"At the airport."

Ace gets out of the car to wait for her friends. Nyssa runs over and gives her a hug, "How is everything Ace?"
"Really good, better than it's been. Not that I haven't been happy with A Charitable Earth and freelancing for UNIT and all."
"It's ok, you don't have to explain to me, I won't be the one teasing you all the time."
Ace does an eye roll as Tegan comes out with the bags, "I could've used your help sweetie."
"Uh oh she's not happy with me, I better go and help," With a joyful laugh Nyssa goes over to her wife.
"I'll come with you." Ace walks after Nyssa as she jogs to help her struggling wife.
"Hello Ace, how's the romance going?"
"Hello to you too Tegan."
"I see no response to the other question." Ace just grabs two of the suitcases and walks to her car.
"Tegan, leave it alone, she is letting us stay with her until we find a place."
"Ok, just know if we find them making out or anything all bets are off."
"I know and if they act too coupley at next week's meeting you and Yaz are not going to let them live it down. You also have to remember what a new relationship is like."
"We have been married for 20 years Nyssa, I don't remember."
"It can be great, but fragile at times."
"We want them to last."
"Exactly."
"Yo married couple, are you two done with your conversation, we should probably head out before the traffic gets even worse."
"Come on wife, time to start our new lives where we first met.'' They walk back to the car, "Thank you again Ace for letting us stay with you until we find a place"
"That's what friends are for. You two can go look at places whenever you want. I may help you out." Nyssa and Tegan share a look knowing that each time they go look at a place she will come up with an excuse on why she isn't coming.
"Is this week your week with UNIT or is it with your foundation?"
"UNIT, if they need me. Though last week we just got a large donation from someone with connections to The Doctor."
"What kind of connections?""
"His parents and older sister who is a part time lady and married to the Doctor traveled with him."
"MARRIED!" Tegan nearly screams in the car.
"Jesus T, a little loud for the car don't you think?"
"I just can't believe he got married."
"Neither could any of us when Brian Williams told us. He was the grandfather of two of them and father and father-in-law of Rory and Amy Williams." Ace looks in the rearview mirror to see she is being followed. "Hold on you two we have to lose whoever is following us." Ace speeds up and takes a hard right turn. "Te get up here and take the wheel."
"Ok," Tegan gets up front as Ace lifts up a compartment in the floorboard and gets out a bazooka. "Why the hell do you have that!?"
"All the alien activity we get here and they are not always friendly, "Nyssa calls Kate and tells her about a car that I don't recognize has been following us since we left the airport."
"Ok." Tegan is trying to drive fast but safely when there is a pop sound between her and Ace.
"What the fuck, Doctor why are you here?"
"Now in times of distress and heightened emotions you will be able to see me."
"Ace, have you seen the same projection of the Doctor that we did last month?"
"A few times, whenever I have a heightened emotion."
"Why in the world didn't you tell me Dorothy."
"Because, just because, now don't call me by my first name Tegan and let me focus."
"Would you two stop fighting, I get it you are like sisters, we have an emergency here, and UNIT can't get to us."
"That was all I needed to know, thank you Nyssa, geramino." Next thing you know there is a car on fire and Slitheen body parts flying around.
"Ace, do you have explosives everywhere?" Nyssa asks.
"Always, I even have some hidden at the foundation, you never know when Daleks and the like will show up."
"Aren't you afraid of people finding it?"
"No, when I traveled with the Doctor I learned about Time Lord tech."
"You mean you have something that is bigger on the inside."
"Exactly, do you mind if we stop by UNIT, so I can fill out paperwork?"
"Of course not, I might as well get my badge, I will be working in the tech department there, Tegan will be the field agent."
"As someone who cares about you Nyssa, you sure you want to work with UNIT?"
"For now, yes I am sure."
"Ok, good, if you ever change your mind I am sure I can find some room for you at A Charitable Earth. We mostly deal with helping aliens transition to life on earth."
"So basically what I would've needed if it wasn't for you two when I came to earth to stay."
"Exactly."
"Ace, how did you come up with that?"
"Until I met The Doctor I was always angry, and didn't understand why. On one of our adventures I figured out why and it's because I am not totally human."
"What do you mean?"
"I am related to Fenric, an ancient deity, who cursed all of his descendants to eventually become a wolf. The Doctor is what stopped me from becoming one a few different times during our travels." Ace pulls up to UNIT Headquarters and gets out of the, "Are you two coming or should I give you my keys and I will catch a ride home."
"From who?"
"Maybe Kate or whoever is working."
"You don't have to do that, we will come with you." Ace smiles at them as they also get out of the car and all enter the new building.
"How did they get this built so fast, Kate and I blew it up."
"I honestly don't know, maybe they had a bunch of people helping rebuild it. It was already here when the two of you left for Australia a few weeks ago." Ace walks up to the desk, "I have Nyssa and Tegan with me, Nyssa is going to want her badge, Tegan will help me fill out reports."
Kate shows up behind them, "I take it you took care of that car."
"BOOM." Ace says while making an explosion with her hands.
"Ace you go ahead, I will talk to these two and show them around."
"Ok, see you later."
"And no more hiding things beneath floorboards in this one ok. We built you a special cabinet for your stuff."
"Wicked, thank you." Ace walks off.
"Ace sometimes seems to be stuck in the 80s, right?"
"She does, but she is a wonderful person."
"Next mission I get that needs two people and out of the way, I will be sending her and Graham and reserve them only one room."
"I have a feeling they won't mind. If they continue trying to hide from everyone, they will probably take the chance to be alone." One of Kate's eyebrows goes up. "Nyssa and I are staying at her place."
"I highly doubt she has turned that place into a love nest."
"I know, she is just in the honeymoon phase of her relationship." Kate opens up big doors, Nyssa and Tegan see Ace get off the phone quickly and tries to hide it. "Who was that Ace?"
"A solicitor." The three ladies that just enter look at each other not believing Ace at all. "I'll get started on the paperwork right away.
"Now Tegan and Nyssa you just saw the main room, my office is on the second floor, and the basement that is heavily coded where we keep artifacts left by the Doctor."
