Author's Note: Hey everyone, sorry I took January off I needed the month to get my bearings and now I'm back in school trying to get my IT certification and it's taking most of my time, but should be able to write in class and it's only 15 weeks. So right now my main focus is on this but I'll try to put something out, other than a command list. Also thank you, Norgano your idea's have been stolen and adapted.

Eddy

Style: Rushdown

Character Mechanic: Parasitic Outrage - A meter on Eddy's screen that fills up when Eddy uses certain special's and when it fills up the parasite fully takes over granting Eddy bonus damage and range of his attacks, but also taking away his dash and doubling the damage he takes.

Eddy's Parasite: An old and dangerous parasite that burrows itself deep inside their host body to manipulate their mass and bone structure.

Normal Commands

Hey What's That?!: Forward, Light Punch

Eddy quickly hits his enemy below the belt. This stuns if his enemy is a guy.

Keep The Change: Up, Light Punch

Eddy tosses a quarter into the air, that strikes anyone up there.

Throws

Is That a Quarter?!: Light Punch + Light Kick

Thinking there's a quarter, Eddy grabs his enemy by the leg and throws them back.

Break My Fall!: Mid Air, Light Punch + Light Kick

While in the air Eddy will grab his enemy and use them to break his fall as they crash into the ground.

Tag

Coming In Hot!: Medium Punch + Medium Kick/ Heavy Punch + Heavy Kick

Embracing his football days, Eddy rushes his enemy and tackles them.

Snapback

Fuck Off!: QCF + Medium Punch + Medium Kick/ Heavy Punch + Heavy Kick

Utilizing his parasite Eddy uses her to whip his enemy and send them flying.

Specials

Eat Shit!: QCB + Heavy Kick

Lunging forward, Eddy hits his enemy in the face with a big boot. ( Doesn't fill, Parasitic Rage.)

Come Here!: The command for Cerebella's tumbling run because fanfiction won't let me put arrows here.

Eddy charges forward at a speed faster than his dash. ( Doesn't fill, Parasitic Rage.)

|- Here's a Real Punch!:(During, Come Here!) + HP

Willing his parasite to life, Eddy transform his arm into a gross amalgamation of muscle and bones to knock his enemy back. (Fills, Parasitic Rage.)

|- Here's Your Flight!:(During, Come Here!) + HK

Willing his parasite to life, Eddy transform his leg to soccer kick his enemy square in their chin to send them in the air. (Fills, Parasitic Rage.)

|- Down Low, Loser!:(During, Come Here!) + MK

Willing his parasite to life, Eddy transforms both his legs and performs a slide kick, knocking them down.

The Hell Was That?!: QCF + P

Without any command all of sudden a piece of bone shoots out of Eddy's stomach to hit his enemy. (Fills, Parasitic Rage.) (Each punch fires the bone off in a different direction. Also can Eddy move immediately after firing.)

Coming Down!: QCF + MK (Air Only)

While in the air, Eddy performs a batman style kick with his leg transformed. (Fills, Parasitic Rage.)

Supers

Blockbuster 1: Get Out Of My WAY! (Only available while in Parasitic Rage.)

With the parasite running wild, it transforms Eddy's shoulder and arm into a spiked weapon and charges at their enemy and keeps going until they reach the end of the screen.

Blockbuster 1: El Mongo Stink Bomb!

Reaching into his pockets Eddy unleashes 5 El Mongo Stink Bombs onto the field that can stun them for a quick second.

Blockbuster 2: Cut You Down Too Size! (Only available while in Parasitic Rage.)

Turning Eddy into the world's most dangerous spinning top, the parasite then moves forward cutting down anyone in their path.

Blockbuster 3: ? ? ? ?

Beginning/End of fight

Start: Pulling up in the retro van Eddy hops out and gives his enemy a smug grin.

Win Pose: Striking a quick set of poses, Eddy parasite smacks him in the back of head.

Alt Win Pose: Standing over his defeated enemy, Eddy goes through their pocket's and pulls out a quarter.

Author's Note: Don't really have nothing to say here except, what do you think about this command list, don't expect too many new chapters and I updated Ed's command list by adding new dialogue in the quotes and renaming a couple moves.
