Secret Underground ROOT base, 27 miles South West of Konoha Village

A shinobi ran in fear through the once clean halls of floor number two which were now enough to make even the most disciplined shinobi want to scream and vomit in disgust. Blood covered the walls. Shredded flesh and organs lay in chunks upon the floor. Not cut by kunai or a blade, but rather as if they were torn away from their owners body's by claws, fangs, and even a man's bare hands. Suddenly as he turned the corner. He saw what did all this mutilation and slaughtered. There he was, in his dark akatsuki robes, with the eyes of the demon fox , pulling a kunai out of what used to be a ROOT shinobis ribs.

"Seems like you're late. Everyone else is already dead. One actually came two centimeters closer than anyone else to landing a hit on me before I ripped out his liver. He screamed pretty damn loud." Said The Fallen Leaf shinobi. "I happen to know which floor the classified documents I'm looking for are on. Just not which room. If you tell me I may spare you. But if you don't give me a truthful answer or try and flee, you will die, very painfully... you have ten seconds to tell me where the documents regarding the truth of the Uchiha massacre are. Ten, nine-"

But as soon as Naruto said got to nine the survivor shouted "There in a classified file case in the most heavily sealed room in this place! Please just let me live! I wanna see my son again!" Naruto smiled. He may have had a cold heart but even he knew the pain of living without a father. "The name you gave your son, what is it?" Asked Naruto smiling with slight humanity. "Habichi. His name is Habichi. He's about seven months old now." Said the shinobi feeling slightly less tense.

"Never die on him. Tuck him in at night, teach him how to talk to girls, protect him, and give him your complete love. Otherwise... he may end up a monster like me. But hey, congrats on being a father." Said Naruto who disappeared and reappeared behind the shinobi. He simply hit him on a pressure point and the shinobi went into a non lethal sleep. "Habichi. I don't want you to fall down into the depths of hell like me. I spare this man's life for you not him. May you grow up and become a savior rather than a sinner." He said as he turned around began walking towards the designated room he was told too find, he froze.

' Brat... do you feel the chakra behind this door? It feels like it belongs to..."

'Harishima Senju and an Uchiha. But someone could be using Harashimas cells. Plus Itachi and Sasuke don't know where I am. So who's using the two chakra signatures behind this door?'

Said Naruto and the Demon Fox inside Narutos head. Naruto then raised his right and scared hand and lower arm. "Chidori Spear!" He said loudly. Lightning shot from Naruto's hand trough the metal door and from the other side heard a body hit what sounded like the wall. 'They may dead. But I can still feel their two Chakras. They're probably numbed from the effects of my jutsu. Best to still enter with caution.' Naruto thought to himself. He then kicked the door in and it shattered. He then saw what his Chidori spear had impaled. He grinned with sadistic happiness. "Danzo. You'll certainly feel that pain on your shoulder after the numbness wears off. However after what you've done to Itachj and Sasukes clan, I don't think you'll have much time to continue breathing even if I allow you to live." Naruto retracted the spear and saw Danzos arm. He was unfazed. "So that was the Uchiha chakra I sensed outside the door. And your arm is made from Harishmas cells? That must be how you control that many of them. But even that won't save you from me or the demons that wait for you in hell. I may be a monster...but I never took the power of another clan for my own gain."

Naruto walked past Danzo who's right shoulder was bleeding and numb. The Demon boy opened the safe in front of him. He looked inside and there it was the folder was medium sized and said "CLASSIFIED: FOR COUNCIL MEMBER EYES ONLY!" Naruto opened it and looked through the reports. He read the truth. "Itachi...this whole time...for the sake of your brother I can understand...but why for the village? You trained me to destroy it. You wanted me to kill the woman I love to help protect those scum and make Sasuke the hero by killing me didn't you?!" Naruto gritted his teeth in anger feeling almost as betrayed when Sakura used to love Sasuke. "Naruto... I cannot allow you to leave this place alive! I cannot allow the truth to be known! For the sake of the village and the shinobi world, you will be destroyed!" Yelled Danzo undoing his upper kimono. Then suddenly it came out. "A Reverse Tenigram Sealing jutsu huh? Nine tails, you you do me the favor? I still need to officially marry Sakura and kill Itachi. And plus I'm kinda bored." Said Naruto unimpressed by Danzos last resort. 'Very well brat. I'd rather not die here anyways. But I must warn you, you'll pass out from chakra depletion since the seal is limiting my chakra link to you. Are you ready?' Said the fox as Naruto bit his right thumb. 'Ready.' Naruto confirmed to him in his head.

