Some guy in sci-fi-looking armor looked at the Norns, who were up to their heads in some magic crystal. They were located in a featureless field. He laughed, "Ah ha ha ha! Now that I, Evil McBadGuy, have the Norns in my hands at the End of Time, I will rewrite time and become God!"
Skuld still was struggling, while Urd and Belldandy glared at their captor. Urd said, "All you'll be able to do is time travel, some elemental magic, some defensive magic, and healing.. That's it. You lack the brains for manipulate matter spells and anything else."
Belldandy spoke with tranquil fury, "If your actions do anything to harm Keiichi or prevent him from existing, I promise that I will make you pay."
Evil McBadGuy leaned back and laughed out loud for a little bit. "You foolish goddesses can say whatever you want. I will be able to use any and all of your-"
All of a sudden, there were noises similar to lightning striking and even some explosions. Evil McBadGuy began to look around, but was hit by a Delorean with all sorts of tech located on its engine in the rear.
Then the Delorean began to back up until it was in front of the captured Norns. After it stopped, the doors opened up revealing that Keiiichi was the driver and that Doctor Emmett Brown was in the passenger seat.
Urd spoke up, "Emmett? That you?"
Doc Brown took out something that looked like a pogostick with some tech attached to it. As he walked around the Delorean, he said, "Yes. Urd. When the sensors detected a Temporal disturbance within Nekomi, I… drove over to see what it was."
"Drove? Isn't there an ocean?" Urd asked with an raised eyebrow as Doc Brown handed the device to Keiichi..
"From my perspective, I had gotten my time machine fitted with a hover conversion in 2015 a few years ago. Paid, of course, from buying comics from 1938 and selling them back in 2015," Doc Brown said as Keiichi walked over to the Norns and used it to break apart the crystal.
Once Belldandy was freed, she kissed Keiichi on the cheek. Keiichi smiled before he went to work on freeing Urd. Belldandy summoned her staff and flew to the prone body of Evil McBadGuy, where she began poking him with her staff.
Skuld was starry-eyed as she kept looking at the Delorean. All her life, she had been told that Time-travel was magic-only.
Doc Brown noticed Skuld and said with a smile, "Well, now. I recognize that look in your eyes, young lady. That's the look of someone who has been told all their life to do something a certain way and to not deviate from it and then they see something that just… changes everything, opens their perspective, frees their minds!"
Urd said, "And for you, it was slipping in the bathroom and hitting your head on the toilet."
"No! That was when I got the inspiration for the Flux capacitor, the key to my time travel!" Doc Brown said as Skuld was freed. She ran by him and practically hovered all about the time machine. He chuckled, "Quite the Tech Junkie, isn't she?"
"Yup," Urd popped.
"So how did you get into science, Doctor Brown?" Keiichi asked as he handed the device back. "And how do you know Urd?"
"Call me Doc Brown or Emmett. When I was 11, I read Jules Verne and theen dedicated my life to Science. My father was a hard man and I was… meak. But in 1931, I met with a friend who would help me over the years and also watched Frankenstein. From that moment on, I threw myself into science!" Doc Brown explained.
"Wow. So Urd helped you back then?" Keiichi asked.
"No. That was a friend named Marty McFly, who met me from his perspective for the first time in the 80's," Doc Brown answered. "I met Urd in the 60's. Aside from helping me with prototypes to my time machine, we… used illicit substances for recreational purposes."
An upset Urd spat out, "Just for the record, they were meant to be medicines that temporarily allowed humans to tolerate the true appearance of 10th dimensional beings without going mad."
"What?" Keiichi asked. "So I can-"
"No, it causes hallucinations way too fast," Urd quickly said, looking sheepish over the potion being a failure.
Doc Brown asked, "So… You're saying you're not really a dragon with a coat that's a black and white mishmash of fur, feathers, and scales?"
Urd blinked before muttering, "Uhm, I kind of am in certain dimensions? I guess I could look back into that potion and see what I can improve?"

Notes from HotelKatz: This scene was an idea floating around my brain for years.
However, I couldn't think of anything else for it for a fic.
I do apologize to anyone who got offended at the idea of Urd and Doc Brown doing drugs in the 1960s.
