoulders. She enjoyed the muscle definition Jimmy had on his upper body and abs showing that he worked out and took good care of himself. Jess then started on his arms. When she was finished with his left arm she placed his left hand on her right breast loving his touch even though she was still wearing the T-shirt. Jess placed his right hand on her left breast when she was finished with his right arm. Now with only Jimmy's abs and manhood to take care of, Jess decided a different angle of approach was needed. Jess rose up and turned around so that her back was to Jimmy and she raised her arms up and looked back at the man she loved and asked him to help her remove the shirt. Jimmy gladly complied. Jess then took the massage oil and applied it to Jimmy's firm abs, enjoying the definition of his six-pack, but carefully avoiding contact with his length. Jimmy ran his hands over Jess' back and over her bottom which was right in front of him. Jess finally took Jimmy's length into her hands stroking him up and down, bringing groans of pleasure to her soon to be husband. Jimmy followed suit and started stroking Jess between her legs. Jess then leaned down and took Jimmy in her mouth, swirling her tongue around the tip. Jimmy also used his tongue on Jess, both of them becoming totally aroused. A few minutes later, Jimmy placed Jess on the bed on her back staying deep inside his soon to be bride. He pushed in and out of her in time with Jess until they came together in an overwhelming climax.

Jimmy sealed his lips with Jess as he collapsed on top of her. When they broke the kiss for need of air, the two panted heavily as they came down from their high. Jess held Jimmy to her not wanting him to roll away. "Stay where you are my love." Jess said to him. "I love to feel you on top of me." Jimmy smiled between pants and said "I'm not going anywhere sweetheart. You're stuck with me for life."

Jess grinned at him. "That's good to know. "You're stuck with me for life, too."

They kissed again and Jess pulled the covers over them and they fell into a blissful night's sleep.