"Reverse Summoning Jutsu!" The fallen shinobi slammed his palm down and in a puff of smoke The boy disappeared with his prize. "Hiruzen I'm sorry. I was always chasing after you. It seems the title of sixth hokage will not be mine. But at least...we can rejoin each other in the next world." Danzo said softly as the room was consumed by his final act. He closed his eyes and could feel something he hadn't felt in a long time. Peace.

"Jiriya boy, I know he was your godson. And I know you haven't felt the same since he betrayed-" but the pervert sanin cut the toad off. "He never betrayed anyone. It was the village that betrayed him. Besides he hasn't been seen alive in two whole..." "Minutes actually. Not years Pervy sage. Besides..." said a weak voice from behind the two sages. Where's granny sage?! He needs healing treatment or else he'll suffocate!" Said the old sanin trying to gently slap and lightly shake Naruto back into consciousness. "I'll send a hawk for our nearest medical ninja. Granny isn't available due to being unable to use her contract. "Let's see..." said the old age trying to sense chakra nature within several miles. "Hmmmm...Well what do you know...is this fate or perhaps the hands of the goddess of love at work. I found a medic ninja two miles west. It's Sakura Haruno." Said the sage.

Sakura continued to leap through the trees with her old sensei kakashi. 'Christmas was amazing. To think I'd be seeing Naruto alive again. And he and ravished each other all night too! Plus...' she held her gently hand to her abdomen. 'It's growing so fast. Naruto... that's two gifts I get to give you. As soon as we see each other again, you'll be able to hold our child too.' Sakura thought to herself with the image of her first in her head. "Sakura I can sense sage jutsu nearby. It's moving fast." Said kakashi who held up his arm and stopped. Suddenly Jiriya appeared holding an unconscious Naruto in his arms. He wasn't breathing. "Naruto?! What happened to him Jiriya?! Said sakura in shock. "Sakura.. he's unable to breathe. He depleted his chakra and his lungs can't inflate you need to heal him or else he may not make it this time." Said the sanin. "I'll do anything to save him! He's everything to me no matter what path he's chosen!" Sakura then began to pump chakra into Naruto's body. Suddenly his lungs expanded again and he took a gasp. "He's stable again. But it's probably best if I stay with him while he recovers. And I also have some news to tell him as soon as he and I are alone after he comes back from his state." "What news is that Sakura?" Asked Jiriya. She said "on Christmas he returned for awhile secretly and weeeeell..."

"That means even if you are a rouge ninja you can now get your parents inheritance and old home. Plus Tsunade most likely received the papers you discovered abou the Uchiha massacre by hawk now. And Danzos corruption will be exposed and basically you saved the village from a possible tyrant by executing him. So now you can be pardoned and viewed as a hero. You may have slaughtered many people, but you saved the village in the end. See Naruto? Fate works out things in the end." Naruto stood up slowly. "I'm sorry. I love sakura and the child growing in her. I appreciate you all saving my life. But I can't go back... not yet. Itachi has to die along with Lord Pain and the Akatsuki in order to save this world. I'll tell you everything. But first I could use some alcohol to ease my head about parenthood. You should have some Saki, Sakura Chan to celebrate! You're gonna be a mother!" However so me one favor..." "what would that be jiriya sanin?" Asked sakura "Did you keep going after each time or did you take any breaks?" He asked with a prevy gin, only to be upper cut into the far sky an angry and pregnant kunoichi! "That's NONE OF YOURE BUSINESS YOU OLD PERV!!!" She shouted as he came back down. Naruto smiled. '
