Olivia and Elliot are still trying to figure each other out while a new case gets dropped in SVU's lap, which complicates things - as if they weren't complicated enough. Can they get past just being friends? Should they? There are many years and many personal traumas between them. Not exactly EO yet, Rollins/Carisi, Phoebe/Fin. 1st of 5th series.

Rafael mopes after Olivia pushed him away following the Wheatley trial. Their friends stage an intervention, forcing them to face their demons and repair their relationship.

Summary: Fin and Munch have been secretly married for 5 and a half years. After spending more time at his desk than in the field, John decides to bring their daughter to work and clear the air of secrets in the most adorable way possible. Basically there was not enough Munch in season 9 so this is my explanation for it.
