Cat Noir opened his eyes to the sound of Ladybug saying "Yippee!" Oh, that's right. The holiday coffee drinks were out today, and Ladybug loved coffee. Yawning, Cat tumbled out of bed, walking slowly into the kitchen, where Ladybug was scrolling through her phone happily. "Kitty, the drinks are out! If you hurry, you can get one before school!" "And what do I get in return?" he grinned. "My undying respect?" Cat snorted. "Make me breakfast for dinner and you have yourself a deal." They shook hands, and Cat wandered out the door.

Later, Adrien walked into school and up to the classroom where Marinette was finishing a last minute homework check. "One holiday drink, as M'lady ordered," Adrien grinned. Marinette took a sip, her eyes lighting up. "Ooh, its peppermint! What made you get this one first?" "Simple, Princess. Your peppery in the morning when it comes to coffee, and I don't want to face your wrath." "But you'd be the mint, Kitty. All cool and sweet." "Someone has to tell the puns."

During class Ms. B had to step out a few minutes and Marinette scribbled on a piece of paper.

"Thank you, dear Kitty, for getting coffee in the morning,

It helps my day to bright and shining."

She passed the note to Adrien, and blushed as she looked into those green eyes that held so much mischief.

"So, your telling me, sweet Bugaboo, that if you didn't have your coffee,

It would raining and you would be crabby?"

"Precisely. But thanks to you, that doesn't happen. You know what they say: A way to a girl's heart is coffee."

Adrien turned and looked her opened mouth before scribbling furiously on the note.

"Was it that easy, all this time? I could have had you ages ago. What changed your mind?"

"It was that cute meow of yours and your cute little golden bell." "No puns?"

"Lets just say that came later."

"You know the way to my heart, Princess?"

"No, what? Tuna can and a yarn ball?"

"You are horrible and should be ashamed of yourself."

"Its my yarn basket!"

"I stopped eating tuna so that I could kiss you!"

"We really like to flirt with each other, don't we, Kitty?"

"You and me, it was meant to be!"

Marinette ruffled his hair gently and Adrien sighed happily. With her sassy confident personality Ladybug was pepper, but he was mint. Cool, collected, a charming alley cat.

"You are pepper, I am mint.

Put them together and you have peppermint,

a sweet combination of the two of us.

I'll keep bringing you coffee, sweet Bugaboo,

because it one of the little ways I say "I love you."

"I give you "Bugaboo" if you keep calling me that,

but your the sweetest fur ball on the planet.

Don't change, Kitty, I love you for you.

And maybe even tell me some puns!"

The snow fell heavily outside the classroom and the class worked hard on their math test. But despite the test, Marinette and Adrien's hearts were light. They had each other, and everything was alright.
