Mara held Megumi's hands above her head as she uttered, "YOU! Aren't you…. Keiichi's little sister?"

Megumi teared up a little as she went, "I… EEEK! HELP! RAPE!"

A panicking Mara quickly covered Megumi's mouth with her right hand and somehow held both of Megumi's hands with her left, ordering, "C-cut that out! What'll people think?! I'm a woman, you dumb kid!"

After calming down, Mara let go of Megumi's mouth and said with a wicked smirk, "Still… Now that I get a good look at you, you are sort of cute."

She leaned in closer to a crying Megumi, continuing, "Sweet thing… You shall be mine!"

A ghastly smile appeared on Mara's features, "You're lucky, you know. I only contract with women I like."

Any fear that Megumi felt just… vanished. Her face just went blank.

Had Mara been paying attention to body language instead of trying to scare, the moment Mara had said 'contract'', Megumi's body started to slowly shift, like she had been getting ready to attack.

Memories ran through Megumi's mind. Memories of being forced to travel a sickeningly cute land to find a key to go home for over 20 years, stuck in her 10 year old body, revived any time she was killed or injured, being jerked around and even beaten any time she asked questions until she had enough and began to fight back and even kill. All because of a contract she was forced into if she wanted to go back home.

And indeed, the moment Mara leaned in to force Megumi into a signing ceremony to possess the mortal with a kiss, Megumi headbutted Mara right in the kisser.

Mara let go of Megumi and covered her face. Feeling blood pouring from her now-broken nose, Mara began a healing spell and said, "You damn brat! Just for that, you'll share your brother's-"

Mara's words were stopped the moment Megumi shoved a trash can over the demon's head. Megumi then picked up a broken baseball bat and began wailing it against the trash can, forcing Mara to step back with each hit.

When Mara fell backwards, Megumi began to smash the trash can with each syllable, "Leave! Me! And! My! Bro! Ah-lone!"

Mara rocketed away until she could fly upwards and threw the trash can off of herself,"What was that? How dare she-"

She was interrupted by an empty glass bottle hitting her face. "Who threw- Oh no…"

Mara saw Megumi getting ready to throw another glass bottle. Mara threw a lightning bolt, destroying the bottle. Mara smugly asked, "Now whatcha gonna do?"

Megumi smirked, "Be happy that I don't get my hair color out of a bottle?"

Mara flew right up to Megumi and pointed at her own hair. "This is my natural color, you-"

Megumi grabbed Mara's hair and began to punch Mara in the face as many times as she could before the demon managed to escape and fly high up in the sky.

Mara said to herself, "Seriously, what happened…

A frown crossed her features as she hissed, "Urd… I bet she's behind it. Boosting up the sister, so she can protect the brother! Yeah, that's what happened!"

Mara stomped into the temple's living room, where Urd was watching Tv. The demon barked, "Dirty trick, Urd! Dirty Trick! Preparing a trap for when I tried to make a deal with Keiichi's little sister!"

As she stood up, Urd looked confused and asked, "What are you talking about?"

"The potion! You surely gave a potion to let her fight me on equal terms!" Mara said, gesturing to Urd in an agressive manner.

"Actually, I was just fighting dirty."

Mara looked horrified as she slowly turned around.

There stood Megumi, now holding an intact baseball bat. She was smiling, but something about it seemed… broken.

A scared Mara practically teleported behind Urd, who asked, "Megumi, did Mara do something?"

"You know her? Well, she tried to force me into a deal," Megumi said, sauntering around Urd.

Mara kept adjusting herself to keep Urd between her and the crazed mortal.

"Just because she's a demon, doesn't mean-" Urd began.

"Demon? Oh! Ohh! If she only offered to make an actual contract, I might've helped her with whatever she wanted! Y'know, just as long as I get what I want. I'm pretty good with demons, ever since I was trapped in Fairyland. They were much nicer than the so-called good guys," Megumi said, immensely cheering up.

Mara looked confused, but still fearful. Urd asked, "You do know she wants to separate your brother and Belldandy, all because Mara's a demon who wants to send Belldandy back to Heaven?"

Megumi's face turned expressionless. "Heaven? Are you…"

"Goddess. This world uses the Norse division. Nothing to worry about," Urd said.

Megumi pointed her baseball bat at the goddess and demanded, "Fairyland. Tell me everything you know. Now."

"Uh…" Urd uttered, feeling fear and uncertainty. As she still hid, Mara felt a tinge of amusement.

"Megumi, stop!" Keiichi's voice barked as he stomped in.

Megumi glanced at him before focusing back on Urd. "Why didn't you tell me about them being goddesses?"

Keiichi stood right by her. "Because you're still recovering from what Queen Cloudia and the council of Fairy Land forced you to go through. I also don't know if they're allied with Heaven!"

Urd spoke up, "Just saying, I'm the SysAdmin for Heaven and this is the first time I've even heard of Fairy Land."

"So no alliance?" Megumi asked. She raised an eyebrow, like she didn't quite believe Urd.

"Last I checked, none whatsoever. I'll double-check later. If there's anything resembling one, I'll get some revenge for you," Urd stated.

Notes from HotelKatz - This was an idea I had while reading I Hate Fairyland. What if Megumi was forced to go through it?

The discussion on Discord was that Peorth would be a bad fit to help Megumi, as she probably would seem to be just like the Fairyland council and Cloudia. Faux-polite, passive-aggressive, insulting, and always looking down on others. I might be a Peorth fan, but I'll admit she's a jerk in her first appearance until she talked things out with Belldandy.

Lind and Belldandy would be a great help for Megumi, psychiatrically-wise. Straightforward, actually polite, and able to fight Megumi to a standstill to prevent anyone from getting harmed with no effort.
