Like I stated earlier at this point in the Countdown, we are going through the stages on the countdown "from forgettable to okay" The remaining 25 Stages on the countdown left to rank are stages that while having a few problems here and there, are decent overall stages.

Speaking of which, after 10 Melee stages appearing in a row on the countdown, we finally come to the first Nintendo 64 stage from the original Super Smash Bros to appear on the countdown starting with Peach's Castle. I personally found that overall all 9 Stages in the original Super Smash Bros N64 were great stages but out of the 9 stages from the game, Peach's Castle was my least favorite.

The biggest reason why I have Peach's Castle ranked last out of of all of the N64 stages is that, Peach's Castle itself was a fairly small stage and that the stage itself didn't fell like truely something from the Mario series. Whenever you start fighting your opponents on the stage you start fighting on, a fairly short brownish railing with a shifting left to right metal platform at the near bottom of the stage.

Since the stage itself is so small with the bottom platform shifting left to right continuously, you are given barely little room to fight your opponents on giving you really the only main platform to fight on is a brown railing in the center top of the stage making up for the main fighting action in this stage somewhat boxed up. On a good side note do is that, you can throw your opponents on the top left and right corners of the stage and throw them into the metal blocks. This at least would keep the fighting action in the stage not boxed up all of the stage and given more room to carefully to test out your attacks on your opponents in this stage. It's not bad overall but, it can get sometimes annoying for the main fighting action slowed down due to the lack of platforms to fight on and this becomes more of a problem when four players are battling it out on this stage.

The only other major problem I had with this stage is that, the stage didn't really like it something from the Mario series. Aside from the main Mario tune that plays on the stage, the rest of the stage design in Peach's Castle doesn't even like it's something from Mario. Compared to the other Nintendo 64 Mario stage Mushroom Kingdom where it was full of Mario charm, Peach's Castle was bland in compression.

Overall, Peach's Castle is an okay stage but, due to stage being small to fight on and no real Mario charm to the stage compared to other Mario stages in the series, Peach's Castle only ranks this high on the countdown.
